Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.細長いインプラント容器(10)、カニューレ(11)、および前記インプラ ントハウジング内で長手方向へ移動するプランジャ(20)から成る一回使用のイ ンプラント注入装置において、前記プランジャの表面(21)および前記インプラ ントハウジングの内壁(15)は前記プランジャを前記インプラントハウジングの 内方へ突進させると共に前記インプラントハウジングからの前記プランジャの離 脱を防止する相互作用部材(22,12)を装備していることを特徴とする一回使用 のインプラント注入装置。 2.前記プランジャの表面(21)は前記プランジャの前記インプラントハウジ ングの内方への移動を可能にする部材を具備し、かつ前記カニューレから遠方の 前記インプラントハウジングのリムまたはエッジ(12)は前記インプラントハウ ジングの断面領域が点16で縮小する形態になっていて、前記エッジは前記プラン ジャが外方へ移動するときに前記プランジャの表面上で前記要素(22)のストッ パとして作用することを特徴とする請求項1の装置。 3.前記プランジャの表面(21)へ取付けられた要素(22)の長手断面は前記 プランジャのプッシュノブ(23)に向かって拡がった略半鳩尾形に形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項2の装置。 4.前記要素(22)は前記プランジャの表面(21)を囲繞する連続環状片であ ることを特徴とする請求項2または3の装置。 5.前記要素(22)は周囲開口部を有するまたは不連続のリングを形成する前 記プランジャの表面(21)へ取付けられた1つまた数個の部品で構成されている ことを特徴とする請求項2または3の装置。 6.数個の前記要素(22)が前記プランジャの面(21)へその長 手に沿って取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1の装置 。 7.前記インプラントハウジング、前記カニューレおよび前記プランジャはプ ラスチックで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1の装置 。 8.前記インプラントハウジングおよび前記カニューレの面は滅菌ガスを拡散 させる孔(60)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1の装置。 9.本装置は前記カニューレを保護するための保護キャップを更に含み、前記 保護キャップは好ましくは前記滅菌ガスの侵入を可能にする孔が形成されている ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1の装置。 10.切開ブレードまたはエッジ(40)が本装置の本体(30,10または20)へ取 付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1の装置。 11.前記切開ブレードを越えて延在する突出部材(31)が前記切開ブレードを 保護するために前記切開ブレードの近くに設けられていることを特徴とする請求 項10の装置。 12.前記突出部材(31)は前記切開ブレード(40)の先端のまわりで少なくと も一部が曲折していることを特徴とする請求項11の装置。 13.前記突出部材(31)は本装置の本体(30,10または20)と一体片を形成し 、例えば引裂帯(34)に沿って引裂くことにより、前記本体から簡単に解放され る構成になっていることを特徴とする請求項11または12の装置。 14.前記突出部材(31)内に前記切開ブレードの形状に対応する形状の凹部ま たは溝(32)が形成され、かつ前記切開ブレード上に 設けられた対応する要素(41)と係合する部材(33)が前記溝の内面上に設けら れていて、前記切開ブレードは使用後に前記突出部材の前記溝内に保護されるこ とを特徴とする請求項13の装置。 15.前記切開ブレードおよび前記突出部材は前記保護キャップの先端に設けら れていることを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれか1の装置。 16.本装置は少なくとも1つの注入可能なインプラントを更に含むことを特徴 とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1の装置。 17.前記インプラントは長期ホルモン治療のためのまたは避妊具としてのホル モン含有インプラントであることを特徴とする請求項16の装置。 18.前記滅菌装置は包装材内に密閉封止されていることを特徴とする請求項1 〜17のいずれか1の装置。
