Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ドリルスピンドルに備えたドリルバイトと、加工すべきワークのためのホ ルダとを有する、非円形の孔を形成するための精密穿孔機において、 ワーク(5)のためのホルダ(6)が、ドリルバイト(3)のその都度の回 転数により規定される振動数で、少なくとも1方向で並進的に、形成すべき孔形 状により規定される変位軌道上で振動することを特徴とする、非円形の孔を形成 するための精密穿孔機。 2. ワーク(5)の変位が、ドリルバイト(3)の実際位置に応じて、この実 際位置に対応していて孔の形状を規定する値に基づき制御される、請求項1記載 の精密穿孔機。 3. ワーク(5)の精密な変位のために、ワーク(5)のその都度の実際位置 も考慮される、請求項2記載の精密穿孔機。 4. スピンドル(2)の中央軸線に対するドリルバイト(3)の半径方向の間 隔が、穿孔運転中に、予め与えられた運動図式に基づき、形成する孔直径に影響 を与えるために増大もしくは減少させられる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1 項記載の精密穿孔機。
