Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 橋かけ結合剤からのモイエテイを含まず、90乃至135の保水値と、 5K密度によって定義される0.08乃至0.20g/ccの範囲内の乾燥弾性 とを有する空気中熱処理された高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維。 2. 前記繊維は110乃至125の範囲内の保水値と、5K密度によって定 義される0.12乃至0.18の範囲内の乾燥弾性と、湿潤圧縮性によって定義 される約7.2乃至8.2cc/gの範囲内の湿潤弾性と、約5.5乃至12. 0g/gの範囲内の滴容量とを有する事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気中熱 処理された高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維。 3. 空気中熱処理された北方針葉樹化学熱機械的パルプ繊維である事を特徴 とする請求項2に記載の空気中熱処理された高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維。 4. 請求項1の空気中熱処理された高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維を含む 事を特徴とする吸収性組織。 5. 橋かけ結合剤からのモイエテイを含まず、90乃至135の保水値と、 、5K密度によって定義される0.08乃至0.20g/ccの範囲内の乾燥弾 性とを有する空気中熱処理された高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維の製法におい て、 (a)橋かけ結合剤との混合物を含まない40乃至80%のコンシステンシーの 高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維を形成する段階と、 (b)繊維を離解する段階と、 (c)空気中で大気圧で加熱して水分を除去し、得られた無水分高リグニン含有 量セルロース繊維を少なくとも5秒間熱処理する段階とを含む方法。 6. 前記加熱は5秒間乃至2時間、120℃乃至280℃の空気温度で実施 される事を特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 前記段階(a)の混合物は50乃至70%の範囲内のコンシステンシー を有し、また前記段階(c)は85乃至95%の範囲内のコンシステンシーまで のフラッシュ乾燥と、次に残留水分の除去のための150乃至190℃の空気温 度で2乃至75分間実施される加熱と、得られた無水分高リグニン含有量セルロ ース繊維の少なくとも1分間の熱処理とを含む事を特徴とする請求項6に記載の 方法。 8. 得られた高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維を湿めらせて5乃至15%の 水分を与える事を特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9. 橋かけ結合剤からのモイエテイを含まず、90乃至135の保水値と、 5K密度によって定義される0.08乃至0.20g/ccの範囲内の乾燥弾性 とを有する空気中熱処理された高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維の製法において 、前記方法は、0乃至40%の範囲内の水分を有する高リグニン含有量セルロー ス繊維シートを空気中で大気圧で加熱して水分を除去し、無水分高リグニン含有 量セルロース繊維を少なくとも5秒間熱処理する段階を含む事を特徴とする方法 。 10. 熱処理されたシートに対して離解を実施する事を特徴とする請求項9 に記載の方法。 11. 加熱は5秒間乃至2時間、120℃乃至280℃の空気温度で実施さ れる事を特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12. 残留水分の除去のために150乃至190℃の空気温度で2乃至75 分間加熱を実施し、次に得られた無水分高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維を少な くとも1分間熱処理する事を特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 13. 得られた高リグニン含有量セルロース繊維を湿らせて5乃至15%の 水分を与える事を特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
