Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 針先の安全および使い易さ等の確保等に工夫
を施した新規の製図用コンパスを提供する。 【解決手段】 先端に針１をもつ中心脚２に対して針１
の先部分３を被い隠すための保護用カバー４を、下方に
回し出したときに被い隠し状態をまた上方に回し戻した
ときに非被い隠し状態を維持する状態および着脱不能の
状態として軸着して成るものである。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、主に学童を対象と
して提供される製図用コンパスに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、針先に保護チューブを抜挿可能に
嵌め被せることによって刺傷等から保護する等して安全
を確保していたが、これには使用に際して保護チューブ
を外したときに紛失したりしないように保管する煩しさ
があるのみならず不本意にも紛失してしまったその後に
は危険な状態で使用し続けなければならない等の問題点
があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上記問題点
を解決するための工夫を施した新規の製図用コンパスを
提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に本発明に係る製図用コンパスは、先端に針１をもつ中
心脚２に対して針１の先部分３を被い隠すための保護用
カバー４を、下方に回し出したときに被い隠し状態をま
た上方に回し戻したときに非被い隠し状態を維持する状
態および着脱不能の状態として軸着して成るものであ
る。

【発明の効果】本発明に係る製図用コンパスは、上記の
ような構成になるので、製図に使用しない場合には保護
用カバー４を下方に回し出して当該保護用カバー４の中
に針１の先部分３を完全に格納させ、また使用する場合
には保護用カバー４を上方に回し戻して針１の先部分３
を顕出させる等の用法で使用するものであって使い勝手
がよい等の便利な著効があるは勿論であるが、特に本発
明において保護用カバーは使用時も不使用時にも外す必
要がないのでこれを紛失する危惧がなくその管理の必要
もない利点があり、最後まで保護カバー付きの安全な状
態で使用できるものである。

【実施例】図に示す実施例は、中心脚２の先端に針１
を、また回転脚６の先端部に筆記具（鉛筆）７のホルダ
ー部８をもつ製図用コンパスであって、これとは別個に
透明の硬質プラスチックを以て半円形の左右両側壁部
９、１０とこれ等左右両側壁部９、１０の先端間に渡し
設けた連結部１１と同左右両側壁部９、１０の基端に設
けた軸受部１２、１３と上記連結部１１の内側を凹ませ
て形成した針先部分３の格納凹部１４とから成る保護用
カバー４を構成し、この保護用カバー４を上記中心脚２
の先端部に対して、同先端部の左右両側に予め設けた左
右１対の突設軸１５、１６と上記軸受部１２、１３に設
けた軸孔１７、１８との嵌着によって下方に回し出した
ときに被い隠し状態をまた上方に回し戻したときに非被
い隠し状態を呈するように軸承すると共に上記半円形壁
部９、１０の中央個所に左右係合孔１９、２０を設け、
これ等左右係合孔１９、２０が中心脚２の先端部の左右
両側に予め設けた上下対の上下係合突起２１、２２に係
合自在とし、左右係合孔１９、２０が下方の係合突起２
２に係止したときに保護用カバー４が被い隠し状態を、
また上方の係合突起２１に係止したときに非被い隠し状
態を維持するようにしたものである。
【０００７】上記筆記具７のホルダー部８は、回転脚６
の下部にコの字形状部２４を一体に設け、このコの字形
状部２４の上面壁２５および下面壁２６に六角形の固定
側孔２７、２８を開設すると共に同コの字形状部２４の
背面壁２９に左右に連通する長孔３０を設け、この長孔
３０に操作輪３１を挿入して当該操作輪３１の中心ネジ
孔３２に進退用ネジ棒３３を螺入すると共に当該進退用
ネジ棒３３の外端および内端を長孔３０の内外壁３４、
３５に通孔３６、３７を介して貫出し、この内側貫出端
に六角形の可動側孔３８をもつ進退部材３９を固着して
これ等進退用ネジ棒３３、進退部材３９を一体化し、操
作輪３１を手指により回転させることによって進退部材
３９を内側または外側方向に移動させたときに可動側孔
３８と固定側孔２７、２８の重り量が変化するようにし
たものであって、これ等可動側孔３８、固定側孔２７、
２８に筆記具７を挿通したのちに操作輪３１を回転させ
て重り量を増量し、よって筆記具７に可動側孔３８およ
び固定側孔２７、２８の切線を圧接させるようにしたも
のである。

  1. 【請求項１】 先端に針１をもつ中心脚２に対して針１
    の先部分３を被い隠すための保護用カバー４を、下方に
    回し出したときに被い隠し状態をまた上方に回し戻した
    ときに非被い隠し状態を維持する状態および着脱不能の
    状態として軸着して成ることを特徴とする製図用コンパ
    ス。
