Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも4個の炭素原子を有する線状オレフィンをその対応するメチ ル分岐イソオレフィンに構造異性化させる方法であって、 (a) 少なくとも1種の前記線状オレフィンを含有した炭化水素供給物流 れと、(i)副生物の二量化とコークスの形成を遅らせるに充分なほどに小さく て、且つ線状オレフィンの入り込みとメチル分岐イソオレフィンの形成を可能に するに充分なほどに大きな孔サイズを有する、1つ以上の一次元孔構造をもった 少なくとも1種のゼオライト、(ii)バインダー、および(iii)最大15重量% までのコークス酸化促進用金属、を含んだ異性化触媒とを200℃〜650℃の温度に て接触させる工程; (b) 触媒表面へのコークスの堆積が起こった後、前記供給物流れと前記 触媒との接触を停止する工程; (c) コークス堆積触媒と酸素含有ガスとを、約565℃以下の温度、1気 圧以上の系圧力、および約0.001気圧〜約40気圧の酸素分圧にて接触させて、触 媒からコークスを燃焼除去する工程;および (d) 工程(c)からの触媒を使用して工程(a)を繰り返す工程; を含む前記方法。 2. 前記コークス酸化促進用金属化合物の量が、最終的に得られる触媒にお いて約5ppm〜約15重量%の金属を供給するに足る量である、請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。 3. 前記コークス酸化促進用金属化合物の量が、最終的に得られる触媒にお いて約5ppm〜約10重量%の金属を供給するに足る量である、請求の範囲第2項 に記載の方法。 4. 前記コークス酸化促進用金属化合物の量が、最終的に得られる触媒にお いて約5ppm〜約3000ppmの金属を供給するに足る量である、請求の範囲第3項に 記載の方法。 5. 前記コークス酸化促進用金属化合物の量が、最終的に得られる触媒にお いて約5ppm〜約2000ppmの金属を供給するに足る量である、請求の範囲第4項に 記載の方法。 6. 工程(c)が、コークスを実質的に燃焼除去するに有効な時間にわたっ て行われる、請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7. 前記コークス酸化促進用金属が、元素周期表の第IB族、第VB族、第VIB 族、第VIIB族、および第VIII族から選ばれる金属である、請求の範囲第1〜6項 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8. 前記コークス酸化促進用金属が、Pd、Pt、Ni、Co、Mn、Ag、Cr、および これらの混合物から選ばれる金属である、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9. 前記コークス酸化促進用金属が貴金属である、請求の範囲第7項に記載 の方法。 10. 工程(b)が、コークスの堆積量がコークス未堆積触媒の重量を基準と して少なくとも2重量%となった後に行われる、請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 11. 前記触媒が60〜99.5重量%のゼオライトと0.5〜40重量%のバインダー を含有する、請求の範囲第1〜10項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 12. 前記触媒が80〜98重量%のゼオライトと2〜20重量%のバインダーを含 有し、前記コークス酸化促進用金属が貴金属である、請求の範囲第11項に記載の 方法。 13. 前記バインダーが天然クレー、チタニア、ジルコニア、またはこれらの 混合物である、請求の範囲第1〜12項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 14. 前記天然クレーがアタパルジャイト、ベントナイト、カオリン、モンモ リロナイト、またはこれらの混合物である、請求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。 15. 前記バインダーがアルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、またはクレーである、 請求の範囲1〜12項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 16. 前記ゼオライトが約0.42nm以上〜約0.7nm以下の孔サイズを有する、請 求の範囲第1〜15項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 17. 前記ゼオライトがフェリエライト同形骨格構造物である、請求の範囲第 1〜16項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 18. 前記ゼオライトが、Sr-D、Fu-9、ISI-6、フェリエライト、Nu-23、ZSM- 35、ZSM-38、またはこれらの混合物である、請求の範囲第17項に記載の方法。 19. 前記炭化水素供給物流れが4〜10個の炭素原子を有する線状アルケンを 含む、請求の範囲第1〜18項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 20. 前記炭化水素供給物流れがn−ブチレンおよび/またはn−アミレンを を含む、請求の範囲第19項に記載の方法。 21. (1) ゼオライト粉末、アルミナ含有バインダー、水、解膠有効量の 酸、およびコークス酸化促進用金属の化合物を混和する工程; (2) (1)の混合物の1つ以上の圧密強化パーティクルを形成する工程 ; (3) 前記パーティクルを200℃〜700℃の温度で焼成する工程; を含むプロセスによって前記触媒が製造される、請求の範囲第1〜20項のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 22. 前記コークス堆積触媒と前記酸素含有ガス流れとを250℃〜565℃の温度 で接触させる、請求の範囲第1〜21項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 23. フェリエライト対アルミナの重量比が約85:15〜約95:5であり、パラジ ウムおよび/または白金の量が約5重量ppm〜約1000重量ppmであり、工程(c) における温度が約400℃〜約500℃であり、そして工程(3)における焼成温度が 約450℃〜約525℃である、請求の範囲第15〜22項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 24. 再生時間より長い有効寿命を有する、実質的に全てのコークスが除去さ れた再生触媒を工程(c)において生成させるのに有効な条件下で、工程(a) 〜(c)を少なくとも3サイクル繰り返す、請求の範囲第1〜23項のいずれか一 項に記載の方法。 25. (i) フェリエライト同形骨格構造を有するゼオライト、あるいはZS M-22および/またはZSM-23;(ii)アルミナバインダー、このとき最終的に得ら れる触媒におけるゼオライト対アルミナの重量比は約60:40〜約99.5:0.5である ;ならびに(iii)約5ppm〜約15重量%のパラジウムおよび/または白金;を含 み、 (1) ゼオライト粉末、アルミナ、水、解膠有効量の酸、ならびにパラジ ウム化合物および/または白金化合物を混和ミキシングする工程; (2) (1)の混合物のペレットを形成する工程;および (3) (2)のペレットを300℃〜600℃の温度で焼成する工程; を含むプロセスによって製造された触媒組成物。 26. ゼオライト対アルミナの重量比が約85:15〜約95:5であり、パラジウム および/または白金の量が約5重量ppm〜約3000重量ppmであり、工程(3)にお ける焼成温度が約450℃〜約525℃である、請求の範囲第25項に記載の触媒組成物 。 27. 前記ゼオライトがフェリエライトである、請求の範囲第25項または第26 項に記載の触媒組成物。
