Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)尿素を溶かすための外部熱源を使わずに、洗浄剤と結合して実質的に 均一な混合物を効果的に与える粒子の大きさを有する尿素であって、固化するの に十分な量の尿素と効果的な量の前記洗浄剤とを連続式混合システムによって強 い剪断力で混合して実質的に均一な混合物を作り、 (b)前記混合システムから前記混合物を取り出し、 (c)前記混合物を固化させて固形構成物にする 方法によって製造された尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 2.前記尿素の量と粒子の大きさは、混合物の固化中に洗浄剤と尿素が均等に一 貫して実質上寄与するよう維持できるマトリックスを形成するように、洗浄剤と 結合するのに効果的であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む 均一な固形洗浄構成物。 3.前記尿素の量は混合物の約5から90重量%であることを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 4.前記尿素と前記洗浄剤は、混合物中の尿素を溶かすための少量ではあるが効 果的な量の水溶性媒体と結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤 を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 5.前記水と前記尿素の比は、約1:3から1:6であることを特徴とする請求 項4に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 6.前記尿素と前記洗浄剤の比は、約1:20から10:1であることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 7.前記尿素は約8〜15USメッシュの大きさの粒子を有し、混合ステップ( a)の前あるいは最中に前記大きさの尿素粒子は小さくされることを特徴とする 請求項2に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 8.前記大きさの尿素粒子は粉砕によって小さくされることを特徴とする請求 項7に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 9.前記尿素と前記洗浄剤は、二次的な洗浄剤あるいは添加剤と配合されること を特徴とし、前記添加剤は金属イオン封鎖剤、漂白剤、アルカリ源、洗浄充填剤 、消泡剤、再付着防止剤、二次的な固化剤、閾値剤あるいはシステム、美的効果 を高める薬剤、前記薬剤類をくみあわせたものからなるグループから選ばれるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 10.前記尿素、洗浄剤、二次的な洗浄剤、添加剤からなるグループから選ばれ た少なくとも2つ以上の原料がプレミックス中で一緒に配合されることを特徴と する請求項9に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 11.前記尿素と前記洗浄剤は、尿素の融点より約0.5〜50℃低い温度で一 緒に混合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗 浄構成物。 12.前記混合温度は約30〜150℃であることを特徴とする請求項11に記 載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 13.前記混合物は約15〜80℃の温度で混合システムから分配されることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 14.前記連続式混合システムはエクストリューダーを含み、前記混合物はステ ップ(b)において押し出しにより分配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 15.前記エクストリューダーはツイン スクリュー エクストリューダーであ ることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物 。 16.前記連続式混合システムは連続フローミキサーであり、ステップ(b)に おいて前記混合物を包装システムに入れて注型にすることによって前記混合 物は分配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形 洗浄構成物。 17.前記混合物は、ステップ(b)から排出されてから約1分から約3時間以 内で前記固形構成物に固化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を 含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 18.前記構成物は合成固形ブロックであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載 の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 19.前記構成物は柔軟性のある固形であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載 の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 20.前記構成物は調剤装置と組になっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 21.前記洗浄剤は、アルキルカルボキシラートやポリアルコキシカルボキシラ ート、アルキルスルホン酸塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、アルキルアリー ルスルホン酸塩、スルホン化脂肪酸エステル、硫酸化アルコール、硫酸化アルコ ールエトキシラート、硫酸化アルキルフェノール、アルキル硫酸塩、スルホこは く酸エステル、アルキルエーテル硫酸塩、アルキルリン酸塩エステル及び、前記 物質類の混合物を含むグループから選ばれる陰イオン界面活性剤であることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 22.前記洗浄剤は、アルコールアルコキシラートや、脂肪アルコールのポリオ キシエチレングリコールエーテル、カルボン酸エステル、カルボキシリックアミ ド、ポリアルキレンオキシドブロック共重合体及び、前記物質類を混合物を含む グループから選ばれるポリアルキレンオキシド重合体を含む非イオン界面活性剤 であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成 物。 23.前記洗浄剤は、C18アルキル鎖あるいはアルケニル鎖が結合した第一、第 二、第三モノアミンやアミンオキシド、エトキシル化アルキルアミン、エチレン ジアミンのアルコキシラート、イミダゾール、第四級アンモニウム塩及び、前記 物質類を混合物を含むグループから選ばれる陽イオン界面活性剤であることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物。 24.前記洗浄剤は、β−N−アルキルアミノプロピオン酸や、N−アルキル− β−イミノジプロピオン酸、イミダゾリンカルボキシラート、N−アルキルベタ イン、サルタイン及び、前記物質類を混合物を含むグループから選ばれる両性界 面活性剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形 洗浄構成物。 25.(a)尿素を溶かすための外部熱源を使わずに、洗浄剤と結合して実質的 に均一な混合物を効果的に与える粒子の大きさを有する尿素であって、固化する のに十分な量の尿素と効果的な量の前記洗浄剤とを連続式混合システムによって 強い剪断力で混合して実質的に均一な混合物を提供し、 (b)前記混合システムから前記混合物を取り出し、 (c)前記混合物を固化させて固形構成物にする ことを特徴とする尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物の製造方法。 26.前記洗浄剤は、前記洗浄剤と前記尿素とが実質上均等に一貫して寄与する マトリックスを形成するのに効果的な量と粒子の大きさの尿素と結合することを 特徴とする請求項25に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物の製造方 法。 27.前記尿素は約8〜15USメッシュの大きさの粒子を有し、前記製造方法 は混合ステップ(a)の前にあるいは最中に前記大きさの尿素粒子を小さくする ことを含むことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗 浄構成物の製造方法。 28.前記大きさの尿素粒子を粉砕によって小さくすることを特徴とする請求項 27に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物の製造方法。 29.ステップ(a)での混合温度は、尿素の融点より約0.5〜50℃低いこ とを特徴とする請求項25に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物の製 造方法。 30.前記混合温度は、約30〜150℃であることを特徴とする請求項29に 記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物の製造方法。 31.前記混合物は、約15〜80℃の温度で混合システムから排出されること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の尿素固化剤を含む均一な固形洗浄構成物の製造方 法。
