Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a) eph族リガンドの可溶性ドメインをエピトープ標識と共に発現 させ; (b) 前記標識された可溶性ドメインを抗−標識抗体に暴露させる ことを特徴とするeph族リガンドの細胞外ドメインの生物学的活性を増大させ る方法。 2. 前記標識化がリガンドのC−末端に位置する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。 3. 前記エピトープ標識がc−mycである請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. (a) eph族リガンドの可溶性ドメインをIgGのFcドメインと共 に発現させ; (b) Fcダイマーを形成させる ことを特徴とするeph族リガンドの可溶性ドメインの生物学的活性を増大させ る方法。 5. エピトープ標識された可溶性eflの抗−エピトープ抗体処理された調製 物。 6. 前記エピトープ標識がリガンドのC−末端に位置する請求の範囲第5項に 記載の調製物。 7. 前記エピトープがmycである請求の範囲第6項に記載の調製物。 8. (可溶性Efl)nを含み、可溶性eflがeph族リセプタを結合する リガンドの細胞外ドメインであり、nが2もしくはそれ以上であることを特徴と する生物学的に活性なクラスター化された可溶性eph族リガンド。 9. 可溶性EflがEfl−1、Efl−2、Efl−3およびEfl−4の 細胞外ドメインよりなる群から選択された細胞外ドメインである請求の範囲第8 項に記載のクラスター化されたリガンド。 10. 核酸の配列が: (a) プラスミドpJFE14(1994年10月21日付けでアメリカン・ タイプ・カルチャー・コレクションに寄託されて第75921号と指定された) に含まれるefl−4DNA配列のコード領域を含むDNA配列; (b) 適当に厳密な条件下で前記(a)のDNAにハイブリダイズすると共に 、Ehk−1リセプタを結合するEfl−4 蛋白質をコードするDNA配列;及び (c) 遺伝子コードの結果として前記(a)もしくは(b)のDNA配列まで 変質すると共に、Ehk−1リセプタを結合するEfl−4蛋白質をコードする DNA配列 よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とするefl−4を含む分離精製された核 酸分子。
