Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 水、その水中に分散した不透明顔料、ブリーディング抑制用カチオンポ リマー、および水不溶性のフィルム形成性ポリマーから成るボールペンインク用 耐ブリーディング性水性修正流体であって、前記水、前記不透明化顔料、前記カ チオンポリマーおよび前記フィルム形成性ポリマーの量が選択されて、全固形分 が少なくとも60重量%、乾燥時間が90秒未満、および粘度が1500cps 未満であることを特徴とする修正流体。 2. フィルム形成性ポリマーがアクリル共重合体である、請求項1に記載の 修正流体。 3. 乾燥時間が約60秒未満である、請求項1に記載の修正流体。 4. 乾燥時間が約50秒未満である、請求項1に記載の修正流体。 5. カチオンポリマーが非フィルム形成性アクリル共重合体である、請求項 1に記載の修正流体。 6. 不透明顔料が、平均粒子サイズが0.8ミクロメーター未満の、親水性 表面を有する二酸化チタン粒子から成るルチル形二酸化チタン組成物である、請 求項1に記載の修正流体。 7. 二酸化チタン粒子が少なくとも94重量%の上記二酸化チタン組成物か ら成り、かつその粒子をアルミナで、またはアルミナとシリカを併用して、処理 することによりその親水性表面が生じて成る、請求項6に記載の修正流体。 8. アニオン分散剤からさらに成る、請求項1に記載の修正流体。 9. アニオン分散剤がカルボン酸高分子電解質ナトリウム塩である、請求項 8に記載の修正流体。 10. ノニオン湿潤剤からさらに成る、請求項1に記載の修正流体。 11. 45および60重量%の間の不透明顔料、0.5および5.0重量% の間のカチオンポリマー、10および25重量%の間のフィルム形成性ポリマー 、ならびに15および30重量%の間の水から成る、請求項1に記載の修正流体 。 12. 47および53重量%の間の不透明顔料、0.8および1.2重量% の間のカチオンポリマー、15および22重量%の間のフィルム形成性ポリマー 、ならびに18および22重量%の間の水から成る、請求項11に記載の修正流 体。 13. 100cpsおよび1000cpsの間の粘度を有する、請求項1に 記載の修正流体。 14. 300cpsおよび600cpsの間の粘度を有する、請求項1に記 載の修正流体。 15. 修正流体が少なくとも65重量%の全固形分を有する、請求項1に記 載の修正流体。 16. 修正流体が少なくとも67重量%の全固形分を有する、請求項1に記 載の修正流体。 17. 修正流体が少なくとも68重量%の全固形分を有する、請求項1に記 載の修正流体。 18. 修正流体のpHが7.5および11の間にある、請求項1に記載の修 正流体。 19. 修正流体が実質的に有機溶剤を含有しない、請求項1に記載の修正流 体。 20. 不透明化顔料および分散剤を水と混合して分散体を形成させる工程と 、 その分散体中にフィルム形成性高分子バインダーを添加し、かつ混合し て分散体中にバインダーを分配する工程と、さらに 非フィルム形成性カチオンポリマーから成り、かつバインダーと相容性 の水堅牢性インク固定剤を前記分散体中に不安定化を起こさない程度の速度で添 加する工程、 とから成る、安定な水性修正流体の製法。 21. 水、その水中に分散した不透明化顔料、ブリーディング防止用カチオ ンポリマー、および水中に分散したフィルム形成性ポリマーから成る修正流体を 、紙基質上の水堅牢性マーキング上に重ね塗りすることから成る、紙上の水堅牢 性マーキングを隠蔽する方法であって、修正流体の固形分が少なくとも60重量 %、粘度が1500cps未満、修正流体の乾燥時間が90秒未満である方法。 22. 修正流体がマーキング上に、はけ塗りされる、請求項21に記載の方 法。
