Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)二酸化炭素発生ソースから二酸化炭素を捕獲する段階と、 (b)メタンを実質的に含有せず且つ生育期の周囲昼間温度よりも低い温度を有 している地下空洞を準備し、捕獲した二酸化炭素を地下空洞に蓄積する段階と、 (c)蓄積した二酸化炭素が周囲昼間温度以下の温度に冷却されるまでは少なく とも地下空洞に二酸化炭素を貯蔵する段階と、 (d)貯蔵した二酸化炭素を地下空洞から植物地帯に搬送する段階と、 (e)二酸化炭素を前記地帯の植物に配給する段階と、 を含む植物の生育を増進するための二酸化炭素の再利用方法。 2.更に、捕獲した二酸化炭素を閉じ込める段階を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記 載の方法。 3.閉じ込める段階が更に、タンク貨車に二酸化炭素を導入する工程を含む、請 求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4.閉じ込める段階が更に、折り畳み可能な密閉式コンテナに二酸化炭素を導入 する工程を含む、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 5.地下空洞が坑であり、回収した二酸化炭素を地下空洞に蓄積する段階が、捕 獲した二酸化炭素を坑内にポンプ輸送する工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載 の方法。 6.坑が通風システムを有しており、通風システムを介して二酸化炭素を坑内に ポンプ輸送する工程を含む、請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7.地下空洞が帯水層であり、回収した二酸化炭素を地下空洞に蓄積する段階が 、捕獲した二酸化炭素を帯水層にポンプ輸送する工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。 8.搬送段階が更に、貯蔵した二酸化炭素を配給システムを介して地下空洞から 植物地帯にサイフォン輸送する工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.搬送段階が更に、既存の水路橋に配置されたホースを介して地下空洞から複 数の植物地帯に二酸化炭素をポンプ輸送する工程を含み、ホースが個々の植物地 帯に伸びる分岐を有していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。 10.搬送段階が更に、既存の水路橋の上方に架設されたフードを介して地下空 洞から植物地帯に二酸化炭素をポンプ輸送する工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項に 記載の方法。 11.搬送段階が更に、二酸化炭素が帯水層に導入される場所から遠方に所在す る植物地帯で帯水層から二酸化炭素を取り出す工程を含む、請求の範囲第7項に 記載の方法。 12.水と炭酸ガスとを別々に配給し得る両用潅漑装置を準備し、配給段階が更 に、昼間時間中は潅漑装置を介して二酸化炭素を噴出させ、昼間以外の時間中は 潅漑装置を介して水を噴出させる工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 13.周囲温度が約70°F〜約90°Fであるときに両用潅漑装置を介して二 酸化炭素を噴出させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 14.複数の支柱によって回転自在に支持されたシャフトとシャフトに取り付け られた車輪と第一及び第二の末端を有するホースとを有しており、ホースの第一 末端が車輪に取り付けられ且つホースの第二末端がトラクターの後部の引張棒に 取り付けられている潅漑装置を配給段階で使用し、配給段階が更に、通常はシャ フトから遠ざかる方向にトラクターを移動させることによって圃場内にホースを 配置し、昼間時間中はホースから二酸化炭素を噴出させ、シャフトを回転させて 車輪にホースを巻き取ることによってホースを撤収する工程を含む、請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。 15.下水廃液に吸収させる二酸化炭素の再利用方法であって、 (a)二酸化炭素発生ソースから二酸化炭素を捕獲する段階と、 (b)下水廃液に二酸化炭素を含浸させる段階と、 (c)下水廃液を広大な水域に集積させる段階と、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 16.集積段階が更に、二酸化炭素を含浸した下水廃液を二酸化炭素吸収性植物 を育成している水生農場に導入する工程を含む、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方 法。 17.更に、廃液を加熱する段階と、加熱した廃液を広大な水域に集積させる段 階とを含む、請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 18.方法が更に、捕獲した二酸化炭素を二酸化炭素発生ソースから地下空洞に 両者間の専用導管を介して配送する段階を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。 19.方法が更に、浮遊障壁を準備し、浮遊障壁を水域の所定の場所に配置し、 障壁によって水生農場を区画する段階を含む、請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法 。 20.方法が更に、二酸化炭素発生ソースを地下空洞に配置する段階を含む、請 求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
