Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に燃焼機関の排ガス内の酸素含有量を決定するためのガスセンサであっ て,センサ素子がケーシング内で少なくとも1つのシールエレメントによって気 密に固定されている形式のものにおいて,シールエレメントが窒化ホウ素から形 成されていることを特徴とする,ガスセンサ。 2.窒化ホウ素が六方晶系の結晶構造であることを特徴とする,請求項1記載 のガスセンサ。 3.少なくとも2つの互いに上下に位置するシールエレメント(36,37, 38)から成るシール配列(35)が設けられており,その1つのシールエレメ ント(37)が窒化ホウ素から成り,他のシールエレメント(36,38)がス テアタイトから成ることを特徴とする,請求項1記載のガスセンサ。 4.変形可能なリングとしてのシールエレメント(36,37,38)が使用 されていて,ケーシング(12)の縦孔(15)内へプレスばめされており,圧 縮時にシールエレメント(36,37,38)の材料がセンサ素子(27)とケ ーシング(12)とに圧着されるように,リングが変形せしめられることを特徴 とする,請求項3記載のガスセンサ。 5.ステアタイトから成るシールエレメント(36,38)の体積が,窒化ホ ウ素から成るシールエレメ ント(37)の体積に比して大きいことを特徴とする,請求項3記載のガスセン サ。 6.ステアタイトから成るシールエレメント(36,38)の体積が,窒化ホ ウ素から成るシールエレメント(37)の体積のほぼ2倍であることを特徴とす る,請求項5記載のガスセンサ。 7.ケーシング(12)内に互いに間隔をおいて,測定ガス側のセラミック成 形部(21)と接続側のセラミック成形部(23)とが配置されており,これら 両方のセラミック成形部(21,23)の間にシール配列が配置されていること を特徴とする,請求項3記載のガスセンサ。 8.ケーシング(12)と結合された圧着部材(40)が設けられており,こ の圧着部材は接続側のセラミック成形部(23)を押圧していることを特徴とす る,請求項7記載のガスセンサ。 9.測定ガス側のセラミック成形部(21)上にステアタイトから成るシール エレメント(36)が当接しており,その上に窒化ホウ素から成るシールエレメ ント(37)があり,その上にステアタイトから成る別のシールエレメント(3 8)が当接しており,その上から接続側のセラミック成形部(23)が押圧して いることを特徴とする,請求項7記載のガスセンサ。 10.測定ガス側のセラミック成形部(21)上に窒化ホウ素から成るシールエ レメント(37)が当接し ており,その上にステアタイトから成るシールエレメント(38)があり,その 上から接続側のセラミック成形部(23)が押圧していることを特徴とする,請 求項7記載のガスセンサ。 11.測定ガス側のセラミック成形部(21)上にステアタイトから成るシール エレメント(36)が当接しており,その上に窒化ホウ素から成るシールエレメ ント(37)があり,その上から接続側のセラミック成形部(23)が押圧して いることを特徴とする,請求項7記載のガスセンサ。
