Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脈管内医療装置において、 患者の脈関係に導入できる形状と大きさの構造体を有し、前記構造体は 生物学的不活性材料と薬物を有し、前記生物学的不活性材料は、脈管系内で非炎 症性で、このような生物学的不活性材料は、セルロース(cellulose),セルロ ース化合物(cellulose cowipounds),セルロース系ポリマー(cellulose-base d polymers),セルロースエステル(cellulose esters),セルロースエーテル (cellulose ethers),セルロースアセテート(cellulose acetate),セルロ ースニトレート(cellulose nitrate),パリレン(parylenes),エチレンビニ ルアセテート共重合体(ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers),ポリメチレン メタクリレート(polymethylemethacrylates),ポリヒドロキセティルメタクリ レート(polyhydroxyethyl methacrylates),ポリエーテリンオキサイド(poly ethylene oxides),ポリイミド(polyilnides),ポリプロピレン(polypropyl enes),ハイドロジェル(hydrogels),ポリビニルピロロリドン(polyvinylpy rrolidone),ポリビニルアルコール(polyvinyl alcohols),ポリエチレング リコール(polyethylene glycol),ポリアクリルアミド(polyacrylamides), プロテイン(proteins),コラーゲン(collagen),アルブミン(albumin), リピド(lipids),ホスホリピド(phospholipids),ホスファティディルコリ ン(phosphatidylcholine),ナイロン(nylons),ポリエステル(polyesters ),ポリアミド(polyamides),ポリビニルアセテート(polyvinyl acetates) ,ポリオレフィン(polyolefins),ポリスチレン(polystyrene),エポキシ( epoxies),ポリウレタン(polyurethanes),シリコン(silicones),ポリエ チレンテレファタレート(polyethylene terephthalates),ポリテトラフルオ ロエチレン(polytetrafluoroethylenes),ポリエーテルウレタン(polyether urethanes),ポリカプロラクトーン(polycaprolactones),ポリグリコリック 酸(polyglycolyic acids),ポリラクティック酸(polylactic acids)から選 択されたものであることを特徴とする脈管内医療装置。 2. 前記薬物は、血栓を破砕する血栓剤および/または血栓の形成を最小にす る抗血栓剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の装置。 3. 前記生物学的不活性材料は、薬理活動を劣化させず前記血栓剤および/ま たは前記抗血栓剤を搬送することを特徴とする請求項2の装置。 4. 前記構造体は、前記生物学的不活性材料を含むベース材料を含む ことを特徴とする請求項1,2,3いずれかの装置。 5. 前記構造体は、ベース材料と前記生物学的不活性材料のコーティングとを 有することを特徴とする請求項1,2,3いずれかの装置。 6. 前記構造体は、前記ベース材料に対し炎症反応を最小にする抗炎症剤を含 むことを特徴とする請求項4または5の装置。 7. 前記生物学的結晶材料は、薬理活動を劣化させることのない抗炎症剤を搬 送することを特徴とする請求項6の装置。 8. 前記血栓剤は、プラズミノゲン活性剤(plasminogen activator)を含む ことを特徴とする前記の請求項の装置。 9. 前記プラズミノゲン活性剤は、ストレプトキナーゼ(streptokinase), ウロキナーゼ(urokinase),組織プラミノゲン活性剤(tissue plasminogen ac tivator(t−PA))の少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求 項8の装置。 10. 前記抗血栓剤は、抗凝血性剤および/または反血小板剤を含むことを特 徴とする前記請求項いずれかに記載のいずれかの装置。 11. 前記抗凝血剤は、ヘパリン(heparin),ヒルディン(hirudin),ヒル ログ(hirulog),アガトロバン(agatroban),ティック抗凝血ペプタイド(ti ck anticoagulant peptide)とアンティスタシン(antistasin)の少なくとも1 つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項10の装置。 12. 前記反血小板剤は、アスピリン(aspirin),ディプリダモール(dipyr idamole),ティクロプリディン(ticlopidine),スルフィンピラゾーネ(sulf inpyrazone),プラスタグランディンス(prostaglandins),ホンウィランダフ ァクタアンタゴニスト(von willebrand factor antagonist),グリコプロテイ ンIIb/IIIaのアンタゴニスト(glycoprotein IIb/IIIa antagonist)の 少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項10の装置。 13. 前記抗炎症剤は、非ステロイド剤を含む ことを特徴とする請求項6−12のいずれかの装置。 14. 前記非ステロイド剤は、サリシレートおよび/またはプロピオニック酸 派生剤の1つまたは複数を含むことを特徴とする請求項13の装置。 15. 前記抗炎症剤は、ステロイド剤を含む ことを特徴とする請求項6−12のいずれかの装置。 16.前記ステロイド剤は、コルティゾーネ(cortisone),デキサメタゾーネ (dexalnethasone),ベタメタゾーネ(betamethasone),プレディニゾーネ(p rednisone)の少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項15の装 置。 17. 前記ベース材料は、ステンレス,タンタル,ニチノール,金,プラチナ ,インコネル,チタン,イリジウム,カーボン,プラスチック,ポリマー,前記 生物学的不活性材料と生物学的派生材料の1つあるいは2つ以上を含む ことを特徴とする請求項4−16のいずれかの装置。 18. 前記血栓剤および/または前記抗血栓剤は、前記生物学的不活性材料の 前記コーティング内に同質的に含まれることを特徴とする請求項5−17のいず れかの装置。 19. 前記構造体は、前記抗炎症剤,前記血栓剤,前記抗血栓剤の少なくとも 1つを前記生物学的不活性材料に接着するために下塗り剤のコーティングを含む ことを特徴とする前記に記載の請求項のいずれかの装置。 20. 前記下塗り剤は、セルロースエステルおよび/またはセルロースニトレ ートのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項19の装置。
