Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弾性ダンプ手段(14)の作用に抗して互いに移動できるように取り付け られた2つの同軸状質量部材を備え、第1質量部材(12)と称される質量部材 の一方が、駆動シャフト(16)に固定されるようになっており、複数の環状部 材(20、21、22)から成り、これら部材のうちの少なくとも一部が、板金 から製造されて、互いに同軸状に固定されており、第1環状部材(20)と称さ れる前記環状部材のうちの1つが、板金からプレス加工されたものであり、ほぼ 横方向に配列されハブ(17)に固定された中心部分を備え、該ハブ(17)が 、摩擦クラッチの反作用プレートを構成する第2質量部材(13)と称される他 方の質量部材を回転させるためのベアリング(18)を支持しているタイプの、 特に自動車用のダンプフライホイールであって、 第3環状部材(22)と称される前記環状部材のうちの更に1つが、板金をプ レス加工したものであり、環状ラジアルプレートを備え、該ラジアルプレートが 、第2質量部材(13)の少なくとも一部を囲む軸方向に延びた円筒形スカート 部分(30)を外周部に有し、前記ラジアルプレートが、前記第1環状部材(2 0)にラジアルプレートを固定するラジアルラグ(32)の第1グループと、弾 性ダンプ手段(14)を取り付けるように構成されたラジアルラグ(34)の第 2グループを備え、この第2グループのラグ(34)が、第1グループのラジア ルラグ(32)に対して軸方向にずれており、もって外側スカート部分(30) が、弾性ダンプ手段を収容していることを特徴とするダンプフライホイール。 2.前記環状部材(20、21、22)が共に溶接されていることを特徴とす る、請求項1記載のダンプフライホイール。 3.前記第1環状部材(20)が、周辺クラウン部分(25)を含み、該クラ ウン部分が、ラジアルアーム(26)を介して中心部分に接合され、該中心部分 が、これと一体的なハブ(17)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のダン プフライホイール。 4.前記ハブが、前記ベアリングを構成するボールベアリング(18)を支持 するように機械加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のダンプフライ ホイール。 5.前記第2環状部材(21)が、軸方向スペーサを構成し、前記第1環状部 材(20)の周辺部に固定されたリングを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項 1記載のダンプフライホイール。 6.スタータによって駆動されるようになっており、スタータクラウン(13 0)と称される歯付きクラウンが、前記環状部材(20)の周辺クラウン部分( 25)上の前記環状部材(20)の外周部に溶接されており、前記第2環状部材 (21)が、スタータクラウン(130)の反対側にて、第1環状部材(20) の周辺に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のダンプフライホイー ル。 7.ラジアルラグ(34)の第2グループが、前記弾性ダンプ手段を関節接続 するための手段を支持することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のダンプフライホイ ール。 8.ラジアルラグ(34)の第2グループに、第1環状部材(20)内の孔と 整合する孔(36)が設けられており、前記孔に軸方向に配列されたスピンドル が取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のダンプフライホイール 。 9.弾性ダンプ手段(14)が、スプリング(46)を収容するカセット(4 4)を備え、各カセット(44)が第1質量部材の対応するスピンドル(40) と係合するベアリング(48)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8記載のダンプ フライホイール。 10.第1環状部材(20)が、内部にカセット(44)を収容するよう、ラ ジアルアーム(26)の間に構成された開口部(28)を有することを特徴とす る、請求項9記載のダンプフライホイール。
