Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.閉じた蒸気系を有し高圧高温の下で蒸気の蓄積及び発生を交互に行うよう に構成したスチームエンジン装置用スチームバッファにおいて、スチームバッフ ァ(4)に蒸気のための高温連結部(3)及び給水のための低温連結部(14)を 設け、両連結部(3,14)間に蒸気及び給水のための水力直径が約0.5mm以下の 複数の長い流路(20)を延設し、発生し得る最高温度より高い融点を有し、かつ 、1次蓄熱物質を構成する材料から成る耐圧壁(21,22,23,24,25)により前 記流路を囲んだことを特徴とするスチームバッファ。 2.スチームバッファ(4)は、臨界圧以上の圧力、好ましくは250バール、5 00℃の蒸気温度、及び流路(20)の水力直径0.2mmとしたことを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載のスチームバッファ。 3.相互に例えば硬質はんだ付けまたは焼結した平行毛細管(21,22)により 流路(20)を形成したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の スチームバッファ。 4.ブロック(23)を押出し成形することにより流路(20)を形成したことを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のスチームバッファ。 5.金属またはセラミック材の微粒子(25)を相互に、かつ、薄いケーシング (24)の内壁に焼結することにより流路(20)を形成したことを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のスチームバッファ。 6.スチームバッファ材質の総重量に対して最大限500kJ/kgのエネルギー密 度及び10−100kW/kgの出力密度が得られるように流路(20)及び中間材料(21 ,22,23,24,25)を構成したことを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項までのいずれか1項に記載のスチームバッ ファ。 7.低温連結部(14)と接続する給水用の与圧管(15)に、該与圧管(15)内 の流速が所定値を超えると閉じる弁(30)を設けたことを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項から第6項までのいずれか1項に記載のスチームバッファ。 8.低温連結部(14)が長い断熱管を具備することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項から第7項までのいずれか1項に記載のスチームバッファ。
