Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.pHが1.6〜3.0である弗化水素酸溶液で金属インプラントを処理することから なる金属インプラントの処理方法。 2.3%までの濃度の弗化水素酸溶液で金属インプラントを処理することからな る金属インプラントの処理方法。 3.弗化水素酸の濃度が0.1〜2.0%である請求項2記載の方法。 4.弗化水素酸の濃度が0.2〜2.0%である請求項2記載の方法。 5.弗化水素酸の濃度がほぼ0.2%である請求項2記載の方法。 6.少なくとも10秒間にわたって処理が行われる請求項1または2記載の方法。 7.10秒間から2分間にわたって処理が行われる請求項6記載の方法。 8.濃度が0.1〜2.0%の弗化水素酸水溶液で金属インプラントを室温で3分間ま での時間にわたって処理することからなる金属インプラントの処理方法。 9.弗化水素酸の濃度が0.2〜2.0%である請求項8記載の方法。 10.請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られるインプラント 。 11.ナトリウムおよびナトリウムイオンを含有せず、3%までの濃度で弗化物イ オンを含有する水溶液で金属インプラントを処理することからなる金属インプラ ントの処理方法。 12.請求項1、2または8に記載する方法により処理された金属インプラント。 13.請求項10に記載する方法により処理された金属インプラント。 14.請求項11記載のインプラントと同等な表面を有する金属インプ ラント。 15.燐酸カルシウムの飽和溶液からカルシウムイオンを沈澱させる請求項11記載 の金属インプラント。 16.1mMのCaCl2と50mMのHEPES(pH7.2)からなる溶液に、7.5mMのKH2PO4と50mM のHEPES(pH7.2)からなる溶液を添加したものから、試験の間において37℃の温 度であり、5時間にわたる試験の期間において、インプラント表面上にカルシウ ムイオンの析出が生起する、HFで処理された金属インプラント。 17.試験の期間が4時間である、請求項16記載の金属インプラント。 18.基準となる金属インプラントの表面を弗化水素酸の0.2%水溶液で室温で10 〜50秒間処理することによって得られるのと等しい量の弗素および(または)弗 素イオンを金属インプラントの表面が含むことを特徴とする、骨組織内にインプ ラントするための金属インプラント。 19.金属インプラントが商業的に純粋なチタンまたはチタン合金から作られるも のである、請求項18記載の金属インプラント。 20.金属インプラントの表面が、弗化水素酸の0.2%水溶液で室温で10〜50秒間 処理することによって得られる量と等しい量の弗素および(または)弗素イオン を含むことを特徴とする、骨組織内にインプラントするための金属インプラント 。
