Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電気集じん器中の電極の間のフラッシオーバの場合に、制御可能な高電 圧直流源から電極への電流供給を制御する方法において、 集じん器に供給される電流をほぼ連続して、または狭い間隔で測定し、 前記集じん器の電極の間の電圧をほぼ連続して、または狭い間隔で測定し、 フラッシオーバの後で、前記集じん器の電極への電流供給を第1の時間間隔中 に完全に遮断し、 フラッシオーバの直前に供給された電流より大きい電流を、第1の時間間隔の 直後の第2の時間間隔中に前記集じん器に供給し、 その後で電流をフラッシオーバの直前に優勢であった電流より小さい値まで減 少させる、 ことを特徴とする方法。 2. 請求の範囲1記載の方法において、フラッシオーバ中に集じん器が失っ た電荷を測定または計算し、 フラッシオーバ中に失われた電荷の主な部分を前記第2の時間間隔中に元に戻 すように、第2の時間間隔の長さを計算する、 ことを特徴とする方法。 3. 請求の範囲2記載の方法において、フラッシオーバの直前に供給された 電流を大きく超える電流を、第2の時間間隔中に前記集じん器に供給し、 理論的に失われた全電荷が槙第2の時間間隔中に集じん器に供給されるように 、前記間隔の長さを適応させることを特徴とする方法。 4. 請求の範囲2または3記載の方法において、整流器の最大電流にほぼ等 しい電流を第2の時間間隔中に前記集じん器に供給することを特徴とする方法。 5. 請求の範囲2、3または4記載の方法において、前記集じん器の容量を 測定または計算し、 失った電荷を、前記容量と、フラッシオーバの直前の前記集じん器の電極の間 の電圧との積として計算する、 ことを特徴とする方法。 6. 請求の範囲2、3、4または5記載の方法において、第2の時間間隔中 に電流を積分し、 積分した電流が、測定または計算した、失われた電荷にほぼ一致する時に、こ の第2の間隔を終わらせる、ことを特徴とする方法。 7. 請求の範囲1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、第1の時間間 隔は5ミリ秒より、好ましくは1ミリ秒より短いことを特徴とする方法。 8. 請求の範囲1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、第2の時間間 隔は20ミリ秒より、好ましくは10ミリ秒より短いことを特徴とする方法。
