- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.I型コラーゲンマトリックス材からなり平均径約0.1μm〜約150μm の細孔を有し内径が内部中心に向かってテーパー状をなした壁部を有する導管か らなる血管治療用の自己伸張性を有する血管創傷被覆材。 2.壁厚が端部で約0.05mm〜約0.30mm、中心部で約0.1mm〜約 1.5mmである請求項1記載の創傷被覆材。 3.内径が約2mm乃至約30mmである請求項2記載の創傷被覆材。 4.密度が約0.05g/cm3〜約0.8g/cm3である請求項1記載の創傷 被覆材。 5.コンプライアンスが約2.0%半径変化/mmHg×10-2〜約7.0%半 径変化/mmHg×10-2である請求項1記載の創傷被覆材。 6.膨潤量が約0.5g/g〜約15g/gである請求項1記載の創傷被覆材。 7.熱収縮温度が約55℃〜約85℃である請求項1記載の創傷被覆材。 8.緩和復元時間が約1秒〜約30秒である請求項1記載の創傷被覆材。 9.抗生物質、アスピリン、クマジン、ポリアニオン性多糖類、プロスタグラン ジン類、プラスミノーゲンアクチベータ類、ウロキナーゼ、ストレプトキナーゼ 、糖蛋白、ラミニン、創傷治癒成長因子、II型〜XIV型コラーゲン類および それらの混合物を含む薬剤を含有する請求項1記載の創傷被覆材。 10.吸収性がインビボで約30日〜約120日である請求項1記載の 創傷被覆材。 11.a)I型コラーゲンを含有する水性分散液を調整し、 b)コアセルベート化剤によりコラーゲンをコアセルベート化し、 c)コアセルベート化したコラーゲン線維を同軸円筒成形型に入れ、 d)成形型中の線維を凍結乾燥して乾燥コラーゲンマトリックス導管を形成し 、 e)凍結乾燥したコラーゲンマトリックス導管に水ミストを噴霧し、 f)水噴霧処理したコラーゲンマトリックス導管を圧縮し、 g)コラーゲンマトリックス導管の端部を圧縮して内部中心に向かってテーパ ー状の内径を形成し、 h)ついで、圧縮したコラーゲンマトリックス導管を架橋剤で架橋させること からなる血管治療用の自己伸張性を有する吸収性血管創傷被覆材の製造方法。 12.(g)工程の前において圧縮されたコラーゲンの両端部に切頭直円錐を挿 入することを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。 13.分散液が抗生物質、アスピリン、クマジン、ポリアニオン性多糖類、プロ スタグランジン類、プラスミノーゲンアクチベータ類、ウロキナーゼ、ストレプ トキナーゼ、糖蛋白、ラミニン、創傷治癒成長因子、II型〜XIV型コラーゲ ン類およびそれらの混合物を含む薬剤を含有するものである請求項11記載の方 法。 14.コアセルベート化剤は塩基である請求項11記載の方法。 15.同軸円筒成形型は生体適合性材料で加工されている請求項11記載の方法 。 16.同軸円筒成形型は中空円筒の中心部にロッドを有するものである請求項1 1記載の方法。 17.(e)工程の水噴霧処理は約6インチ〜約18インチの距離で水 ミストボンベを設置し、コラーゲンマトリックスを約20rpm〜約700rp mの速度で回転させながらコラーゲンマトリックス上に約5秒〜約30秒間水ミ ストを噴霧するものである請求項11記載の方法。 18.(f)工程の圧縮行程は圧縮されたマトリックスの壁厚が約0.1mm〜 約1.5mmとなるものである請求項11記載の方法。 19.(g)の圧縮工程は導管の端部の壁厚が約0.05mm〜約0.30mm となるものである請求項11記載の方法。 20.架橋剤はホルムアルデヒドである請求項11記載の方法。 21.a)創傷被覆材を含む運搬カテーテルを経皮的部位を通して動脈内に挿入 し、 b)創傷被覆材を選択された血管内部位にガイドワイヤーで案内し、 c)ついで、創傷被覆材を血管内部位で解放することからなる血管内部の選択 部位における吸収性血管創傷被覆材の使用方法。 22.血管創傷被覆材は、平均径約約0.1μm〜150μmの細孔を有し;密 度が約0.05g/cm3〜約0.8g/cm3;壁厚が端部で約0.05mm〜 0.30mm、中央部で約0.1mm〜1.5mm;内径が2mm〜30mmお よび長さが0.5cm〜15cmのI型コラーゲンマトリックス材からなる折り 重ねた導管である請求項21記載の方法。 23運搬カテーテルは経皮経管血管形成術(PTA)用カテーテルである請求項 21記載の方法。 24.ガイドワイヤーはPTAガイドワイヤーである請求項21記載の方法。 25.吸収性血管創傷被覆材の血管内への解放は、創傷被覆材を取り囲んでいる 保護シースを除去し、創傷被覆材を血液にさらすことからな る請求項21記載の方法。 26.保護シースは血液適合性材料からなる請求項25記載の方法。 27.生体適合性材料はシリコン材である請求項26記載の方法。 28.生体適合性材料はポリウレタンである請求項26記載の方法。 29.a)吻合部位で宿主血管と人工血管の内腔に血管創傷被覆材を挿入し、 b)ついで、宿主血管と人工血管を一直線にし、人工血管の近位端と遠位端で 人工血管を宿主血管に縫合することからなる血管手術中の血管創傷被覆材の使用 方法。 30.血管創傷被覆材は、平均径約約0.1μm〜150μmの細孔を有し;密 度が約0.05g/cm3;壁厚が端部で約0.05mm〜0.30mm、中央 部で約0.1mm〜1.5mm;内径が2mm〜30mmおよび長さが0.5c m〜15cmのI型コラーゲンマトリックス材からなる導管である請求項29記 載の方法。 31.血管創傷被覆材は、抗生物質、アスピリン、クマジン、ポリアニオン性多 糖類、プロスタグランジン類、プラスミノーゲンアクチベータ類、ウロキナーゼ 、ストレプトキナーゼ、糖蛋白、ラミニン、創傷治癒成長因子、II型〜XIV 型コラーゲン類およびそれらの混合物を含む薬剤を含有するものである請求項2 9記載の方法。 32.a)宿主血管または人工血管を血管創傷被覆材内に挿入し、 b)宿主血管と人工血管を吻合し、 c)ついで、創傷被覆材を引っ張り近位端と遠位端で吻合部位を被覆すること からなる血管手術中の血管創傷被覆材の使用方法。 33.血管創傷被覆材は、平均径約約0.1μm〜150μmの細孔を有し;密 度が約0.05g/cm3〜約0.08g/cm3;壁厚が端部で約0.05mm 〜0.30mm、中央部で約0.1mm〜1. 5mm;内径が2mm〜30mmおよび長さが0.5cm〜15cmのI型コラ ーゲンマトリックス材からなる導管である請求項32記載の方法。 34.血管創傷被覆材は、抗生物質、アスピリン、クマジン、ポリアニオン性多 糖類、プロスタグランジン類、プラスミノーゲンアクチベータ類、ウロキナーゼ 、ストレプトキナーゼ、糖蛋白、ラミニン、創傷治癒成長因子、II型〜XIV 型コラーゲン類およびそれらの混合物を含む薬剤を含有するものである請求項3 2記載の方法。
