Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.キヤリヤー流体、磁気活性粒子、および研磨添加物、酸洗浄剤およびア ルカリ洗浄剤から成る群から選んだ汚染物質除去用添加物から成り、磁気活性粒 子が0.1〜500μmの範囲内の直径を有することを特徴とする磁気レオロジ ー材料。 2.キヤリヤー流体と磁気活性粒子から成り、該磁気活性粒子が保護皮膜で 実質的に包まれかつ0.1〜500μmの範囲内の直径を有することを特徴とす る磁気レオロジー材料。 3.研磨添加物は、アルミニウム、鉄、クロム、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム 、チタン、ケイ素およびマグネシウムの酸化物;アルミニウム、ケイ素およびホ ウ素の炭化物、窒化物およびホウ化物;サーメット;またはそれらの混合物から 成る群から選択する請求項1記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 4.研磨添加物は、ダイヤモンドダスト、ガーネット、コランダム、アルミ ナ、ブラック・ミネララ・スラグ、Cr2O3、HfO2、TiO2、MgO、ガラ ス、砂、疎水性シリカ、ケイ酸アルミニウム、軽石、ルージュ、エメリー、長石 、SiC、B4C、BN、Si3N4、AIN、酸化セリウム、フエライト、マグ ネタイトおよび溶融アルミナから成る群から選択する請求項1記載の磁気レオロ ジー材料。 5.研磨添加物が疎水性シリカ、フエライト又はアルミナである請求項4記 載の磁気レオロジー材料。 6.酸洗浄剤は、クエン酸、酒石酸、酢酸、シュウ酸およびグルコン酸のよ うな有機酸;リン酸ナトリウム、過硫酸アンモニウム、硫酸ナトリウムおよび二 フッ化塩類のような酸塩酸;および硫酸、リン酸および塩酸のような無機酸から 成る群から選択する請求項1記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 7.アルカリ洗浄剤は、アルカリ金属オルトリン酸塩、縮合リン酸塩、水酸 化物、重炭酸塩、ケイ酸塩、ホウ酸塩から成る群から選択する請求項1記載の磁 気レオロジー材料。 8.保護皮膜が熱硬化性重合体、熱可塑性プラスチック、非磁性金属、セラ ミックおよびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択した材料から成る請求項2記載 の磁気レオロジー材料。 9.熱硬化性重合体は、ポリエステル、ポリイミド、フエノール樹脂、エポ キシ、ウレタンおよびシリコーンから成る群から選択し;熱可塑性重合体材料は アクリル樹脂、セルロース樹脂、ポリフエニレンスルフイド、ポリキノキシリン 、ポリエーテルイミドおよびポリベンズイミダゾールから成る群から選択し;非 磁性金属はチタン、ジルコニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、タンタル、クロム、モ リブデン、タングステン、銅、銀、金、鉛、スズ、亜鉛およびカドミウムのよう な耐火遷移金属;Co−Cr−W−CおよびCo−Cr−Mo−Siのようなコ バルト−基金属間合金;Ni−Cu、Ni−Al、Ni−Cr、Ni−Mo−C 、Ni−Cr−Mo−C、Ni−Cr−B−Si−CおよびNi−Mo−Cr− SiのようなNi−基金属間合金から成る群から選択し;セラミック材料は耐火 遷移金属の炭化物、窒化物、ホウ化物およびケイ化物、Al2O3、Cr2O3、Z rO3、HfO2、TiO2、SiO2、BeO、MgOおよびThO2のような非金 属酸化物;B4C、SiC、BN、Si3N4、AlNおよびダイヤモンドのよう な非金属非酸化物;およびサーメットから成る群から選ぶ請求項8記載の磁気レ オロジー材料。 10.保護皮膜は物理蒸着法、物理的液体又は湿潤法、又は化学蒸着法によっ て付加される請求項2記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 11.物理蒸着法は、直接、反応、活性化反応およびイオンビーム補助蒸着法 ;DC/RF二極管、交流、三極管、中空陰極放電、スパッタイオン、および陰 極アークグロー放電イオンめっき法;直接、クラスタイオンおよびイオンビーム めっき法;DC/RF二極管、三極管およびマグネトロングロー放電スパッタ法 ;および単および二重イオンビームスパッタ法から成る群から選び;物理的液体 又は湿潤法はエア/エアレス・スプレー、浸漬、スピン‐オン、静電スプレー、 スプレー高温分解、スプレー溶融、流動床、電気化学的析出、化学転化(リン酸 処理、クロメート処理、金属表面硬化、等)、無電気めっきおよび化学還元法の ような化学的析出法;金属間化合およびコロイド分散又はゾル−ゲルコーテイン グ法から成る群から選び;化学蒸着法は従来の低圧、レーザ誘導、電子補助、プ ラズマ促進および反応‐脈動化学蒸着法、並びに化学蒸気重合法から成る群から 選 ぶ請求項10記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 12.粒子が、常磁性、超常磁性又は強磁性化合物から成る請求項1又は2記 載の磁気レオロジー材料。 13.粒子が、鉄、鉄合金、窒化鉄、炭化鉄、カルボニル鉄、二酸化クロム、 低炭素鋼、ケイ素鋼、ニッケル、コバルト、およびそれらの混合物から成る群か ら選択した材料から成る請求項12記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 14.粒子が、ストレート鉄粉、還元鉄粉、絶縁還元鉄粉およびコバルト粉末 から成る群から選んだ金属粉末である請求項1又は2記載の磁気レオロジー材料 。 15.粒子が、ストレート鉄粉、還元鉄粉、鉄−コバルト合金粉末又は鉄−ッ ケル合金粉末である請求項1又は2記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 16.キヤリヤー流体は鉱物油、シリコーン油、シリコーン共重合体、塩素化 炭化水素、ハロゲン化芳香族液体、ハロゲン化パラフイン、ジエステル、ポリオ キシアルキレン、過フッ素化ポリエーテル、フッ素化炭化水素およびフッ素化シ リコーンから成る群から選択する請求項1又は2記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 17.キヤリヤ−流体がシリコーン油又は鉱物油である請求項16記載の磁気 レオロジー材料。 18.さらに、水素結合チキソトロピー剤およびコロイド添加物から成る群か ら選択したチキソトロピー添加物から成る請求項1又は2記載の磁気レオロジー 材料。 19.さらに界面活性剤から成る請求項1又は2記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 20.粒子は、全磁気レオロジー材料の5〜50体積%の量で存在し、キヤリ ヤー流体は40〜95体積%の量で存在し、研磨添加物は0.05〜10体積% の量で存在する請求項1記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 21.粒子は、全磁気レオロジー材料の15〜40体積%の量で存在し、キヤリ ヤー流体は60〜85体積%の量で存在し、研磨添加物は0.1〜5.0体積% の量で存在する請求項20記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 22.研磨添加物は全磁気レオロジー材料の0.2〜3.0体積%の量で存在 する請求項21記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 23.粒子は、全磁気レオロジー材料の5〜50体積%の量で存在し、キヤリ ヤー流体は40〜95体積%の量で存在し、酸又はアルカリ洗浄剤は粒子成分の 0.1〜5.0重量%の量で存在する請求項1記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 24.粒子は、全磁気レオロジー材料の15〜40体積%の量で存在し、キヤ リヤー流体は60〜85体積%の量で存在し、酸又はアルカリ洗浄剤は粒子成分 の0.5〜3.0重量%の量で存在する請求項23記載の磁気レオロジー材料。 25.保護皮膜か粒子表面の少なくとも90%を被覆する請求項2記載の磁気 レオロジー材料。 26.保護皮膜が粒子表面の95〜100%を被覆する請求項25記載の磁気 レオロジー材料。 27.保護皮膜が粒子表面の98〜100%を被覆する請求項26記載の磁気 レオロジー材料。 28.粒子の汚染生成物が全て除去されている請求項2記載の磁気レオロジー 材料。 29.粒子が既存の汚染物質層を有する請求項2記載の磁気レオロジー材料。
