Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.親水性のポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルおよびポリ(N−ビニル ピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの湿った滑らかなしっかり接着している混合され たヒドロゲルのコーテイングを上部に有する物質であって、該物質およびコーテ イングが a)反応性化学的官能基の少なくとも一部がアミン−含有基であるような反応性 化学的官能基を上部に有する表面を有する、熱可塑性ポリウレタン類(TPU) 、ポリエステル類、ナイロン重合体、ポリエーテル重合体とポリエステル重合体 のブロック共重合体、ポリエーテルポリオールとポリアミド類、ポリイミド類、 ポリオレフィン類、合成炭化水素エラストマーよりなる群から選択されるものと のブロック共重合体、並びに天然ゴムよりなる群から選択される親水性もしくは 親水性にされた疎水性のプラスチックまたはゴム重合体基質、或いはステンレス 鋼、チタン;鋼、ニッケル、チタン、モリブデン、コバルトおよびクロムの合金 ;並びにニチノール(ニッケル−チタン合金)、およびビタリウム(コバルト− クロム合金)よりなる群から選択される金属基質、 b)該基質表面に適用される、末端イソシアナート基の少なくとも一部が該基質 表面上の該反応性化学的官能基と反応しそして共有結合してそれとの共有ポリウ レア結合を生成してポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体のタイ コートを該基質表面上に形成し、そのポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生 成性重合体が該基質表面としっかり接着するような方法で、ポリウレタン−ポリ ウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体を生成可能であり且つ他の種と反応しない末端 イソシアナート基を含有する親水性ポリウレタン−ウレアプレポリマー中間体を 含んでおり、そして ここで該ポリウレタン−ウレアプレポリマー中間体の該末端イソシアナート基の 少なくとも一部が他の種と反応しないような方法で該ポリウレタン−ポリウレア ヒドロゲル−生成性重合体中に存在している第一のコーテイング、並びに c)該タイコート上に適用される、ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)ヒドロゲル生成 性重合体およびイソシアナート−反応性官能基を含有する水分を含有するヒドロ ゲル−生成性化合物を含む第二のコーテイングであり、ここで湿った滑らかなし っかり接着した混合されたヒドロゲルのバリアーコートが該タイコートに対する 該第二のコーテイングの適用で該タイコート上で生成し、 ここで該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物の該水分は該タイコートの該ポリウレタン− ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体と結合して該混合されたヒドロゲルバリア ーコートの最初のヒドロゲルを該コート上に、該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアー コートの該最初のヒドロゲルがポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルであ るように生成し、 ここで該ヒドロゲル生成性化合物の該イソシアナート−反応性官能基がそれと反 応しない該タイコートの該ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル生成性重合体の 該末端イソシアナート基質の少なくとも一部と反応しそして共有結合して、それ により該ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルを該タイコートにしっかり 接着させ、従って該基質表面にしっかり接着させ、 ここで該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物の該水分が該ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重 合体と結合して該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの第二のヒドロゲルを該 混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲルがポリ(N−ビニル ピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルであるように生成し、そして ここで該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第一のヒドロゲルおよび該混 合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲルが互いに混合され、そ れにより該第二のヒドロゲルを該タイコートにしっかり接着させそしてその結果 として該基質表面にもしっかり接着させる ような第二のコーテイング を含む該物質。 2.該ポリエステルがポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)であり、該ナイロ ン重合体がナイロン−11およびナイロン−12を含み、該ポリオレフイン類が ポリエチレン類(PE)およびポリプロピレン類(PP)を含み、そして該ポリ エーテル重合体が脂肪族でありそして該ポリエステル重合体が芳香族である、請 求頃1記載の物質。 3.該基質がプラスチックまたはゴム重合体である時には該反応性化学的官能基 が アミン−含有基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、カルボニル基、およびそれ らの組み合わせよりなる群から選択され、そして該基質が金属である時にはシラ ン末端基が該金属基質の表面に結合されそして該アミノ基が他の種と反応せずそ して更に該シラン末端基と該アミノ末端基との間に炭素数が約8までの低級アル キル基が置かれるような方法で、該反応性化学的官能基が一端にアミノ末端基を そして反対側の端部にシラン末端基を有するアミノ−シラン基を含む、請求項1 記載の物質。 4.該アミン−含有基がアミノ基、アミド基、ウレタン基、ウレア基、およびそ れらの組み合わせよりなる群から選択される、請求項3記載の物質。 5.該アミノ基が第1級アミノ基、第2級アミノ基、およびそれらの組み合わせ よりなる群から選択される、請求項4記載の物質。 6.アミン−含有基が R1NH2 I.、 R1NHR2 II.、および H2N(CH2)xNH2 III. [式中、R1およびR2は炭素原子数1〜約8の1価炭化水素基であり、そしてR3 は炭素原子数2〜約8の2価炭化水素基である] よりなる群(I−III)から選択される構造を有するアンモニア、第1級および 第2級有機アミン類、亜酸化窒素、窒素およびそれらの組み合わせよりなる群か ら選択される窒素−含有気体から誘導される、請求項4記載の物質。 7.該有機アミン類がメチルアミン、ジメチルアミン、エチルアミン、ジエチル アミン、n−プロピルアミン、アリルアミン、イソプロピルアミン、n−ブチル アミン、n−ブチルメチルアミン、n−アミルアミン、n−ヘキシルアミン、n −エチルヘキシルアミン、エチレンジアミン、1,4−ブタンジアミン、1,6− ヘキサンジアミン、シクロヘキシルアミン、n−メチルシクロヘキシルアミン、 およびエチレンイミンよりなる群から選択される、請求項6記載の物質。 8.該基質がプラスチックまたはゴム重合体である時に該反応性化学的官能基が プラズマ固定により該基質の該表面に固定され、そして該基質が金属である時に 該反応性化学的官能基がその化学的処理により該基質の表面に固定される、請求 項 1記載の物質。 9.該基質が、非−極性もしくは微極性であり且つ疎水性であるプラスチックま たはゴム重合体である時には該反応性化学的官能基を該基質表面に固定する前に ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基およびカルボニル基よりなる群から選択される 極性化および親水性化用の基を該基質の表面と結合させることにより該基質を最 初に極性またはより極性にし且つ親水性にする、請求項1記載の物質。 10.該アミノ−シラン基がγ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、γ−アミ び複素環式ポリイソシアナート類並びにそれらの誘導体よりなる群から選択され る有機ポリイソシアナートとのプレポリマー反応生成物である、請求項13記載 の物質。 16.該ポリエーテル、ポリエーテルアルコール、コポリエーテルまたはコポリ エーテルアルコールが水溶性のホモポリエーテル類、ホモポリエーテルアルコー ル類、エチレンオキシドのホモポリエーテルポリオール類、コポリエーテル類、 コポリエーテルアルコール類、エチレンおよびプロピレンオキシド類のコポリエ ーテルポリオール類、エチレンおよび1,2−ブチレンオキシドのコポリエーテ ル類、1,2−アルキレンオキシドポリエーテル類、1,2−アルキレンオキシド 類の混合物のコポリエーテル類、並びにエチレンオキシドおよびテトラヒドロフ ランのコポリエーテル類よりなる群から選択される化合物である、請求項15記 載の物質。 17.該ポリエーテル、ポリエーテルアルコール、ポリエーテルポリオール、コ ポリエーテルアルコールまたはコポリエーテルポリオールがエチレンオキシドの ホモポリエーテル類またはホモポリエーテルアルコール類、並びに約70〜約8 5重量%の量のエチレンオキシドおよび約15〜約30重量%のプロピレンオキ シドのコポリエーテル類またはコポリエーテルアルコール類よりなる群から選択 される化合物である、請求項16記載の物質。 18.該ポリエーテルアルコール、ポリエーテルポリオール、コポリエーテルア ルコールまたはコポリエーテルポリオールが1個のヒドロキシル基当たり約50 0〜約20,000の当量を有する、請求項17記載の物質。 19.該ポリエーテルポリオールまたは該コポリエーテルポリオールがそれぞれ 約750〜約5,000の当量を有するポリエーテルジオールまたはコポリエー テル ジオールである、請求項18記載の物質。 20.該1,2−アルキレンオキシドポリエーテル類および1,2−アルキレンオ キシドの混合物のコポリエーテル類が約1,500〜約7,500の当量を有する 、請求項16記載の物質。 21.該親水性ポリエーテルが水分を含まない、請求項15記載の物質。 22.該親水性ポリエーテルがさらに酸化防止剤も含有する、請求項15記載の 物質。 27.ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルおよびポリ(N−ビニルピロリ ドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの湿った滑らかなしっかり接着している混合されたヒド ロゲルの該コーテイングがさらに滑り添加剤も含有する、請求項1記載の物質。 28.親水性ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルおよびポリ(N−ビニル ピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの湿った滑らかなしっかり接着している混合され たヒドロゲルの該コーテイングが約0.1ミル〜約5ミルの厚さを有する、請求 項1記載の物質。 29.親水性ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルおよびポリ(N−ビニル ピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの湿った滑らかなしっかり接着している混合され たヒドロゲルの該コーテイングが約70重量%〜約90重量%の水含有量を有す る 、請求項1記載の物質。 30.請求項1記載の物質から製作される医療装置。 31.カテーテル、カテーテルバルーンまたはステントである、請求項30記載 の医療装置。 32.親水性のポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルおよびポリ(N−ビニ ルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの湿った滑らかなしっかり接着している混合さ れたヒドロゲルのコーテイングを上部に有する物質であって、該物質およびコー テイングが a)基質が熱可塑性ポリウレタン類(TPU)、ポリエステル類、ナイロン重合 体、ポリエーテル重合体とポリエステル重合体のブロック共重合体、ポリエーテ ル重合体とポリアミド類、ポリイミド類、ポリオレフィン類、合成炭化水素エラ ストマーよりなる群から選択されるものとのブロック共重合体、並びに天然ゴム よりなる群から選択されるか、或いはステンレス鋼、チタン;鋼、ニッケル、チ タン、モリブデン、コバルトおよびクロムの合金;並びにニチノール(ニッケル −チタン合金)、およびビタリウム(コバルト−クロム合金)よりなる群から選 択される金属基質であるような基質であり、該重合体または金属基質が上部に反 応性化学的官能基を有する表面を有しており、該反応性化学的官能基が該基質表 面上に少なくとも複数のアミン−含有基があるように(i)該基質が重合体であ る時にはアミノ基、アミド基、ウレタン基、ウレア基、およびそれらの組み合わ せよりなる群から選択されそして該基質が金属である時にはアミノ−シラン基で あるアミン−含有基、(ii)ヒドロキシル基、(iii)カルボキシル基、(iv) カルボニル基、および(v)それらの組み合わせよりなる群(i−v)から選択 される基質、 b)該基質表面に適用される、末端イソシアナート基の少なくとも一部が該基質 表面上の該反応性化学的官能基と反応しそして共有結合してそれとの共有ポリウ アプレポリマー中間体が水溶性ポリエーテルポリオールまたはコポリエーテルポ リオールと脂肪族、脂環式、芳香脂肪族、芳香族および複素環式ポリイソシアナ ート類よりなる群から選択される有機ポリイソシアナートから誘導される化合物 よりなる群から選択され、 ここで該ポリウレタン−ウレアプレポリマー中間体の該末端イソシアナート基の 少なくとも一部が他の種と反応しないような方法で該タイコートの該ポリウレタ ン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体中に存在している第一のコーテイング 、並びに c)該タイコート上に適用される、ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)ヒドロゲル生成 性重合体およびイソシアナート−反応性官能基を含有する水分を含有するヒドロ ゲル−生成性化合物を更に含む第二のコーテイングであり、ここで湿った滑らか なしっかり接着した混合されたヒドロゲルのバリアーコートが該タイコートに対 する該第二のコーテイングの適用で該タイコート上で生成し、 ここで該ヒドロゲル生成性化合物の該イソシアナート−反応性官能基がそれと反 応しない該タイコートの該ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル生成性重合体の 該末端イソシアナート基質の少なくとも一部と反応しそして共有結合して、該混 合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの最初のヒドロゲルが該タイコートにしっか り接着してそれによって該基質表面にしっかり接着するポリウレタン−ポリウレ ア重合体ヒドロゲルであるように、該タイコート上に該混合されたヒドロゲルバ リアコートの最初のヒドロゲルを生成させ、 ここで該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物の該水分が該ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)ヒ ドロゲル−生成性重合体と結合して該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの第 二のヒドロゲルを該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲル がポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルであるように該タイコート上に 生成し、そして ここで該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第一のヒドロゲルおよび該混 合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲルが互いに混合され、そ して共重合体ヒドロゲル網目構造、グラフト共重合体ヒドロゲル、会合重合体ヒ ドロゲル、およびそれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選択される組成物を生成し 、それにより該第二のヒドロゲルを該タイコートにしっかり接着させそしてその 結果として該基質表面にもしっかり接着させる ような第二のコーテイング を含む該物質。 33.親水性のポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルおよびポリ(N−ビニ ルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの乾燥した滑らかなしっかり接着している混合 されたヒドロゲルのコーテイングを上部に有する物質であり、該乾燥したヒドロ ゲルコーティングが湿った滑らかなヒドロゲルに再活性化可能であって、該物質 および該乾燥したヒドロゲルコーテイングが a)反応性化学的官能基の少なくとも一部がアミン−含有基である反応性化学的 官能基を有する表面を有する親水性もしくは親水性にされた疎水性の重合体基質 或いは金属基質、 b)該基質表面に適用される、末端イソシアナート基の少なくとも一部が該基質 表面上の該反応性化学的官能基と反応しそして共有結合してそれとの共有ポリウ レア結合を生成してポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体のタイ コートを該基質表面上に形成し、その該ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル生 成性重合体が該基質表面としっかり接着するような方法で、ポリウレタン−ポリ ウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体を生成可能であり且つ他の種と反応しない末端 イソシアナート基を含有する親水性ポリウレタン−ウレアプレポリマー中間体を 含んでおり、そして ここで該ポリウレタン−ウレアプレポリマー中間体の該末端イソシアナート基の 少なくとも一部が他の種と反応しないような方法で該ポリウレタン−ポリウレア ヒドロゲル−生成性重合体中に存在している第一のコーテイング、並びに c)該タイコート上に適用される、ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)ヒドロゲル生成 性重合体およびイソシアナート−反応性官能基を含有する水分を含有するヒドロ ゲル−生成性化合物を含む第二のコーテイングであり、ここで湿った滑らかなし っかり接着した混合されたヒドロゲルのバリアーコートが該タイコートに対する 該第二のコーテイングの適用で該タイコート上で生成し、 ここで該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物の該水分は該タイコートの該ポリウレタン− ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体と結合して該混合されたヒドロゲルバリア ーコートの最初のヒドロゲルを該コート上に該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコ ートの該最初のヒドロゲルがポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルである ように生成し、 ここで該ヒドロゲル生成性化合物の該イソシアナート−反応性官能基が、それと 反応しない該タイコートの該ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル生成性重合体 の該末端イソシアナート基の少なくとも一部と反応しそして共有結合して、それ により該ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルを該タイコートにしっかり 接着させそれによって該基質表面にしっかり接着させ、 ここで該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物の該水分が該ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)ヒ ドロゲル−生成性重合体と結合して該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの第 二のヒドロゲルを、該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲ ルがポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルであるように生成し、そして ここで該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第一のヒドロゲルおよび該混 合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲルが互いに混合され、そ れにより該第二のヒドロゲルを該タイコートにしっかり接着させそしてその結果 として該基質表面にもしっかり接着させ、そして ここで湿った滑らかなしっかり接着している混合されたヒドロゲルの該バリアー コートを次に乾燥してそこから水分を除去して該基質表面上に乾燥したしっかり 接着している混合されたヒドロゲルコーテイングを生成し、該乾燥したヒドロゲ ルコーテイングは該乾燥したヒドロゲルコーテイングの水性流体への再露呈によ り湿った滑らかなヒドロゲルコーテイングに再活性化可能である ような第二のコーテイング を含む該物質。 34.反応性化学的官能基が少なくとも複数のアミン−含有基を含む反応性化学 官能基を有する表面を有する親水性もしくは親水性にされた疎水性の重合体基質 或いは金属基質のための親水性ポリウレタン−ポリウレアプレポリマーヒドロゲ ルおよびポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの湿った滑らかなしっか り 接着している混合されたヒドロゲルコーテイング用の二成分コーテイング組成物 であって、該組成物が a)末端イソシアナート基の少なくとも一部が該基質表面上の該反応性化学的官 能基と反応しそして共有結合することができてそれとの共有ポリウレア結合を生 成してポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体のタイコートを該基 質表面上に形成し、そのタイコートが第一のコーテイング組成物が適用される該 基質表面としっかり接着するような方法で、ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲ ル−生成性重合体を生成可能であり且つ他の種と反応しない末端イソシアナート 基を含有する親水性ポリウレタン−ウレアプレポリマー中間体を含んでおり、該 親水性ポリウレタン−ウレアプレポリマー中間体が 水溶性ポリエーテルポリオールおよび水溶性コポリエーテルポリオールよりな る群から選択される化合物、並びに 脂肪族、脂環式、芳香脂肪族、芳香族および複素環式ポリイソシアナート類よ りなる群から選択される有機ポリイソシアナート から誘導される第一のコーテイング組成物、並びに b)該タイコート上での適用のための、ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)ヒドロゲル 生成性重合体を含み、第二のコーテイング組成物がさらに湿った滑らかなしっか り接着した混合されたヒドロゲルのバリアーコートが該タイコートに対する該第 二のコーテイングの適用で生成するように、イソシアナート−反応性官能基を含 有する水分を含有するヒドロゲル−生成性重合体も含み、 ここで該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物の該水分は該タイコートの該ポリウレタン− ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体と結合して該混合されたヒドロゲルバリア ーコートの最初のヒドロゲルを該コート上に、該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアー コートの該最初のヒドロゲルがポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルであ るように生成し、 ここで該ヒドロゲル生成性化合物の該イソシアナート−反応性官能基がそれと反 応しない該タイコートの該ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル生成性重合体の 該末端イソシアナート基の少なくとも一部と反応しそして共有結合して、それに より該ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体ヒドロゲルを該タイコートにしっかり接 着させそれによって該基質表面にしっかり接着させ、 ここで該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物の該水分が該ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドンヒ ドロゲル生成性)重合体と結合して該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの第 二のヒドロゲルを、該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲ ルがポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルであるように生成し、そして ここで該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第一のヒドロゲルおよび該混 合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートの該第二のヒドロゲルが互いに混合され、共 重合体ヒドロゲル網目構造、グラフト共重合体ヒドロゲル、会合重合体ヒドロゲ ル、およびそれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選択される組成物を生成し、それ により該第二のヒドロゲルを該タイコートにしっかり接着させそしてその結果と して該基質表面にもしっかり接着させ、そして ここで該混合されたヒドロゲルバリアーコートが少なくとも70重量%の水含有 量を有する ような第二のコーテイング を含む該組成物。 35.重合体または金属基質上に親水性ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲルお よひポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの湿った滑らかなしっかり接 着している混合されたヒドロゲルのコーテイングを製造するための中間体組成物 であって、該中間体組成物が a)上部に反応性化学官能基を有する表面を有しており、該反応性化学官能基が 該基質表面上に少なくとも複数のアミン−含有基があるように(i)重合体基質 の場合に該アミン−含有基がアミノ基、アミド基、ウレタン基、ウレア基、およ びそれらの組み合わせよりなる群から選択されそして金属基質の場合に該アミン −含有基がアミノ−シラン基であるアミン−含有基、(ii)ヒドロキシル基、( iii)カルボキシル基、(iv)カルボニル基、および(v)それらの組み合わせ よりなる群(i−v)から選択される親水性もしくは親水性にされた疎水性重合 体基質または金属基質、並びに b)該基質表面に適用される、末端イソシアナート基の少なくとも一部が該基質 表面上の該反応性化学的官能基と反応しそして共有結合してそれとの共有ポリウ レア結合を生成して該基質表面としっかり接着しているタイコートを有するポリ ウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体または共重合体を形成するよう な方法で、他の種と反応しない末端イソシアナート基を含有するポリウレタン− ポリウレア重合体または共重合体の親水性プレポリマー中間体を含んでおり、 さらに該ポリウレタン重合体または共重合体の該末端イソシアナート基の少なく とも一部が該タイコートに適用されそしてイソシアナート−反応性官能基を含有 するヒドロゲル−生成性化合物との反応用に利用可能なままであるような方法で 該ポリウレタン−ポリウレアヒドロゲル−生成性重合体または共重合体中に存在 しており、 該ヒドロゲル−生成性化合物が水、水溶性アミン類、およびそれらの組み合わせ よりなる群から選択されて該タイコートとしっかり接着している混合されたヒド ロゲルバリアーコートを該タイコート上に生成し、そして さらに該ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体または共重合体が該タイコートに適用 されるポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重合体と混合可能であり、該混合されたヒド ロゲルバリアーコートおよび該ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)重合体ヒドロゲルの 該ポリウレタン−ポリウレア重合体または共重合体が共重合体ヒドロゲル網目構 造、グラフト共重合体ヒドロゲル、会合重合体ヒドロゲル、およびそれらの組み 合わせよりなる群から選択される組成物を生成し、該混合されたヒドロゲルバリ アーコートが該タイコートとしっかり接着しておりそしてそれにより該基質表面 にしっかり接着しているようなタイコート を含む中間体組成物。 36.請求項35記載のコーテイング組成物でコーテイングされている重合体プ ラスチックまたはゴム医療装置。
