Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.増幅器回路網(1)と、第1および第2の接続端子(35,36)を介し て該増幅器回路網(1)に接続されておりかつ次の特徴を有している帰還結合回 路網(100)とを含んでいる周波数変化可能な発振器装置において、 第1および第2の振動回路インダクタンス(6,7)と第1の振動回路容量(8 )との直列回路が前記接続端子(35,36)の間に介挿されており、 前記振動回路容量(8)は前記第2の接続端子(36)に接続されており、 変化可能な振動回路容量(18,20,22)と第2の振動回路容量(15)と の直列回路が前記接続端子(35,36)の間に介挿されており、 前記第1および第2の振動回路インダクタンスの結合点(30)に、切換手段( 9,17,13,21)が接続されており、該切換手段によって、切換信号(S )に依存して前記結合点(30)は高周波信号に関連して前記第2の接続端子( 36)に接続可能である ことを特徴とする周波数変化可能な発振器装置。 2.前記切換手段は、 アノードが前記結合点(30)に接続されておりかつかソードが前記切換信号( S)に対する入力側(21)に接続されているダイオード(9)と、 前記ダイオード(9)のアノードに接続されている電圧源(11,12)と、 前記ダイオード(9)のカソードを前記第2の接続端子(36)に接続する、直 流信号成分を減結合するための第1の減結合容量(13)と を含んでいる 請求項1記載の周波数変化可能な発振器装置。 3.前記電圧源はオーミック分圧器(11,12)である 請求項2記載の周波数変化可能な発振器装置。 4.前記ダイオード(9)のカソードと前記切換信号(S)に対する入力側( 21)との間に抵抗(17)が介挿されている 請求項2または3記載の周波数変化可能な発振器装置。 5.前記ダイオード(9)のアノードと、前記振動回路インダクタンス(6, 7)に接続されている、前記振動回路容量(8)の接続端子との間に、コンデン サ(10)が介挿されておりかつ前記ダイオード(9)のカソードと前記第1の 接続端子(35)との間に、別のコンデンサ(14)が介挿されている 請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の周波数変化可能な発振器装置。 6.前記変化可能な振動回路容量は、 アノードが前記第2の振動回路容量(15)を介して 前記第1の接続端子(35)に接続されておりかつカソードが直流信号成分を減 結合するための第2の減結合容量(16)を介して前記第2の接続端子(36) に接続されている容量ダイオード(18)と、 前記容量ダイオード(18)と同調信号(T)に対する接続端子(22)との間 に介挿されている抵抗(20)と を含んでいる 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の周波数変化可能な発振器装置。 7.前記容量ダイオード(18)のアノードは抵抗(19)を介して基準電位 (アース)に接続されている 請求項6記載の周波数変化可能な発振器装置。
