Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガスセンサ、特に内燃機関の排気ガス中の酸素含有量を測定するガスセン サのセンサ素子のためのシール装置であって、センサ素子が、ケーシングの長手 方向孔内でシールされている形式のものにおいて、前記長手方向孔(14)の内 部で2つのシール体(29,30;42,43)の間に変形可能な付加シール( 31;44)が配置されており、該付加シール(31;44)が、前記両シール 体(29,30;42,43)よりも小さな多孔度を有していることを特徴とす る、ガスセンサのセンサ素子のためのシール装置。 2.前記シール体(29,30;42,43)が前焼結されていて、前記付加 シール(31;44)と共に前記長手方向孔(14)の内部でプレス可能であり 、プレス時に前記付加シール(31;44)が、前記センサ素子(16;36) がギャップなしで前記長手方向孔(14)の内部に配置されるように変形する、 請求項1記載のシール装置。 3.前記付加シール(31;44)が、前成形された付加シールディスク(4 4)又は前成形された付加シールリング(31)である、請求項2記載のシール 装置。 4.前記付加シール(31;44)が、延性金属、有利にはニッケル又は銅か ら成っている、請求項1か ら3までのいずれか1項記載のシール装置。 5.前記延性金属が、前プレスされた粉末として使用可能である、請求項4記 載のシール装置。 6.中実成形体から成る前記延性金属が使用可能である、請求項4記載のシー ル装置。 7.前記付加シール(31;44)がグラファイトから成っている、請求項1 から4までのいずれか1項記載のシール装置。 8.グラファイトが繊維強化されている、請求項7記載のシール装置。
