本発明は、圧縮天然ガス又は水素用の高圧貯蔵タンクの溶融/凝固媒体を用いるガス冷却方法に関するものである。特に、本発明は、燃料補給ステーション又は燃料補給所で使用される高圧貯蔵タンクに車両が燃料補給されているときに、水素及び/又は圧縮天然ガス(CNG)用の車両搭載用のガスタンクに効率的に燃料補給するための搭載用システム及び装置を提供するものである。

- 高圧下での燃料ガス貯蔵用の1又は2以上の搭載用タンクを有するガス駆動車両において、
1又は2以上のタンク内の溶融/凝固熱吸収媒体が1又は2以上のタンクに対する燃料補給処理からもたらされる圧縮熱を吸収して、
吸収された熱が、1又は2以上のタンク外部のラジエータに伝わって、
この吸収された熱をタンクから外部環境に排出可能な、
システム。 - 前記溶融/凝固熱吸収媒体は、ナフタレンである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸収された熱は、ヒートパイプを介してラジエータに伝導される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
