Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 薄膜を形成する性質を有する流体製品を分配し、噴霧する噴霧システム であって、前記流体製品を噴霧するノズルを有し、このノズルは、オリフィスと 、このオリフィスへ導かれる内側流体通路とを有し、低ぬれ性材料から形成され たものである噴霧システムにおいて、 前記低ぬれ性材料は、分配動作が終了したときに、前記オリフィスと前記内側 流体通路が前記流体製品をはじき、薄膜の形成とノズル詰まりを防止するように 前記流体製品に対する前記基本材料のぬれ性を減少させるために、基本材料と、 ぬれ性減少材とを備えていることを特徴とする。 2. 請求項1に係る噴霧システムであって、前記ぬれ性減少材は前記基本材 料に混合される溶融添加物を備え、前記基本材料は、好ましくはポリオキシメチ レン(polyoxymethylene)を備えることを特徴としている。 3. 請求項2に係る噴霧システムであって、前記溶融添加物は、前記低ぬれ 性材料の0.1重量%から50重量%、好ましくは、2重量%を備えることを特 徴としている。 4. 請求項2又は請求項3に係る噴霧システムであって、前記溶融添加物は シリコーンを備えることを特徴としている。 5. 請求項1に係る噴霧システムであって、前記ぬれ性減少材は、前記ノズ ルの表面に適用されたコーティングを備え、前記基本材料は好ましくはポリオキ シメチレンを備えることを特徴としている。 6. 薄膜を形成する性質を有する流体製品を分配し、噴霧する噴霧システム であって、前記流体製品を噴霧するノズルを有し、このノズルは、オリフィスと 、このオリフィスへ導かれる内側流体通路とを有し、低ぬれ性材料から形成され たものである噴霧システムにおいて、 前記低ぬれ性材料は、分配動作が終了したときに、前記オリフィスと前記内側 流体通路が前記流体製品をはじき、薄膜の形成とノズル詰まりを防止するように 前記流体製品に対する前記基本材料のぬれ性を減少させるために、ポリオキシメ チレンの基本材料と、シリコンのぬれ性減少材とを備えていることを特徴とする 。 7. 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに係る噴霧システムであって、前記噴霧シ ステムはアクチュエータアッセンブリを含み、前記ノズルは好ましくは前記アク チュエータアッセンブリの開口に挿入されるノズルインサートを備え、前記ノズ ルインサートは、好ましくは圧力うず巻き噴霧ノズルを備えていることを特徴と している。 8. 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに係る噴霧システムであって、前記噴霧シ ステムは、前記流体製品の間欠的な源を含み、前記間欠的な源は好ましくは、手 動動作ポンプ機構を備えていることを特徴としている。 9. 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに係る噴霧システムであって、前記低ぬれ 性材料は、前記流体製品に対して少なくとも40°の接触角を生ずることを特徴 としている。 10. 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに係る噴霧システムであって、 前記内側流体通路は、前記分配動作が終了して薄膜の形成と前記ノズルの詰ま りを防止するとき、前記内側流体通路内における前記流体製品に対する毛管現象 が、前記流体製品を前記オリフィスから離れる方向に引っぱるような前記ノズル 内の断面積の変化を含むことを特徴とする。
