Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 沈澱槽において、アミノ酸に溶解されたセルロ−スを攪拌することにより 、定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造する方法において、 前記セルロ−ス溶液を下方に押し出して、薄膜吹込ノズルと外部空隙を通 過させ、前記沈澱槽に導入させることを特徴とする定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造 する方法。 2. ドラフト比を1〜10の範囲内で変更させ、且つ膨張比を1〜10の範囲 内で変更させることにより、前記薄膜の単面軸性方位、二軸性方位、または単面 二軸性方位を設定することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定方位セ ルロ−ス薄膜を製造する方法。 3. 前記外部空隙の長さを1〜50mmの範囲内で変更させることにより、前 記薄膜の単面軸性方位、二軸性方位、または単面二軸性方位を設定することがで きることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を 製造する方法。 4. 推進気体、特に、空気により薄膜管を膨張させることを特徴とする請求項 1から請求項3までの少なくとも一つの項に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造 する方法。 5. 前記薄膜管の内部に導入された液体により前記薄膜管を膨張させ、該液体 の表面と薄膜吹込ノズルとの間に内部空隙を設け、且つ前記空隙に封入させた該 空気の圧力により前記薄膜管を膨張させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項 3までの少なくとも一つの項に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造する方法。 6. 前記薄膜管において前記内部空隙の長さを0.1〜50mmの範囲内で変 更させることにより、凝固過程を設定することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の定 方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造する方法。 7. 薄膜吹込ノズルは下方に向けられた円筒形ノズルであることを特徴とする 請求項1から請求項6までの一つの項に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造する 方法。 8. NメチルモルホリンN酸(NMMO)中に溶解させた非誘導セルロ−スを 用いることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7までの一つの項に記載の定方位セ ルロ−ス薄膜を製造する方法。 9. 再生槽として、水、NMMO水溶液、又は該液体からセルロ−スを沈澱さ せない他の溶液を用いることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までの少なくと も一つの項に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造する方法。 10.有機物質、又は非有機物質を添加することにより、前記薄膜管の内側、及 び/叉は外側の前記再生槽の溶液の混合物の構成を変更させ、前記薄膜の構造を 変化させることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9までの少なくとも一つの項に 記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造する方法。 11.前記薄膜管の内側、及び外側に存する前記再生槽の異種の混合物の構成に より、前記薄膜に非対称を持たせることもできることを特徴とする請求項1から 請求項10までの少なくとも一つの項に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜を製造する 方法。 12.請求項1から請求項11までの少なくとも一つの項の記載に従って生成す ることを特徴とする定方位セルロ−ス薄膜。 13.該定方位が単面軸性、二軸性、または単面二軸性であることを特徴とする 請求項12に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜。 14.前記薄膜の強度が、100〜600Mpaの範囲内であることを特徴とす る請求項12に記載の定方位セルロ−ス薄膜。 15.請求項12から請求項14までの少なくとも一つの項に記載の定方位セル ロ−ス薄膜の例えば容器材料等のような広範に渡る生物学的還元材料、及び堆肥 材料としての利用。
