Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化物式 M2/nO,Al2O3,1.9〜2.6 SiO2,yH2O (yは水含有量である)を有するゼオライトP型のアルカリ金属アルミノ珪酸 塩を製造する方法であって、 珪酸ナトリウム、アルミン酸ナトリウム、及び水酸化ナトリウムを一緒に混 合して一般式: 2.5〜7.5 Na2O,2.2〜4.0 SiO2,Al2O3,60〜250 H2O を有する第1の反応性ゲルを製造し、その後前記第1の反応性ゲルをゼオライ トP核が形成するまで十分に反応させ、 その後、アルミン酸ナトリウム溶液を前記第1の反応性ゲルに、その結晶度 が25%未満の間に、一般式: 2.3〜7.5 Na2O,1.9〜2.6 SiO2,Al2O3,40〜150 H2O を有する第2の反応性ゲルを製造するのに十分な量で添加し、 前記第2の反応性ゲルを最終的に反応させて、得られる生成物を濾過し、洗 浄し、そして乾燥する方法。 2.酸化物式: M2/nO,Al2O3,1.9〜2.1 SiO2,yH2O (yは水含有量である)を有するゼオライトP型のアルカリ金属アルミノ珪酸 塩を製造する請求項1の方法であって、 珪酸ナトリウム、アルミン酸ナトリウム、及び水酸化ナトリウムを一緒に混 合して一般式: 2.5〜7.5 Na2O,2.2〜3.0 SiO2,Al2O3,60〜250 H2O を有する第1の反応性ゲルを製造し、その後前記第1の反応性ゲルをゼオライ トP核が形成するまで十分に反応させ、 その後、アルミン酸ナトリウム溶液を前記第1の反応性ゲルに、その結晶度 が10%未満の間に、一般式: 2.5〜7.5 Na2O,1.9〜2.2 SiO2,Al2O3,40〜150 H2O を有する第2の反応性ゲルを製造するのに十分な量で添加し、 前記第2の反応性ゲルを最終的に反応させて、得られる生成物を濾過し、洗 浄し、そして乾燥する方法。
