Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弁室(2;102)を有する弁箱(1;101)と、弁箱内に配された弁座 手段(9,10,11;110a,110b)と、少なくとも1つの弁座手段と 密閉接触または開離するように設けられた弾性ダイヤフラム(12;112)と 、ダイヤフラムを作動する制御手段(17,18;117,118)とを含み、 前記弁室(2;102)内には中央溝(4;104)と、該中央溝の各側部にお いて第1側溝(3;103)及び第2側溝(4;104)とがそれぞれ開口して おり、各溝は流体用の外部接続部(6,7,8;106,107,108)をそ れぞれ有するように構成した、気体または液体の流体流れを制御するダイヤフラ ム弁において、各弁座手段(9,10,11;110a,110b)の少なくと も一部分は前記中央溝(4;104)及び前記側溝(3,4;103,104) の1つと共通であること、及び2つの制御手段(17,18;117,118) は、一方では前記中央溝と前記各側溝の間で流体の通路を遮断するように、前記 各弁座手段に対してダイヤフラム(12;112)をそれぞれ押圧し、他方では 前記中央溝と前記各側溝の間で流体の通路を開くように、ダイヤフラムの一部が 前記各弁座手段の押圧部を離れて上昇するように構成されたことを特徴とするダ イヤフラム弁。 2.前記弁座手段の前記押圧部は、前記中央溝を含み、弁を通る垂直対称面に対 して正対称に配されること、及び前記制御手段はダイヤフラムにおける対称面の いづれか一面に作用するように、ダイヤフラムの中央部を中心に正対称に配され ることを特徴とする請求項 1記載のダイヤフラム弁。 3.前記制御手段は、押圧方向においてダイヤフラム上で独立して作用し、一方 、上昇方向においてはダイヤフラムと係合することを特徴とする請求項1または 2に記載のダイヤフラム弁。 4.ダイヤフラム(12)は、ダイヤフラムと一体で且つ1つの制御手段(17 ,18)とそれぞれ協働するように設けられた2つの分離した係合手段(12a ,12b)を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載のダイヤフラム弁。 5.ダイヤフラム(112)には、2つの制御手段(117,118)に共通の 一係合手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3記載のダイヤフラム弁。 6.前記制御手段は、ピストンロッド(21,22;121,122)によって 対応するシリンダー(25,26;125,126)内にそれぞれ案内されるピ ストン(28,29;128,129)と個々に連結されることを特徴とする請 求項1乃至5のいづれか一項に記載のダイヤフラム弁。 7.一方のピストン(128)のピストンロッド(121)は、他のピストン( 129)及び該ピストンに対応するシリンダー(126)を貫通していることを 特徴とする請求項6記載のダイヤフラム弁。 8.前記中央溝(104)は、2つの外部接続部(107,150)の間で弁箱 (101)を通って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいづれか一項 に記載のダイヤフラム弁。 9.前記弁室(102)は、前記弁箱が水平である場合に、前記溝 の底部が個々の外部接続部へと傾斜(α)した自己排水式になっていることを特 徴とする請求項1乃至8のいづれか一項に記載のダイヤフラム弁。 10.前記弁箱が前記2つの側溝(103,105)の共通軸を通る水平面に対 して特定の角度傾斜した場合、前記2つの側溝(103,105)は、前記中央 溝(104)を通して自己排水を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいづれ か一項に記載のダイヤフラム弁。
