Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.鉱物もしくは鉱物種からフッ素を抽出する方法であって、前記鉱物もしく は鉱物種を、該鉱物もしくは鉱物種中のフッ素と共に結合強度の高い可溶性フッ 素複錯体を形成できる金属イオンもしくは半金属イオンを含む浸出溶液に接触さ せる工程を具備した方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって、更に、前記鉱物もしくは鉱物種を前記浸 出溶液に接触させる工程を反復させることを具備した方法。 3.請求項1または2に記載の方法であって、更に、前記鉱物もしくは鉱物種 から前記浸出溶液を分離することを具備した方法。 4.請求項3に記載の方法であって、更に、沈殿、吸収、置換、イオン交換、 イオン排除、溶液抽出または蒸留によって、前記フッ素錯体イオンを前記浸出溶 液から除去することを具備した方法。 5.請求項3に記載の方法であって、前記浸出溶液中の前記可溶性フッ素錯体 を分解し、前記金属イオンもしくは半金属イオンおよびフッ素イオンを分離する ことを具備した方法。 6.請求項5に記載の方法であって、更に、前記金属イオンもしくは半金属イ オンを再循環させることを具備した方法。 7.請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記浸出溶液の酸性度(pH)および/ または酸化電位(Eh)を調節することにより、前記浸出溶液中の前記可溶性フ ッ素錯体を分解することを具備した方法。 8.請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記浸出溶液を石灰、石灰石、または他 のアルカリ種と接触させてpHを6より高くすることにより、前記酸性度を調節 することを具備した方法。 9.請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記浸出溶液を黄鉄鋼、炭素質材料また は他の酸化性種もしくは還元性種と接触させることにより、前記酸化電位を調節 することを具備した方法。 10.請求項5〜9の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、更に、沈殿、吸収、 置換、イオン交換、イオン排除、溶液抽出または蒸留によって、前記フッ素錯体 イオンを前記浸出溶液から除去することを具備した方法。 11.請求項4〜10の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記鉱物もしくは 鉱物種および前記浸出溶液を分離した後、前記鉱物もしくは鉱物種を酸性溶液で 洗浄して、フッ化鉄錯体またはフッ化マンガン錯体のような安定性の高い何れか のフッ素錯体を除去することを具備した方法。 12.請求項11に記載の方法であって、前記酸性洗浄溶液のpHが1.0〜 3.0である方法。 13.請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記鉱物もしくは 鉱物種を前記浸出溶液に接触させるに先立って、更に、前記鉱物もしくは鉱物種 をミクロもしくはマクロの断口を有する粒子形状に破砕もしくは粉砕して、これ ら粒子を実質的に多孔性とすることにより、前記鉱物もしくは鉱物種が前記浸出 溶液に良好に晒されるようにすることを具 備した方法。 14.請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記鉱物もしくは 鉱物種の粒子の80%は、75μの篩またはこれよりも細かい篩を通過するもの である方法。 15.請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、前記金属イオンも しくは半金属イオンが、アルミニウム、ホウ素、ベリリウム、ウラン、チタン、 およびタングステンからなる群から選択される方法。 16.請求項15に記載の方法であって、前記金属がアルミニウムである方法 。 17.請求項16に記載の方法であって、前記浸出溶液のpH3.0〜4.3で ある方法。 18.請求項16または17に記載の方法であって、Al:Fの分子量比を選 択することによって、不溶性または溶解性の低いAlF3、(AlF4)、(Al F5)2-、および(AlF6)3-陰イオンの形成を最小限にする方法。 19.請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記Al:Fの分子量比が1:1〜 5:1である方法。 20.請求項19に記載の方法であって、前記Al:Fの分子量比が2:1〜 5:1である方法。
