Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式: 式中、 R1はファルネシル、ゲラニルまたはゲラニルーゲラニルを表し; ZはC−R2またはNを表し; R2はH、CN、基COOR7、SO3R7、CONR7R8およびSO2NR7R7 を表し、式中、R7およびR8はそれぞれ独立して水素、アルキル、アルケニル ならびに基COOMおよびSO3Mであり、式中、Mはカチオンであり; R3、R4、R5およびR6はそれぞれ独立して水素、カルボキシル、アルキル 、アルケニル、アミノアルキル、ニトロアルキル、ニトロ、ハロ、アミノ、モノ −またはジ−アルキルアミノ、メルカプト、メルカプトアルキル、アジドまたは チオシアナトであり; XはO、S、SO、SO2、NHまたはSeを表す の化合物、ならびに式I中ZがNである式(I)の化合物の四級アンモニウム塩 およびN−オキシド。 2.式: を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 3.式: を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 4.式: を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 5.請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物を医薬的に許容できるキャリアーと共に含 んで成る医薬組成物。 6.請求の範囲第2項に記載の化合物を医薬的に許容できるキャリアーと共に含 んで成る医薬組成物。 7.請求の範囲第3項に記載の化合物を医薬的に許容できるキャリアーと共に含 んで成る医薬組成物。 8.請求の範囲第4項に記載の化合物を医薬的に許容できるキャリアーと共に含 んで成る医薬組成物。 9.癌の治療または軽減のための請求の範囲第5項に記載の医薬組成物。 10.実質的に明細書に定めたように、癌の治療または軽減用の医薬品を調製す るための、請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物の使用。 11.抗−癌剤として使用するための請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 12.そのような治療が必要な患者に治療に有効量の請求の範囲第1項に記載の 化合物を投与することを含んで成る、癌の治療法。 13.実質的に実施例に関して明細書に記載したような、請求の範囲第2ないし 第4項のいずれか1項に記載の化合物の製造法。 14.プレニル化タンパク質メチルトランスフェラーゼ(PPMTase)の阻 害剤として使用するための、請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 15.固体支持体に固定化された請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物。 16.液体試料からPMTaseを単離する方法であって、 (a)該試料を、請求の範囲第1項に記載の化合物を上に固定化して有する固体 相と、PMTaseが固定化化合物に特異的に結合できる条件下で接触させ; (b)固体支持体から液体試料を分離し、そして場合によっては非結合分子を洗 浄除去し;そして (c)該固体支持体からPMTaseを回収する、 工程を含んで成る上記方法。
