Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.量子チャンネルでの伝送のための信号コード化に使用される暗号アルファベ ットは、それらの間の予め定められた遅延を有して量子チャンネル上に伝送され る単一光子信号に対して連続的に供給される演算子の対を含んでおり、単一光子 信号を検出するステップにおいて、各対の異なる信号はそれらの符号化された状 態に応じて分割され、前記予め定められた遅延に実質的に相補的な差動遅延を与 える通路を介して異なる検出器に導かれ、一致検出が疑似カウントを取除くため に検出器において使用されることを特徴とする量子暗号法を使用する通信方法。 2.各単一光子信号をコード化するステップにおいて、単一光子信号が2つの通 路の間で分割され、2つの通路の一方だけが位相または偏光変調器を含み、2つ の通路からの信号が検出ステップの前に再結合される請求項1記載の方法。 3.遅延は、時間ドメインで2つの通路を分離するために2つの通路の一方にお いて与えられる請求項2記載の方法。 4.単一光子信号をデコード化するステップは検出基底をランダムに選択し、そ の検出基底内においてその対の第1の入って来た光子に第1の演算子を適用し、 またその対の第2の入って来た光子に第2の異なる演算子を適用し、或はその代 わりに第1光子に第2の演算子を適用し、また第2光子に第1の演算子を適用し 、一致出力が得られたときに、演算子の交互のシーケンスのいずれが選択された かに応じて信号が論理1または論理0として検出される請求項1乃至3のいずれ か1項記載の方法。 5.単一光子信号は1300nmの領域の波長である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記 載の方法。 6.単一光子信号の対を生成する手段と、単一光子信号に演算子の対を連続的に 適用して、それらの間に予め定められた遅延を有して量子チャンネル上にそれら を出力する手段と、前記予め定められた遅延に相補的な差動遅延を与える通路を 介して量子チャンネルに接続された1対の検出器と、それらの符号化された状態 に応じて入って来た単一光子信号を分割して異なる検出器にそれらを導く手段と 、検出器における信号の一致した到着を検出する手段とを具備している通信シス テム。 7.単一光子信号の対を生成する手段は、予め定められた差動遅延を与える異な る通路によって量子チャンネルに接続された1対の光源を含んでいる請求項6記 載のシステム。 8.一致出力が2つのソースによって生成された時を検出する手段を含んでいる 請求項7記載のシステム。 9.光源は1対のパラメトリックダウン変換ソースを含み、各ソースはその出力 ブランチの1つに検出器を含み、各ソースにおける2つの検出器の出力は2つの ソースから一致出力を示す信号を生成するようにアンド処理される請求項8記載 のシステム。 10.検出器は、アバランシェフォトダイオードである請求項6乃至9のいずれ か1項記載のシステム。 11.一致到着を検出する手段は、異なる検出器に接続され た一致ゲートを具備している請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項記載のシステム。 12.量子チャンネルは、多重アクセスネットワークで伝送される請求項6乃至 11のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
