Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.容器内の組成物から磁性粒子を分離する方法であって、 最初に前記磁性粒子が容器の壁に集結され、磁性粒子が付着する分離手段を用 いてこの領域から磁性粒子を集めることを特徴とする方法。 2.磁場、重力または遠心力を用いて前記磁性粒子が集結されることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.磁場を用いて前記磁性粒子が集結されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項 記載の方法。 4.前記磁性粒子が容器の側壁上に集結されて垂直ストリップを形成することを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載の方法。 5.前記磁性粒子が集結されて容器の底に水平ストリップを形成することを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載の方法。 6.前記磁性粒子が集結されて溝の底にストリップを形成することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第4項または第5項記載の方法。 7.組成物から磁性粒子を分離するデバイスであって、磁性粒子を含む組成物の ための容器で、前記磁性粒子を容器の壁上に集結させる手扱いと、この領域から 磁性粒子を集める分離手段とからなることを特徴とするデバイス。 8.前記磁性分離手段が、上端および下端を備えた細長体1,1′と、該細長体 の下端の磁石5,5′とから なることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項記載のデバイス。 9.前記磁性分離手段が、前記細長体の長手方向に沿う磁性ロッドを有しており 、該磁性ロッドの太さに対する長さの割合が少なくとも約2:1であり、好まし くは少なくとも約3:1であり、最も好ましくは少なくとも12:1であること を特徴とする請求の範囲第7項または第8項記載のデバイス。 10.前記磁性ロッド4が、当該磁性ロッド下端の磁石5と、該磁石の上端に取り つけられた強磁性アーム6とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項記載の デバイス。
