Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内部が第1および第2の室に分割されているバーナ本体と、 前記バーナ本体に形成されていて、前記第1の室と流体的に連通しているが、 前記第2の室から隔離されている第1の組の炎口と、 前記バーナ本体に形成されていて、前記第1および第2の室の両方に流体的に 連通している第2の組の炎口と を含んでいるガスバーナ。 2.前記第1の組の炎口は少なくとも20個の炎口を有し、前記第2の組の炎 口は4個の炎口を有している請求の範囲1記載のガスバーナ。 3.更に、燃料を前記第1の室内に噴射するように構成された第1のオリフィ スを有する第1の燃料ノズルと、燃料を前記第2の室内に噴射するように構成さ れた第2のオリフィスを有する第2の燃料ノズルとを含み、前記第2のオリフィ スの断面積が前記第1のオリフィスの断面積よりも小さい請求の範囲1記載のガ スバーナ。 4.バーナ本体と、 前記バーナ本体に形成された複数の炎口と、 前記バーナ本体内に配置されているバッフルであって、軸方向に延在する入口 管を有するカップ部、および半径方向に延在していて、各々が前記複数の炎口の 内の別々の1つの炎口と整列している複数のチャンネルを有するバッフルと、 前記バーナ本体に形成された入口導管と、 前記入口導管と整列した第1の燃料噴射オリフィスと、 前記入口管と整列した第2の燃料噴射オリフィスと を含んでいるガスバーナ。 5.前記バーナ本体はほぼ円筒形である請求の範囲4記載のガスバーナ。 6.前記カップ部はほぼ円筒形である請求の範囲5記載のガスバーナ。 7.前記複数の炎口は少なくとも24個の炎口を有し、前記複数のチャンネル は4個のチャンネルを有している請求の範囲4記載のガスバーナ。 8.前記入口導管はベンチュリ管で構成されている請求の範囲4記載のガスバ ーナ。 9.前記第2の燃料噴射オリフィスは断面積が前記第1の燃料噴射オリフィス の断面積よりも小さい請求の範囲4記載のガスバーナ。 10.前記第2の燃料噴射オリフィスは、前記第1の燃料噴射オリフィスが最 小有効圧力のときに生じるのと同じ入力レートを最大有効圧力で生じるように大 きさが定められている請求の範囲9記載のガスバーナ。 11.バーナ本体と、 前記バーナ本体に形成された複数の炎口と、 前記バーナ本体内に配置されたバッフルであって、前記炎口の各々を上側部分 と下側部分に分割するように前記炎口と整列した外側縁部を持つカップ部、およ び該カップ部から延在する入口管を有するバッフルと、 前記バーナ本体に形成された入口導管と、 前記入口導管と整列した第1の燃料噴射オリフィスと、 前記入口管と整列した第2の燃料噴射オリフィスと を含んでいるガスバーナ。 12.前記各炎口の前記上側部分は全炎口面積の約6分の1乃至4分の1であ る請求の範囲11記載のガスバーナ。 13.前記入口導管はベンチュリ管で構成されている請求の範囲11記載のガ スバーナ。 14.前記第2の燃料噴射オリフィスは、断面積が第1の燃料噴射オリフィス の断面積よりも小さい請求の範囲11記載のガスバーナ。 15.前記第2の燃料噴射オリフィスは、前記第1の燃料噴射オリフィスが最 小有効圧力のときに生じるのと同じ入力レートを最大有効圧力で生じるように大 きさが定められている請求の範囲14記載のガスバーナ。
