Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次式: (R3)−X−(R1 x)−Y−Si(R2)3 (1) (式中、R3は化学線により重合し得る官能基を含む基であり、R1 xは約200 以上の分子量を有する主鎖オリゴマーであり、R2は加水分解性基であり、そし てX及びYはカップリング基である。) を有するシラン−オリゴマー(A)。 2.カップリング基X及びYが各々ウレタン基、尿素基及びチオウレタン基よ りなる群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第1項に記載のシラン−オリゴマー。 3.R3がエチレン基を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のシラン−オリゴマー。 4.R3がアクリレート基又はビニルエーテル基を含む、請求の範囲第3項に 記載のシラン−オリゴマー。 5.R1 xがポリオレフィン、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート 及びそれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第1項に記載のシラン −オリゴマー。 6.R1 xが400より大で、約10,000以下の分子量を有する、請求の範 囲第1項に記載のシラン−オリゴマー。 7.R2が8個未満の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ、カルボキシ又はアルコキ シエーテルの各基である、請求の範囲第1項に記載のシラン−オリゴマー。 8.約500以上、約11,000以下の分子量を有する、請求の範囲第1項 に記載のシラン−オリゴマー。 9.ポリイソシアネート、反応性末端を与える化合物、オリゴマーポリオール 及びシラン化合物を反応させる複数の工程を含んでなる、次式: (R3)−X−(R1 x)−Y−Si(R2)3 (1) (式中、R3は化学線により重合し得る官能基を含む基であり、R1 xは約200 以上の分子量を有する主鎖オリゴマーであり、R2は加水分解性基であり、そし てX及びYはカップリング基である。) を有するシラン−オリゴマー(A)の製造法。 10.前記のポリイソシアネートを前記の反応性末端を与える化合物と反応さ せて反応生成物を形成し;該反応生成物を前記のオリゴマーポリオールと反応さ せて第二の反応生成物を形成し;そして該第二反応生成物を前記のシラン化合物 と反応させる工程を更に含む、請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 11.前記のオリゴマーポリオールがポリエーテルジオール、ポリオレフィン ジオール、ポリエステルジオール、ポリカーボネートジオール及びそれらの混合 物よりなる群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 12.前記のポリイソシアネートがジイソシアネートである、請求の範囲第9 項に記載の方法。 13.前記の反応性末端を有する化合物が、化学線の影響下で重合し得る官能 基、及びカップリング基と反応し得るか、又は該カップリング基を形成し得る官 能基を含んでいる、請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 14.カップリング基と反応し得るか、又は該カップリング基を形成し得る前 記の官能基がヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基、チオール基、イソシアネート基及び エポキシ基よりなる群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。 15.前記のシラン化合物が加水分解性基、及びカップリング基と反応し得る か、又は該カップリング基を形成し得る官能基を有する非加水分解性基を含んで いる、請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 16.前記の非加水分解性基がイソシアネート基、アミン基、エポキシ基及び チオール基よりなる群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 17.ポリイソシアネート、反応性末端を与える化合物、オリゴマーポリオー ル及びシラン化合物の反応により得られる、シラン基を有する放射線硬化性のエ チレン性不飽和オリゴマーを実質的な量で含んでなるオリゴマー混合物。 18.前記の放射線硬化性のエチレン性不飽和オリゴマーが、次式: (R3)−X−(R1 x)−Y−Si(R2)3 (1) (式中、R3は化学線により重合し得る官能基を含む基であり、R1 xは約200 以上の分子量を有する主鎖オリゴマーであり、R2は加水分解性基であり、そし てX及びYはカップリング基である。) を有するシランオリゴマーである、請求の範囲第17項に記載の方法。 19.前記の混合物が前記のシランオリゴマーを少なくとも40重量%含んで いる、請求の範囲第18項に記載の方法。 20.前記の混合物が前記のシランオリゴマーを少なくとも60重量%含んで いる、請求の範囲第18項に記載の方法。 21.次の: (A)5乃至99重量%の、次式: (R3)−X−(R1 x)−Y−Si(R2)3 (1) (式中、R3は化学線により重合し得る官能基を含む基であり、R1 xは約200 以上の分子量を有する主鎖オリゴマーであり、R2は加水分解性基であり、そし てX及びYはカップリング基である。) を有するシラン−オリゴマー; (B)0乃至80重量%の、場合によって加えられる他のオリゴマー;及び (C)少なくとも1重量%の、上記シランオリゴマーの反応性末端と反応し得 る末端基でそれぞれ終わっている1種又はそれ以上の反応性希釈剤; を含んでなる、ガラス用塗料組成物。 22.更に光開始剤を0.1乃至10重量%含んでいる、請求の範囲第21項 に記載のガラス用塗料組成物。 23.前記の成分(C)が前記のシランオリゴマーの反応性末端と反応し得る 少なくとも2個の末端基で終わっている反応性希釈剤からなるとき、該成分(C )は約1乃至約35重量%の量で存在しており、また該成分(C)が該シランオ リゴマーの反応性末端と反応し得る末端基1個だけで終わっている反応性希釈剤 からなるとき、該成分(C)は約1乃至約60重量%の量で存在している、請求 の範囲第21項に記載のガラス用塗料組成物。 24.ポリイソシアネート、反応性末端を与える化合物、オリゴマーポリオー ル及びシラン化合物の反応により得られる、請求の範囲第21項に記載のガラス 用塗料組成物。 25.前記のシランオリゴマーが15重量%より多い量で存在している、請求 の範囲第21項に記載のガラス用塗料組成物。 26.請求の範囲第21項に記載の、硬化した塗料組成物で被覆されている光 学繊維。
