Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリオレフィン、二価または三価の金属カチオンおよび有機物または無機 物アニオンを有する添加剤、およびフルオロポリマー加工助剤を含む組成物の押 出方法において、前記組成物の押出における前記加工助剤の働きに対する前記添 加剤の有害作用を打ち消すのに必要な量で、前記極性側基含有押出アジュバンド を前記組成物に配合することを特徴とする改良された押出方法。 2.ポリオレフィン、二価または三価の金属イオンおよび有機物または無機物 アニオンを有する添加剤、フルオロポリマー加工助剤、および前記組成物の押出 での前記加工助剤の働きに対する前記添加剤の有害作用を打ち消すのに必要な量 の極性側基含有押出アジュバントを,含むことを特徴とする押出組成物。 3.前記極性側基含有押出アジュバントがポリマーであることを特徴とする請 求項2に記載の押出組成物。 4.前記ポリマーが、ポリ酢酸ビニル、エチレン/酢酸ビニル・コポリマー、 エチレン/アクリル酸・コポリマー、エチレン/メタクリル酸・コポリマー、エ チレン/ビニルアルコール・コポリマー、ポリビニルアルコール、またはイオノ マーであること特徴とする請求項3に記載の押出組成物。 5.前記ポリマーが、イオノマーであることを特徴をする請求項4に記載の押 出組成物。 6.前記極性側基含有押出アジュバントが、エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸また はその塩であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の押出組成物。 7.極性側基含有押出アジュバントの濃度が、2重量%以下であることを特徴 とする請求項2に記載の押出組成物。 8.極性側基含有押出アジュバントの濃度が、50ppmから1重量%である ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の押出組成物。 9.フルオロポリマー加工助剤および極性側基含有押出アジュバントを含むこ とを特徴とする加工助剤系組成物。 10.さらにポリオレフィンホスト樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記 載の加工助剤系組成物。 11.押出アジュバントがポリマーでることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の加 工助剤系組成物。 12.ポリマーが、ポリ酢酸ビニル、エチレン/酢酸ビニル・コポリマー、エ チレン/アクリル酸・コポリマー、エチレン/メタクリル酸・コポリマー、エチ レン/ビニルアルコール・コポリマー、ポリビニルアルコール、またはイオノマ ーであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の加工助剤系組成物。 13.ポリマーがイオノマーであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の加工 助剤系組成物。 14.二価または三価の金属カチオンならびに有機物または無機物アニオンを 有する添加剤を含み、その中の加工助剤の量に関連する前記加工助剤組成物中の 前記押出アジュバンドの割合が、前記加工助剤の性能に対する前記添加剤の有害 作用を打ち消すのに必要な量であることを特徴とするポリオレフィンの押出性能 を増加することを可能にする請求項9に記載の加工助剤系 組成物。 15.フルオロポリマー加工助剤に対する極性側基含有押出アジュバントの割 合は、重量で、約30/70から約95/5の範囲であることを特徴とする請求 項9に記載の加工助剤系組成物。 16.ポリオレフィン、および押出組成物の一定品質の押出に達するまでのス タートアップ時間が減少するように押出機を調節するのに必要な量の極性側基含 有押出アジュバントを含むことを特徴とする押出パージ組成物。 17.押出組成物が、請求項2の押出組成物であることを特徴とする請求項1 6に記載の押出パージ組成物。 18.アジュバントが、エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸、あるいはポリ酢酸ビニ ル、エチレン/酢酸ビニル・コポリマー、エチレン/アクリル酸・コポリマー、 エチレン/メタクリル酸・コポリマー、エチレン/ビニルアルコール・コポリマ ー、ポリビニルアルコール、およびイオノマーからなる群より選ばれたポリマー であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の押出パージ組成物。 19.アジュバントの濃度が約0.1〜10重量%であることを特徴とする請 求項16に記載の押出パージ組成物。 20.押出機パージ組成物が最終生成物となる押出組成物の押出の前に、押出 装置を通して押し出され、押出パージ組成物が、ポリオレフィンおよび前記押出 組成物の一定品質の押出に達するまでのスタートアップ時間が減少するように押 出機を調節するのに必要な量の極性側基含有押出アジュバントよりなることを特 徴とする押出装置を調節する方法。
