Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガスタービンエンジンのエアフォイルの内部空間を洗浄する方法において、 前記エアフォイルを洗浄溶液に浸し、このエアフォイルの内部にクラスト層を 含む部分の真上に超音波撹拌機を設置し、前記超音波撹拌機を前記洗浄溶液に挿 入し、前記超音波撹拌機により発生した高出力密度の超音波エネルギーを、前記 エアフォイルの前記内部にクラスト層を含む部分に集中させることを特徴とする 洗浄方法。 2.前記洗浄溶液は、弱アルカリ溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の洗 浄方法。 3.前記弱アルカリ溶液は、5%−25%のブルーゴールド(登録商標)の水溶 液を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の洗浄方法。 4.前記洗浄溶液は、湿潤剤溶液であること特徴とする請求項1記載の洗浄方法 。 5.前記超音波撹拌機は、溶接ホーンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の洗 浄方法。 6.前記溶接ホーンは、20,000ヘルツの周波数を達成することを特徴とす る請求項5記載の洗浄方法。 7.前記エアフォイルに全体的な洗浄処理を事前に行うことを特徴とする請求項 1記載の洗浄方法。 8.前記エアフォイルのX線による検査を事前に行い、前記エアフォイルのクラ スト層を有する部分を特定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の洗浄方法。 9.高圧水噴射により前記内部空間からクラスト層を除去する処理を続けて行う ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の洗浄方法。 10.前記エアフォイルの前記洗浄溶液内への配置時に、前記洗浄溶液が前記エ アフォイルの前記内部空間を満たすように配置するステップを含むことを特徴と する請求項1記載の洗浄方法。
