Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式I (式中、 a)XはN原子を表し、そして Yは酸素原子またはNHを表すか、または b)XはCHを表し、そして Yは酸素原子を表し、 さらに、 R1は炭素原子数1ないし4のアルキル基を表し、 R2は水素原子、炭素原子数1ないし4のアルキル基、シクロプロピル基また はシアノ基を表し、 R3はシアノ基、置換または非置換の炭素原子数1ないし6のアルコキシカル ボニル基、置換または非置換のジ(炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル)アミノカ ルボニル基、置換または非置換の炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル−S(O)n 基、置換または非置換のアリール−S(O)n基、置換または非置換のヘテロア リール基、置換または非置換のヘテロシクリル基、または置換または非置換のヘ テロシクリルカルボニル基を表し、そして R4は炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル基;1ないし5個のハロゲン原子を有 する炭素原子数1ないし6のハ ロアルキル基;炭素原子数1ないし4のアルコキシ−炭素原子数1または2のア ルキル基;非置換または1ないし3個のハロゲン原子により置換された炭素原子 数2ないし6のアルケニル基;炭素原子数3ないし6のアルキニル基;非置換ま たは1ないし4個のハロゲン原子により置換された炭素原子数3ないし6のシク ロアルキル−炭素原子数1ないし4のアルキル基を表し、そして nは1または2の数値を表す)で表されるオキシムエーテルまたは可能である それらの異性体もしくは異性体混合物。 2.式I中、 XがCHまたはNを表し、 Yが酸素原子を表し、 R1がメチル基またはエチル基を表し、 R2がメチル基、シクロプロピル基またはシアノ基を表し、そして R3およびR4が式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す請求項1記載の 化合物。 3.式I中、 Xが窒素原子を表し、 YがNHを表し、 R1がメチル基、エチル基またはイソプロピル基を表し、 R2がメチル基、シクロプロピル基またはシアノ基を表し、そして R3およびR4が式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す請求項1記載の 化合物。 4.式I中、 R1=R2であり、そしてメチル基を表し、 R4が炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル基を表し、一方 X、YおよびR3が式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す請求項1記 載の化合物。 5.式I中、 R1=R2であり、そしてメチル基を表し、 R3がシアノ基、置換または非置換の炭素原子数1ないし6のアルコキシカル ボニル基、置換または非置換のジ(炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル)アミノカ ルボニル基、または置換または非置換のヘテロシクリルカルボニル基を表し、そ して X、YおよびR4が式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す請求項1記 載の化合物。 6.式I中、 R1=R2であり、そしてメチル基を表し、 R3が置換または非置換の炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル−S(O)n基、置 換または非置換のアリール−S(O)n基、置換または非置換のヘテロアリール 基、または置換または非置換のヘテロシクリル基を表し、そして nは1または2を表し、一方 X、YおよびR4が式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す請求項1記 載の化合物。 7.式I中、 R3が置換または非置換のヘテロシクリル基または置換または非置換のヘテロ アリール基を表し、 R4が炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル基、炭素原子数1ないし6のハロアル キル基、または非置換または1ないし4個のハロゲン原子により置換された炭素 原子数3ないし6のシクロアルキル−炭素原子数1ないし4のアルキル基を表し 、そして R1、R2、XおよびYが式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す請求項 6記載の化合物。 8.式I中、 R1=R2であり、そしてメチル基を表し、 R3が置換または非置換の炭素原子数1ないし6のアルコキシカルボニル基、 または置換または非置換のヘテロシクリル基を表し、 R4が炭素原子数1ないし6のアルキル基、炭素原子数1ないし6のハロアル キル基、または非置換または1ないし4個のハロゲン原子により置換された炭素 原子数3ないし6のシクロアルキル−炭素原子数1ないし4のアルキル基を表し 、そして XおよびYが式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す請求項1記載の化 合物。 9.式中、X=C二重結合がE体にある請求項1ないし 8のいずれか1項に記載の化合物。 10.次式II: で表されるオキシムを一般式III: で表されるベンジル誘導体(上記式中、R1ないしR4、XおよびYは式Iに対し て定義されたものと同じ意味を表し、そしてUは脱離基を表す)と反応させるこ とによる式Iで表される化合物の製造方法。 11.反応が塩基の存在下、−20℃ないし+80℃の温度範囲で行われる請求項 10記載の方法。 12.次式V: で表されるオキシムを一般式: U−R4 VI で表される化合物(上記式中、R1ないしR4、Xおよ びYは式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表し、そしてUは脱離基を表す )と反応させることによる式Iで表される化合物の製造方法。 13.脱離基Uが塩素原子、臭素原子、ヨウ素原子、メシルオキシ基、ベンゼンス ルホニルオキシ基、ニトロベンゼンスルホニルオキシ基またはトシルオキシ基を 表す請求項10または11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.次式VII、VIII、IXまたはX: (式中、R1ないしR4、XおよびYは式Iに対して定 義されたものと同じ意味を表す)で表される中間体。 15.有効成分として少なくとも1種の請求項1記載の式Iで表される化合物を適 当な担体および所望するならば表面活性助剤と共に含有する殺微生物剤組成物。 16.有効成分として請求項2ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の化合物を少なくと も1種含有する請求項15記載の組成物。 17.有効成分を担体および所望するならば表面活性助剤と十分に混合する、およ び/または粉砕することからなる請求項15記載の組成物の製造方法。 18.請求項1記載の式Iで表される化合物を殺微生物剤として使用する方法。 19.請求項1記載の式Iで表される化合物を植物、その部分またはその生育地に 施用することにより、植物病害を防除する、または微生物による攻撃を予防する 方法。 20.式Iで表される化合物の製造方法であって、次式IX: (式中、YおよびR1ないしR4は式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す )で表されるフェニル酢酸誘導体を、式中X=CHである生成物が得られるべき ならばホルメートと塩基の存在下で反応させるか、または式中X=Nである生成 物が得られるべきならば亜硝酸もし くは亜硝酸塩と塩基の存在下で反応させ、各々の場合において次式VIII: で表されるエノールまたはオキシム誘導体が形成され、これを次にメチル化剤で メチル化することからなる上記製造方法。 21.次式II: (式中、R2、R3およびR4は式Iに対して定義されたものと同じ意味を表す) で表される中間体。 22.式中、R2およびR4がメチル基が表す請求項21記載の化合物。
