Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. スパイラルトラック上に重畳されたROM及びRAMのメモリ領域を有す るROM−RAMディスクであって、 第1の設計に対応して、ROM及びRAMの両方のメモリ構造を有するROM −RAMディスクの領域は、これを越えると走査又は書き込み速度(V)が一定 の回転速度となる半径(R)又は直径を越えてのみ設けられており、該速度はR OM−RAM構造内に記憶された情報の読み出し及び分離を保証する、 又は第2の設計に対応して、利用できるメモリ領域は、全体がROM−RAM メモリ領域で形成されており、減少されたデータ速度を有するRAMメモリ構造 は、ROM−RAM構造に記憶された情報を分離するのに必要とされる長さのメ モリ構造を形成するために設けられていることを特徴とするROM−RAMディ スク。 2. 一定の回転速度で書き込まれかつ読み出されることができるROM−RA Mディスクの、情報記憶に利用できる内部領域は、ROM−RAM構造に記憶さ れた情報を読み出しかつ分離するために必要とされるサンプリング速度となる直 径に至るまで、ROMメモリ領域又はRAMメモリ領域であることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載のROM−RAMディスク。 3. RAM及びROMの両方のメモリ構造を有する領域は、前記ディスクの回 転速度が一定のときに、前記走査速度が少なくとも1.8m/sである直径を越 えて前記ディスク上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の ROM−RAMディスク。 4. 前記RAMメモリの構造は、ROM−RAM構造に記憶された情報を分離 するために必要な長さの前記メモリ構造を形成するために、減少されたデータ速 度で、1.2m/sの線速度で書き込みかつ読み出しするために設けられている ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のROM−RAMディスク。 5. ROM及びRAMのメモリ構造を有し、かつスパイラルトラック上に重畳 されたROM及びRAMのメモリ領域を有するROM−RAMディスクを同時に 読み出し、及び同時にROMを読み出しかつRAMに書き込む方法であって、 第1の設計に対応して、ROM−RAMディスクは、前記ROM−RAM構造 に記憶された情報の読み出し又は分離が保証され、かつ前記ディスクが情報を読 み出しかつ書き込むために一定の回転速度で駆動される半径(R)又は直径を越 えて、ROM及びRAMの両方の構造を有するメモリ領域を有する。 又は第2の設計に対応して、利用できるメモリ領域は、ROM−RAMメモリ 領域で形成されており、減少されたデータ速度を有するRAMメモリ構造はRO M−R AM構造内に記憶された情報を分離するために必要とされる長さのメモリ構造を 形成するために設けられており、ROM−RAMディスクが、一定の線速度で駆 動されていることを特徴とする方法。 6. 一定の回転速度として、500rpmの領域の回転速度が用いられること を特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 一定の線速度として、1.2m/sの領域の線速度が用いられることを特 徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
