Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.調節可能な間隔を有しほぼ平行な面に設けられた二つの反射鏡を備え、単 色で連続した像を像面に生成する調整可能な干渉計と、 像面に設置されて像を記録する放射線検出器と、 予め定められた波長領域のうち少なくとも一つを前記検出器に送ることのでき るフィルタ装置と、 放射線を収束すると共に、干渉計に入射する放射線の角度が二つの反射鏡のほ ぼ平行な面に対してほぼ垂直になるよう限定するレンズ装置とからなることを特 徴とする分光計。 2.二つの反射鏡間の間隔を調節するチューナをさらに設けることにより、予 め定められた波長領域から予め定められた単一波長を実際に選択すべく干渉計を 調整することを特徴とする請求項1記載の分光計。 3.前記検出器によって記録された像をその表示に先立って処理するプロセッ サモジュールをさらに設けることを特徴とする請求項2記載の分光計。 4.前記放射線検出器が光電変換器であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分 光計。 5.前記放射線検出器が単一要素からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分 光計。 6.前記放射線検出器が直線的に並べられた検出器からなることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の分光計。 7.前記放射線検出器が二次元に配列された検出器からなり、単色で連続した 二次元像を記録することを特徴とする請求項1 記載の分光計。 8.前記チューナが少なくとも一つの圧電変換素子からなることを特徴とする 請求項2記載の分光計。 9.前記フィルタ装置が少なくとも一つの次数選択型干渉フィルタからなるこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の分光計。 10.前記フィルタ装置が少なくとも一つのバンドパスフィルタからなること を特徴とする請求項1記載の分光計。 11.前記フィルタ装置が調整可能なバンドパスフィルタであることを特徴と する請求項10記載の分光計。 12.前記調整可能なバンドパスフィルタが第二の調整可能な干渉計であるこ とを特徴とする請求項11記載の分光計。 13.前記レンズ装置がテレセントリックレンズの集合体であることを特徴と する請求項1記載の分光計。 14.前記干渉計が赤外線領域の波長で動作することを特徴とする請求項1記 載の分光計。 15.前記角度が約0.1ラジアン以下であり、干渉計に関連する総合フィネ ス値が約50であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分光計。 16.間隔が調節可能なほぼ平行な面に設けられた二つの反射鏡を含む調整可 能な干渉計を設ける工程と、 該干渉計によって像面に単色で連続した像を生成する工程と、 フィルタ装置によって、所定波長領域のうち少なくとも一つを像面に配置され た放射線検出器に送る工程と、 レンズ装置によって干渉計から出力された放射線を収束する工程と、 レンズ装置によって、干渉計に入射する放射線の角度が二つ の反射鏡の平行な面とほぼ垂直になるように限定する工程と、 放射線検出器によって像を記録する工程とを有し、単色で連続した像を生成す ることを特徴とする像生成方法。 17.二次元の単色で連続した像を形成する分光計において、 ほぼ平行な面を有すると共に、その間に設けられて連続的に調節可能であり、 かつ所定波長の約5倍以下に設定される間隔を有するような二つの反射鏡を含む 調整可能な干渉計と、 該干渉計から出力される放射線を収束すると共に、干渉計に入射する放射線の 角度が二つの反射鏡の平行な面とほぼ垂直になるように限定する光学系と、 所定波長のみを実質的に通過させるフィルタと、 前記光学系から出力される放射線を受けて単色で連続した二次元像を記録する 放射線検出器とからなることを特徴とする分光計。 18.前記角度が約0.1ラジアンであり、前記干渉計に関連する総合フィネ ス値が約50であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の分光計。 19.二つの反射鏡間の間隔を調節して像のコントラストを高めると共に、予 め定められた波長領域から選択された予め定められた単一波長を実際に送るべく 干渉計を調整するチューナをさらに設けることを特徴とする請求項17記載の分 光計。 20.像のコントラストを高めるように像を処理するプロセッサモジュールを さらに設けることを特徴とする請求項19記載の分光計。
