Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.細胞集団の遠心分離のための媒体であって、該媒体は、溶融し得るゲル中 に分散されたコロイドを含み、該コロイドは該細胞集団を実質的に集合していな い状態に維持できるものである、媒体。 2.該溶融し得るゲルが、寒天、アガロース、低融点アガロース、アルギン酸 、カラギーニン、ペクチン及びゼラチンからなる群より選択される、請求項1に 記載の媒体。 3.該コロイドがポリビニルピロリドンを被覆されたシリカである、請求項1 に記載の媒体。 4.該溶融し得るゲルがゼラチンである請求項1に記載の媒体。 5.請求項1に記載の媒体であって、該媒体は多数の層を含み、各層が異った 密度を有し、そして、該媒体は、頂部と底を有し、頂部は開口を有している遠心 分離容器内に封入されていて、該層は容器の頂部から容器の底に密度が増加して いる、媒体。 6.さらに防腐剤を含んでなる請求項5に記載の媒体。 7.細胞集団中の細胞の密度分離のための密度勾配媒体であって、該密度勾配 媒体は、溶融し得るゲル中に分散されたコロイドの多数の層を含んでなり、該コ ロイドは細胞集団を実質的に集合していない状態に維持することができるもので あって、該層は、頂部と底を有し、頂部は開口を有している容器内に封入されて おり、該層の密度は容器の頂部から容器の底に増加するものである媒体。 8.該細胞が胎児の有核赤血球である請求項7に記載の密度勾配媒体。 9.請求項1に記載の密度勾配媒体であって、該多数の層が密度1.065g/ml ,1.080g/ml,1.095g/ml及び1.110g/mlの密度を有する層を含んでなる媒 体。 10.該媒体が胎児の有核の赤血球に関連して高張である請求項8に記載の密度 勾配媒体。 11.請求項10に記載の密度勾配媒体であって、さらに、塩化ナトリウム、塩化 カリウム、リン酸塩緩衝塩類液及び平衡塩類液からなる群から選択された塩を含 んでなる媒体。 12.請求項7に記載の密度勾配媒体であって、該溶融し得るゲルが、寒天、ア ガロース、低融点アガロース、アルギン酸、カラギーニン、ペクチン及びゼラチ ンからなる群から選択されたものである媒体。 13.該コロイドがポリビニルピロリドンで被覆されたシリカである請求項10に 記載の密度勾配媒体。 14.さらに防腐剤を含んでなる請求項12に記載の密度勾配媒体。
