Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体電解質からなる基板(2)を備える、ガスの一部を形成する窒素酸化物 を検出するセンサ(1)であって、該基板の上には陽極(3)と陰極(4)とを 形成する少なくとも2つの部分を備える導電パターン(3、4)が設けられてい て、窒素酸化物が存在すると該センサ(1)に電流(I)が生成され、該陽極( 3)及び該陰極(4)は該電流(I)を駆動するように適合されている外部電圧 源(5)と該電流(I)を測定する手段(6)とに接続されていて、該ガスの中 の窒素酸化物濃度の測定器を構成しており、 該センサ(1)は、該ガスの中の酸素含有量からは独立して、該ガスの一部で ある窒素酸化物に本質的に由来する該センサ(1)の中の酸素イオンの移動によ って該電流(I)を生成するように適合されていることを特徴とする、センサ。 2.前記陰極(4)が金からなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセ ンサ。 3.前記基板(2)が安定化された二酸化ジルコニウムからなっていることを特 徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のセンサ。 4.前記基板(2)を加熱する手段(7、8)を備えていることを特徴とする、 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のセンサ。 5.前記手段(7、8)が、前記基板(2)の上に設けられた加熱ワイヤ(7) と、該加熱ワイヤ(7)が接続されている第2の電圧源(8)と、からなってい ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のセンサ。 6.前記基板(2)に関連して保護カバー(15)が設けられていて、該カバー (15)には少なくとも一つの孔或いはスリットなどが設けられていることを特 徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のセンサ。 7.それぞれの導電パターン(3、4)は、直線及び該直線から実質的に垂直に 突き出している複数の交差線としてデザインされていることを特徴とする、請求 項1から6のいずれかに記載のセンサ。 8.前記陽極(3)は前記基板(2)の前記陰極(4)と同じ側に設けられてい ることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のセンサ。 9.固体電解質からなる基板(2)からなるセンサ(1)であって、該基板の上 には陽極(3)と陰極(4)とを構成する少なくとも2つの部分の導電パターン (3、4)が設けられていて、ガスの中の酸素含有量からは独立して、該ガスの 一部である窒素酸化物の濃度を測定する、センサ(1)の使用。 10.固体電解質からなる基板(2)を備えるセンサ(1)による窒素酸化物の 検出方法であって、該基板の上には陽極(3)と陰極(4)とを構成する少なく とも2つの部分の導電パターン(3、4)が設けられていて、 該方法は、 該ガスの中に該センサ(1)を配置することと、 電圧源(5)を該陽極(3)及び該陰極(4)に接続することと、 該ガスの中の酸素含有量からは独立して、該ガスの一部である窒素酸化物から 生成された電流(I)を測定することと、 該陽極(3)及び該陰極(4)に接続された電流測定手段(6)によって該電 流(I)を検出することと、 該検出された電流(I)の助けによって該ガスの中の窒素酸化物濃度を得るこ とと、 を包含することを特徴とする、検出方法。 11.前記ガスの中の酸素濃度を測定することを包含し、それによって、前記検 出された電流(I)の校正が該酸素濃度に依存して実行されることを特徴とする 、請求項10に記載の方法。
