Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1組の車輪の回転速度を実質的に表すデータを発生する回転測定装置と、 少なくとも軌道に対してだいたい垂直の軸線に沿った運動を表すデータを発生 する運動センサと、 前記運動センサ及び前記回転測定装置に結合されていて、回転速度データ及び 運動データを受取るデータ・プロセッサであって、受取った回転速度データ及び 運動データに基づいて、前記1組の車輪の内の少なくとも1つの車輪に関連する 欠陥状態を検出すると共に、受取った運動データに基づいて、軌道の少なくとも 一部分に関連する欠陥状態を検出するデータ・プロセッサと、 欠陥状態が生じた場合にその場所を実質的に決定することが出来る様に、鉄道 車輛のそれぞれの位置に実質的に対応するデータを発生する航行装置と、 鉄道車輛に関連する所定のデータを遠隔の場所に送信する電磁放射発信器と を有する移動追跡装置。 2.前記航行装置がGPS受信機で構成されている請求項1記載の移動追跡装 置。 3.前記運動センサが、加速度計、振動センサ及び衝撃センサからなるセンサ の群から選ばれた少なくとも1つのセンサで構成されている請求項2記載の移動 追跡装置。 4.前記データ・プロセッサが、前記発信器によって送信された所定のデータ を遠隔の場所で処理する様に、前記 運動センサ及び前記回転測定装置に遠隔結合されている請求項2記載の移動追跡 装置。 5.前記データ・プロセッサが離散的フーリエ・プロセッサを有している請求 項4記載の移動追跡装置。 6.前記データ・プロセッサが離散的フーリエ・プロセッサを有している請求 項1記載の移動追跡装置。 7.前記運動センサが、互いに直交する3つの軸線に沿った加速度を測定する 様に配置された加速度計の組で構成され、互いに直交する3つの軸線の内の1つ の軸線が軌道に対するだいたい垂直な軸線である請求項1記載の移動追跡装置。 8.前記データ・プロセッサが前記加速度計の組からのデータを処理して鉄道 車輛の荷重状態を判定する様になっている請求項7記載の移動追跡装置。 9.前記回転測定装置が、鉄道車輛の速度及び車輪の円周に基づいて回転速度 データを発生する様になっている請求項1記載の移動追跡装置。 10.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪と鉄道車輛の通る軌道とに関連する欠陥状態を検 出する方法に於て、 前記1組の車輪の回転速度を表すデータを発生する段階と、 少なくとも前記軌道に対してだいたい垂直な軸線に沿った運動を表すデータを 発生する段階と、 前記回転速度データ及び運動データを処理して、前記1軸の車輪の内の少なく とも1つの車輪に関連した欠陥状態 を検出する段階と、 欠陥状態に生じた場所を実質的に決定するために、それぞれの鉄道車輛の位置 に実質的に対応するデータを発生する段階と を含む方法。 11.更に、前記運動データを処理して、軌道の少なくとも一部分に関連した 欠陥状態を検出する段階を含む請求項10記載の方法。 12.更に、鉄道車輛に関連する所定のデータを遠隔の場所へ送信する段階を 含む請求項11記載の方法。 13.送信されるデータが前記遠隔の場所で処理される様に、前記所定のデー タが未処理のデータで構成されている請求項12記載の方法。 14.更に、車輛の荷重状態を判定する為に、互いに直交する3つの軸線を持 つ加速度計の組からのデータを処理する段階を含み、互いに直交する3つの軸線 の内の1つの軸線が軌道に対してだいたい垂直な軸線である請求項11記載の方 法。 15.鉄道車輛が既知のルートを通る場合、欠陥を持つ軌道部分の場所を実質 的に決定するデータを発生する段階が、欠陥のある軌道部分を検出してからの車 輪の回転数を計数し、車輪の回転数に基づいて、現在の鉄道車輛の位置から既知 のルートに沿って通った距離を測定し、こうして少なくとも前記鉄道車輛の現在 位置に対し、前記既知のルートに沿った欠陥を持つ軌道部分の場所を実質的に決 定す ることを含む請求項10記載の方法。 16.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪に関連して検出される欠陥状態が「偏平車輪」状 態である請求項10記載の方法。 17.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪に関連して検出される欠陥状態が軸受に欠陥のあ る状態である請求項10記載の方法。
