- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.強化された殺生物効力と耐ゲル化性とを有する塗料又は塗料基剤組成物で あって、塗料又は塗料基剤が本質的に酸化第一銅と亜鉛ピリチオンとから成る殺 生物剤を含むことを特徴とし、前記亜鉛ピリチオンが約1%〜約25%の量で存 在し、前記酸化第一銅が約20%〜約70%の量で存在し、前記亜鉛ピリチオン と前記酸化第一銅との総量が塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重量を基準にして約2 0%〜約80%であり、さらに塗料又は塗料基剤が前記塗料又は塗料基剤をゲル 化に対して安定化させるために充分な量で、ロジンアミン又はロジンアミドを含 み、前記ロジンアミン又はロジンアミドの量が塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重量 を基準にして約1%〜20%の範囲内である前記塗料又は塗料基剤組成物。 2.前記ピリチオン塩と前記銅塩との総量が塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重量 を基準にして約20%〜約80%であることを特徴とし、金属塩がカルシウム塩 、亜鉛塩、銅塩、鉄塩、ニッケル塩、マグネシウム塩及びこれらの組合せから成 る群から選択される請求項1記載の塗料又は塗料基剤。 3.前記アミン又はアミドの量が塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重量を基準にし て約1%〜20%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塗料又は塗料基剤。 4.強化された殺生物効力と耐ゲル化性とを有する溶液型塗料又は塗料基剤組 成物であって、塗料又は塗料基剤が本質的に酸化第一銅と亜鉛ピリチオンとから 成る殺生物剤を含むことを特徴とし、さらに塗料又は塗料基剤がロジンアミン又 はロジンアミド又はロジンアミン若しくはロジンアミドと非誘導体化ロジンとの 混合物を含み、前記混合物が70以下の酸価によって表示される総酸性度を有し 、前記ロジンアミン又はロジンアミド、又は前記ロジンアミン若しくは前記ロジ ンアミドと非誘導体化ロジンとの混合物が、塗料又は塗料基剤の総重量を基準に して、約1%〜20%の総量で存在し、前記亜鉛ピリチオンが約1%〜約25% の量で存在し、前記酸化第一銅が約20%〜約70%の量で存在し、前記亜鉛ピ リチオンと前記酸化第一銅との総量が、塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重量を基準 にして、約20%〜約80%である前記溶液型塗料又は塗料基剤組成物。 5.前記ピリチオン塩と前記銅塩との総量が、塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重 量を基準にして、約20%〜約80%であることを特徴とし、金属塩がカルシウ ム塩、亜鉛塩、銅塩、鉄塩、ニッケル塩、マグネシウム塩及びこれらの組合せか ら成る群から選択される請求項4記載の塗料又は塗料基剤。 6.前記塗料がさらに、ビニル樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アクリ ル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂及びポリエステル樹脂と、これらの組合せとから成る 群から選択される樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の塗料又は 塗料基剤。 7.さらに、天然及び合成粘土と天然及び合成ポリマー膨潤剤とから成る群か ら選択される膨潤剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の塗料又は塗 料基剤。 8.亜鉛ピリチオンと酸化第一銅とを含むゲル化抑制溶液型塗料又は塗料基剤 の形成方法であって、 (a)溶液型塗料又は塗料基剤に前記亜鉛ピリチオンを混入し、酸化第一銅を も混入して、前記亜鉛ピリチオンが約1%〜約25%の量で存在し、前記酸化第 一銅が約20%〜約70%の量で存在し、前記ピリチオン塩と前記酸化第一銅と の総量が約20%〜約80%の範囲内である(前記重量%は殺生物剤含有塗料又 は塗料基剤の総重量を基準とする)殺生物剤含有塗料又は塗料基剤を形成する工 程と; (b)ロジンアミン又はロジンアミド又は前記アミン若しくは前記アミドと非 誘導体化ロジンとの混合物を前記殺生物剤含有塗料又は塗料基剤に混入する工程 であって、前記アミンと前記アミドとが、カルボン酸含有ロジンと、式:(NH2 )xRNH2[式中、xは0又は1であり、RはH又はC1−C8アルキル、アル ケニル、アルキニル、シクロアルキル、シクロアルケニル若しくはシクロアルキ ニルであり、各Rは任意にぺンダントヒドロキシル又はアミノ官能基を有する] で示される群から選択されるアミンとの反応生成物であり、前記ロジンアミン又 はロジンアミド又はロジンアミン若しくはロジンアミドと非誘導体化ロジンとの 混合物の総量が塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重量を基準として約1%〜20%で ある前記工程とを特徴とする前記方法。 9.前記亜鉛ピリチオンと前記酸化第一銅との総量が塗料又は塗料基剤組成物 の総重量を基準にして約20%〜約75%であることを特徴とする請求項8記載 の方法。 10.前記アミン又はアミド又はロジンアミン若しくはロジンアミドと非誘導体 化ロジンとの混合物の総量が塗料又は塗料基剤組成物の総重量を基準として約1 %〜20%であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。 11.前記組成物がさらに、ビニル樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アク リル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂及びポリエステル樹脂と、これらの組合せとから成 る群から選択される樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。 12.前記組成物がさらに、天然及び合成粘土と天然及び合成ポリマー5膨潤剤 とから成る群から選択される膨潤剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法 。 13.工程(a)と(b)とを同時に実施することを特徴とする請求項8記載の 方法。 14.前記膨潤剤がカオリン、モンモリロン石(ベントナイト)、粘土雲母(白 雲母)及び緑泥石(ヘクトナイト)と、これらの組合せとから成る群から選択さ れることを特徴とする請求項12記載の方法。
