Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも2つの配位子及び金属イオンを含んでなるMLCに特異的なモ ノクローナル抗体であって、該モノクローナル抗体によって認識されるエピトー プがMLC中の2以上の配位子を含むモノクローナル抗体。 2. 金属イオンが、元素の周期律表の主族金属から選択される請求項1記載の モノクローナル抗体。 3. 金属イオンが、元素の周期律表の遷移金属からなる群より選択される請求 項1記載のモノクローナル抗体。 4. 金属イオンが、元素の周期律表のランタノイド及びアクチノイド金属から なる群より選択される請求項1記載のモノクローナル抗体。 5. 金属原子が、 鉛; 水銀; ニッケル; カドミウム; タリウム; アンチモン; 銀; クロム; マンガン; 白金; 金; アルミニウム; ビスマス; ガリウム; 鉄; 銅; 亜鉛; コバルト; モリブデン; セレン;及び バナジウム、 からなる群より選択される請求項1記載のモノクローナル抗体。 6. 金属原子が鉛である請求項1記載のモノクローナル抗体。 7. 配位子が図1に示されるL1ないしL8からなる群より 選択され、MLC中の配位子は同じであっても異なっていてもよい請求項1記載 のモノクローナル抗体。 8. 2以上の配位子からなるMLCであって、該配位子が図1のL1ないしL8 からなる群より選択され、かつ該配位子は同じであっても異なっていてもよいM LC。 9. 配位子が図4のL9ないしL12からなる群より選択される請求項8記載の MLC. 10. rがCH2であり、かつX=OHであるL6を例外として、図1のL1な いしL8からなる群より選択される構造を有する配位子。 11. 免疫原性分子に接合する2以上の二官能性配位子からなるMLCを含む 接合体。 12. 免疫原性分子が、タンパク質、炭水化物、多糖、リポ多糖、ポリアミノ 酸、及び核酸からなる群より選択される請求項11記載の接合体。 13. 固体支持体に共有結合する2以上の二官能性配位子からなるMLCを含 むアフィニティクロマトグラフィ媒体。 14. MLCに反応するモノクローナル抗体の特異性を決定する検定であって 、 (a)予め形成されたMLCをタンパク質に共有結合させてMLC−タンパク 質接合体を形成し; (b)工程(a)からの固相を、該MLCと反応性のモノクローナル抗体と共 にインキュベートし; (c)固相を洗浄し、信号発生基で標識された該モノクローナル抗体に対する 抗−マウス抗体に該固相を晒すことにより結合抗体を検出し;及び (d)工程(c)からの結果を、工程(a)で関心のある金属イオンを交差反 応性を試験すべき金属イオンで置き換えた類似の検定の結果と比較する、 ことを包含する検定。 15. 2以上の二官能性配位子からなるMLCを含む接合体であって、該二官 能性配位子が該配位子の少なくとも1つの非金属結合反応性基で標識に共有結合 している接合体。 16. 標識が、化学発光、放射性、蛍光及び酵素標識からなる群より選択され る請求項15記載の接合体。 17. 標識がフルオレセンである請求項16記載の接合体。 18. 接合体M6。 19. 試料中の金属イオンを検出もしくは定量する免疫検定 であって、 (a)該試料を、請求項15記載の接合体であるトレーサー、該金属と結合し てMLCを形成することが可能な少なくとも2つの配位子、並びに該MLC及び 該トレーサーに特異的な抗体と接触させ;かつ (b)該試料中の該金属イオンの量に反比例する、抗体に結合したトレーサー の量を検出もしくは測定する、 ことを包含する免疫検定。 20. 金属イオンが鉛イオンである請求項19記載の免疫検定。 21. トレーサーがM6であり、かつ抗体がM3で生成したものである請求項2 0記載の免疫検定。 22. (a)図1のL1ないしL8からなる群より選択される配位子;及び (b)図1のL1ないしL8からなる群より選択される少なくとも2つの配位子 に結合する金属イオンを含むMLCに特異的であり、かつ該MLC中の配位子の 少なくとも2つを含むエピトープを認識する抗体、 を具備する検定キット。
