Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマーマトリックス中で構造繊維と混ぜ合わせた骨生物活性繊維のコン ポジット。 2.骨生物活性繊維が所定の分布で配列され、コンポジットの表面部分が実質 的な部分の骨生物活性繊維からなる請求の範囲第1項記載のコンポジット。 3.表面部分が約30%の骨生物活性繊維からなる請求の範囲第2項記載のコ ンポジット。 4.内部部分が構造繊維からなり、段階部分が骨生物活性ガラス又はセラミッ ク繊維と交織された炭素繊維からなり、そして表面部分が実質的な部分の骨生物 活性繊維を含む請求の範囲第2項記載のコンポジット。 5.表面部分が約30%の骨生物活性繊維からなる請求の範囲第4項記載のコ ンポジット。 6.構造繊維が炭素繊維である請求の範囲第1項記載のコンポジット。 7.ポリマー材料がポリスルホン、PEEK及びPEKKからなる群から選択 される請求の範囲第1項記載のコンポジット。 8.骨生物活性繊維が、40〜60モル%のSiO2、19〜30モル%のN a2O、10〜21モル%のCaO及び0〜4モル%のP2O5を含む請求の範囲 第1項記載のコンポジット。 9.骨生物活性繊維が、45〜55モル%のSiO2、19〜30モル%のN a2O、15〜20モル%のCaO及び0〜3モル%のP2O5を含む請求の範囲 第1項記載のコンポジット。 10.骨生物活性繊維が、52モル%のSiO2、30モル%のNa2O、15 モル%のCaO及び3モル%のP2O5を含む請求の範囲第9項記載のコンポジッ ト。 11.骨生物活性繊維が約5〜25ミクロンの直径を有する請求の範囲第9項 記載のコンポジット。 12.構造繊維と交織された骨生物活性繊維からなるメッシュ。 13.表面のかなりの割合が骨生物活性繊維からなる表面を作るために骨生物 活性繊維が交織されている請求の範囲第12項記載のメッシュ。 14.表面が約30%の骨生物活性繊維からなる請求の範囲第13項記載のメ ッシュ。 15.更にポリマー材料を含む請求の範囲第11項記載のメッシュ。 16.骨生物活性繊維及び構造繊維が重合した樹脂で含浸されている請求の範 囲第14項記載のメッシュ。 17.構造繊維が、炭素、アラミド並びに非生物活性ガラス及びセラミック材 料からなる群から選択された材料からなる請求の範囲第11項記載のメッシュ。 18.骨生物活性繊維が、40〜60モル%のSiO2、19〜30モル%の Na2O、10〜21モル%のCaO及び0〜4モル%のP2O5を含む請求の範 囲第11項記載のメッシュ。 19.骨生物活性繊維が、45〜55モル%のSiO2、19〜30モル%の Na2O、15〜20モル%のCaO及び0〜3モル%のP2O5を含む請求の範 囲第18項記載のメッシュ。 20.骨生物活性繊維が、52モル%のSiO2、30モル%のNa2O、15 モル%のCaO及び3モル%のP2O5を含む請求の範囲第19項記載のメッシュ 。 21.骨内方成長を受容するための固定部分を含むインプラントを置く工程を 含み、1個又は2個以上の該固定部分の少なくとも30%が骨生物活性繊維を含 む、骨組織へのインプラントの固定方法。 22.末端及び基部端を含み、ポリマーを含浸させた、生物活性繊維及び構造 繊維の織ったメッシュからなる、全股関節形成用のプロテーゼ。 23.基部端が更に外周の溝を含む請求の範囲第22項記載のプロテーゼ。 24.生物活性繊維が基部端で濃縮されるべき構造繊維内に選択的に織り込ま れている請求の範囲第22項記載のプロテーゼ。 25.更に少なくとも1種の改質剤を含む請求の範囲第8項記載のコンポジッ ト。 26.改質剤がK2O、MgO、Al2O3及びF2からなる群から選択される請 求の範囲第25項記載のコンポジット。 27.更に少なくとも1種の改質剤からなる請求の範囲第18項記載のメッシ ュ。 28.改質剤がK2O、MgO、Al2O3及びF2からなる群から選択される請 求の範囲第27項記載のメッシュ。 29.骨生物活性繊維が10〜13ミクロンの直径を有する請求の範囲第11 項記載のコンポジット。
