Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 前方ドアとともに、ショーケースの内部深
くに配置された食品の取り出しを容易にする後方ドアを
備えた回転自在の上部ケースを有する冷蔵ショーケース
を提供する。 【解決手段】 本発明の冷蔵ショーケースは、少なく
とも２つのドア１２、１２′、縁端部に沿って複数の空
気出入口１５が形成された中間板１６、開口１７を有す
る底面板３１、及び前記中間板及び前記底面板によって
画定される空気通路１３を有する上部ケース１１と、前
記空気通路に沿って流れ、前記上部ケースの内部を循環
する低温の空気の流れを発生させる蒸発器２３及びファ
ン２４が設置される空隙を備えた下部ケース２１と、前
記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの間に設けられて、前
記上部ケースを回転自在に支持する手段２７とを含む。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、冷蔵ショーケース
に関し、特に、前方ドアとともに、ショーケースの内部
深く貯蔵された食品の取り出しを容易にする後方ドアを
備えた回転自在な上部ケースを有する冷蔵ショーケース
に関する。

【従来の技術】図１には、上部ケース３、下部ケース
７、透明ドア２、及び食品が置かれる複数の棚板４を含
む従来の冷蔵ショーケースが示されている。冷却装置
（図示せず）が下部ケース７内に設置されて、後方壁に
沿ってショーケースの上部ケース３内に循環される低温
の空気の流れを発生させる。低温の空気は上部ケース３
の上部に位置する空気出口５を通して上部ケース３の内
部へ放出されて、上部ケース３の下部に位置する空気入
口６を通して下部ケース７内に吸入される。
【０００３】しかし、このような従来のショーケースに
おいては、棚板上に食品が大量に貯蔵された場合、上部
ケース３の内側深くに置かれた食品が取り出しにくいと
いう問題点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従って、本発明の主な
目的は、前方ドアとともに、ショーケースの内部深く貯
蔵された食品の取り出しを容易にする後方ドアを備えた
回転自在の上部ケースを有する冷蔵ショーケースを提供
することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
めに、本発明によれば、少なくとも２つのドアと、縁端
部に沿って複数の空気出入口が形成された中間板と、開
口を有する底面板と、前記中間板及び前記底面板によっ
て画定される空気通路とを有する上部ケースと、前記空
気通路に沿って流れ、前記上部ケースの内部を循環する
低温の空気の流れを発生させる蒸発器及びファンが設置
される空隙を備えた下部ケースと、前記上部ケース及び
前記下部ケースの間に設けられて、前記上部ケースを回
転自在に支持する手段とを含むことを特徴とする冷蔵シ
ョーケースが提供される。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の好適実施例につい
て図面を参照しながらより詳しく説明する。
【０００７】図２〜図５には、本発明の一実施例による
冷蔵ショーケースが示されている。
【０００８】本発明のショーケースは、上部ケース１１
と、下部ケース２１と、スラストボールベアリング２７
とともに、蒸発器２３、ファン２４、圧縮器（図示せ
ず）、及び凝縮器（図示せず）からなる冷却装置を含
む。
【０００９】上部ケース１１は、透明な前方ドア１２及
び後方ドア１２′と、側壁３０と、縁端部に沿ってその
付近に形成された複数の空気出入口１５を有する中間板
１６と、開口１７を有する底面板３１と、中間板１６と
底面板３１によって画定された空気通路１３とを含む。
【００１０】また、食品がその上に置かれる複数の棚板
４が上部ケース内に設置される。
【００１１】下部ケース２１には、蒸発器２３及びファ
ン２４が取着される空隙が設けられる。冷却装置の他の
部品は、下部ケース２１内に設置される。蒸発器２３及
びファン２４は、図３の矢印で示された方向へ空気通路
１３に沿って流れ、空気出入口１５を通して上部ケース
１１の内部へ循環する低温の空気の流れを発生させる。
即ち、低温の空気がファン２４付近に配置された空気出
入口１５を通して上部ケース１１の内部へ放出されて、
その後、蒸発器２３付近に配置された空気出入口１５を
通して空気通路１３内へ吸入されるのである。好ましく
は、空気が蒸発器２３を迂回することを防止するために
分割板５１が蒸発器の周囲に設けられる。
【００１２】スラストボールベアリング２７は、環状の
溝４１ａ及びその外周面に設けられた切欠部４１ｂを有
するリング形状の上部部材４１と、前記環状の溝４１ａ
に対応する任意の円に沿って一定間隔で、複数の凹部４
２ａがその上面に形成されたリング形状の下部部材４２
と、前記凹部４２ａと溝４１ａの間に嵌め込まれる複数
のボール４３と、複数のＬ形状の拘束部材４４とを備え
る。上部部材４１は上部ケース１１の底面板３１の底面
の開口１７の周囲に固着され、ボール４３が上部部材４
１を回転自在に支持しているため、上部部材４１及び上
部ケース１１が回転自在に設けられることになる。ま
た、拘束部材４４はその一端が、例えばねじによって下
部部材４２の外周面に固定され、他端が上部部材４１の
切欠部４１ｂ内に挿入されて、上部部材４１が下部部材
４２から取れることを防止している。
【００１３】空気通路１３と上部ケース１１の内部との
間の熱交換を防ぐため断熱材１４が中間板１６の底面に
付着されており、また、底面板３１、空隙の周りにも付
着されている。
【００１４】図６に示すように、上部ケース１１の側壁
は透明な材料から形成することができ、別の形態とし
て、上部ケース１１が側壁の代わりに透明な側面ドアを
有することも可能である。
【００１５】上記において、本発明の特定の実施例につ
いて説明したが、本明細書に記載した特許請求の範囲を
逸脱することなく、当業者は種々の変更を加え得ること
は勿論である。

【発明の効果】従って、本発明によれば、このような冷
蔵ショーケースにおいて、上部ケース１１が前方ドア１
２及び後方ドア１２′を有し、回転自在であるために、
前方ドア１２から離れた側、即ち、後方ドアの付近に配
置された食品の取り出しを容易にすることができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 少なくとも２つのドアと、縁端部に沿
    って複数の空気出入口が形成された中間板と、開口を有
    する底面板と、前記中間板及び前記底面板によって画定
    される空気通路とを有する上部ケースと、 前記空気通路に沿って流れ、前記上部ケースの内部を循
    環する低温の空気の流れを発生させる蒸発器及びファン
    が設置される空隙を備えた下部ケースと、 前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの間に設けられて、
    前記上部ケースを回転自在に支持する手段とを含むこと
    を特徴とする冷蔵ショーケース。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記支持手段が、 環状の溝を有するリング形状の上部部材と、 前記溝に対応する任意の円に沿って形成された複数の凹
    部を有するリング形状の下部部材と、 前記凹部及び前記溝内に嵌め込まれる複数のボールとを
    備えており、 前記上部部材は前記上部ケースの前記底面板の底面の前
    記開口の周囲に固定され、前記下部部材は前記下部ケー
    スの上面の前記空隙の周囲に固定され、前記ボールが前
    記上部部材を支持していることから、前記上部部材及び
    前記上部ケースが回転自在に設置されることを特徴とす
    る請求項１に記載の冷蔵ショーケース。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記上部部材がその外周面に沿って設
    けられた切欠部を有し、前記支持手段は、その一端が前
    記下部部材の外周面に固定され、他端が前記上部部材の
    前記切欠部内に挿入される複数の拘束部材を更に有して
    おり、これにより前記上部部材が前記下部部材から取れ
    ることが防止されていることを特徴とする請求項２に記
    載の冷蔵ショーケース。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記上部ケースの側壁が、透明な材料
    から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の
    冷蔵ショーケース。
