Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多孔吸水材からなる回転可能なフィルタ円筒体と、 前記フィルタ円筒体に1部が吸収されてフィルタ円筒体を回転させるための水 を前記フィルタ円筒体に供給する手段と、 からなる、水生生物養育装置の水を処理する生物フィルタ。 2. 請求の範囲1に記載のフィルタにおいて、前記フィルタ円筒体は網状の発 泡材でできた単一素材からなり、回転軸が該フィルタ円筒体を貫通していること を特徴とするフィルタ。 3. 請求の範囲1に記載のフィルタにおいて、前記フィルタ円筒体は、相互結 合した繊維からなる素材であり、回転軸が該フィルタ円筒体を貫通していること を特徴とするフィルタ。 4. 請求の範囲1に記載のフィルタにおいて、処理する水に部分的に浸水され たフィルタ円筒体を回転自在に支持する浮遊体をさらに含むフィルタ。 5. 多孔吸水材料からなるフィルタ円筒体を回転させるステップと、 前記多孔材料体に水を供給して、供給した水の少なくとも1部を前記材料体に 吸収させることにより、材料体を回転させるステップと、 からなる水生生物養育装置の生物学的水処理方法。 6. 多孔吸収材料からなる円筒体であり、その少なくとも1部が水に浸水する 円筒体と、 前記円筒体を回転軸の回りに回転自在に支持する手段と、 前記円筒体によって吸収される水の流れを前記円筒体に供給する手段であり、 吸収された水の重量が前記回転軸の回りの前記円筒形のバランスを不均衡にする ことにより、前記円筒体に回転運動を与え、前記円筒体の少なくとも1部を水と 大気とに交互にさらすことを特徴とする流水供給手段と、 前記円筒体の回転速度を制御する制御手段と、 からなる生物ろ過装置。 7. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記制御手段が前記円筒体の浸 水深さを規制することよりなることを特徴とするろ過装置。 8. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記制御手段は、水の流れを円 筒体の回転軸に対して円筒体に向けることを特徴とするろ過装置。 9. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記吸収材料が網状材料からな り、バクテリアの繁殖に有効な表面領域を増加させることを特徴とするろ過装置 。 10. 請求の範囲7に記載のろ過装置において、前記制御手段は、前記円筒体 を係合させ、円筒体が浸水する水を収容する容器を有し、前記容器は堰部を有し 、水はこの堰部を越えて前記容器から流出し、前記堰部の高さが容器内の水位を 決定することを特徴とするろ過装置。 11. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記制御手段は、前記流水の 割合を規制する流量制御部を含むことを特徴とするろ過装置。 12. 請求の範囲10に記載のろ過装置において、前記制御手段は、前記堰の 高さを調節して前記容器内の水位を規制するための手段を有することを特徴とす るろ過装置。 13. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記支持手段は、水上に浮遊 し、内部に前記円筒体を収容するための開口が形成された浮遊ハウジングからな り、前記制御手段は、前記浮遊ハウジングに設けられ、前記円筒体の、ハウジン グが浮遊している水に浸水した部分を調節する手段からなることを特徴とするろ 過装置。 14. 請求の範囲13に記載のろ過装置において、前記浮遊ハウジングは、前 記円筒体を内部に収容するための開口が形成された底部壁を少なくとも有し、前 記浸水調節手段は、前記底部壁に対して、前記円筒体の回転軸のレベルを調節す ることを特徴とするろ過装置。 15. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記円筒体は所定の直径を有 し、前記浸水部分の深さは、前記円筒体の直径の約20%から50%であること を特徴とするろ過装置。 16. 請求の範囲15に記載のろ過装置において、前記浸水部の深さは、前記 円筒体の直径の約30%から40%であることを特徴とするろ過装置。 17. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記制御手段は、前記円筒体 の回転速度を毎分約0.5回から10回に制御することを特徴とするろ過装置。 18. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記制御手段は、前記円筒体 の回転速度を毎分約1回から5回に制御することを特徴とするろ過装置。 19. 請求の範囲9に記載のろ過装置において、前記網状の材料は、1インチ 当たり10から60孔の多孔性を有する網状のエーテルベースのポリウレタン発 泡材であることを特徴とするろ過装置。 20. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記網状材料は、網状の繊維 と、この網状の繊維を少なくとも部分的に結合させて前記網状繊維に孔を形成さ せる樹脂とを含むことを特徴とするろ過装置。 21. 請求の範囲20に記載のろ過装置において、前記網状の繊維材料は、ホ ッブスインダストリーズ(Hobbs Inductries)製造の「アクアセルプラス(Aqua cell Plus)」であることを特徴とするろ過装置。 22. 請求の範囲6に記載のろ過装置において、前記水供給手段には、回転体 に水が供給される前に、水をろ過する粗ろ過部を備えていることを特徴とするろ 過装置。
