Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)回転駆動力を付与するための主移動体と、 (b)各々が、前記主移動体に機械的に結合されて回転駆動力に応答して 回転する基端部と、切削バイトに結合される先端部とを有する、1対の可撓性ケ ーブルと、 (c)湾曲ボアを穿孔するために対象物に近接して配置される先端部を有 し、前記可撓性ケーブルが外部に延出するハウジングと、 (d)交差する同一面の湾曲軌跡で回動するように回動可能に装着され、 夫々が前記可撓性ケーブルの先端を支持し、ハウジングの先端から外方に互いの 方向に回動されるのに従って、対象物に湾曲ボアを穿孔するように回動されて切 削バイトの端部が続く路を規定する1対の湾曲ガイドと、 (e)枢支ピンによりハウジングに回動可能に設けられ、湾曲ガイドに夫 々結合されて、前記枢支ピンを中心として回動されたときに、同一面の湾曲軌跡 を回動し、異なる時間で前記路の共通部分に沿って切削バイトを進行させて、切 削バイトが互いに接触しないで、対象物に湾曲ボアを形成する1対のレバーとを 具備する対象物に湾曲ボアを穿孔する装置。 2.前記1対のレバーのうちの一方はトリガーを有し、また、他方のレバーを 第1の一方向に、そしてトリガーが一方向に回動されたときにのみ他方向に回動 させる手段をさらに具備し、 (a)前記切削バイトの一方が、他方のレバーに結合された湾曲ガイドに よりボアの路中の中間点を過ぎるように移動され、 (b)そして、切削バイトの前記一方がボアの路中の中間点から戻るよう に引かれ、 (c)そして、切削バイトの他方がボアの形成を完成するように中間点を 過ぎるように移動されて、対をなす切削バイト間の干渉をさける、請求項1の装 置。 3.前記主移動体を駆動するためのコントローラをさらに具備し、また前記ト リガーは、このトリガーが休止位置から回動されたときに、コントローラを駆動 して、切削バイトにこれらが湾曲ボアを形成するように進行されるのに従って駆 動力を付与する、請求項2の装置。 4.トリガーと、このトリガーを両レバーに機械的に結合させるリンク機構と をさらに具備し、このリンク機構は、一方向のみのトリガーの移動により一方の レバーが第1の方向に、そして次にこの第1の方向とは反対である第2の方向に 回動され、また他方のレバーが第1の方向にのみ動くように、トリガーを2つの レバーに結合させ、かくして、前記一方のレバーが湾曲ボアの路中の中間点を過 ぎるように切削バイトの一方を最初に進行させ、そして他方の切削バイトが路の 他端部から中間点を過ぎるのに従って前記一方の切削バイトを戻して、湾曲ボア の形成を完成させる、請求項1の装置。 5.前記リンク機構は、前記トリガーの移動により回動駆動され、回転面を有 する1対のカムを有し、前記1対のレバ ーの夫々はカムの回転面に夫々従動し、また、各カムは回転面に沿うレバーの移 動を決定する形状を有し、かくしてこの移動が他方のレバーの移動とは異なる請 求項4の装置。 6.前記リンク機構は、トリガーに対して傾斜面を有し、前記レバーの夫々は 傾斜面の異なる部分に沿って接触して移動し、この結果、トリガーの移動が夫々 のレバーを異ならせて動かす請求項4の装置。 7.前記両レバーの回動が湾曲ガイド並びに切削バイトを動かす程度を調節し て、異なる半径の湾曲ガイドを使用して異なる半径の湾曲ボアを形成する調節手 段をさらに具備する請求項4の装置。 8.前記調節手段は、1対のリンクを有し、各リンクは1つの湾曲ガイドと1 つのレバーとの間を延出し、そして枢支ピンから規定された距離の所で1つのレ バーと接触するように選定された角度で形成された1つのレバーに近接した角度 付け部分を有し、また、前記距離は、特定の曲率半径を有する選定された湾曲ガ イドの回動範囲を規定する請求項7の装置。 9.前記ハウジングは、ハンドル部分と、前記可撓性ケーブルが延出される着 脱可能なカートリッジ部分とを有し、前記1対の湾曲ガイドは着脱可能なカート リッジ部分内に回動可能に設けられ、そして、さらに前記主移動体を可撓性ケー ブルに機械的に結合させる着脱可能な駆動カップリングと、前記レバーを湾曲ガ イドに機械的に結合させる着脱可能なリンクとを具備し、この結果、着脱可能な カートリッジ部分と 可撓性ケーブルとは容易に装着され、かつハンドル部分と着脱可能な駆動カップ リングとから取り外され得る請求項1の装置。 10.前記カートリッジ部分は、ハンドル部分と係合するサイズを有し、また 、前記着脱可能なリンクは、夫々互いに解除可能に結合した2つの部分を有し、 さらに、カートリッジ部分がハンドル部分から取り外されたときに、各着脱可能 なリンクの2つの前記部分の係合を解除する手段を具備する請求項9の装置。 11.前記着脱可能なリンクは、夫々他方のリンクの他方の部分に形成された オリフイスと係合する、一方の前記部分の一方にばね付勢ピンを有し、前記係合 を解除する手段は、前記ばね付勢ピンに作用して係合を解除しカートリッジ部分 をハンドル部分から取り外すように、ハンドル部分に設けられた解放ピンを有す る請求項10の装置。 12.(a)2つの互いに離間したほぼ平行な軸に沿って回転駆動力を付与す る工程と、 (b)1対の可撓性ケーブルを回転駆動力にカップリングさせて、各可 撓性ケーブルを前記各軸を中心として回転させ、各可撓性ケーブルが回転駆動力 がカップリンされる基端部と切削バイトにカップルされる先端部とを有している 、工程と、 (c)切削バイトを対象物に近接して位置させ、可撓性ケーブルの先端 部と切削バイトとを湾曲ガイド中に支持させる工程と、 (d)湾曲ガイドを交差共通平面湾曲軌跡中で回動させて、前記対をな す湾曲ガイドが互いの方向に回動されるのに従って、これら湾曲ガイドが対象物 に湾曲ボアを形成するときに切削バイトの各々が従う路を規定する、そして、前 記切削バイトは可撓性ケーブルにより回転され、また湾曲ガイドにより支持され る、工程と、 (e)異なる時間で共通平面湾曲軌跡で湾曲ガイドを進行させるように 1対のレバーを回動させ、これら湾曲ガイドは共通平面湾曲軌跡が重なった路の 腸痛部分に沿って進行して、切削バイト相互が接触しないで対象物に湾曲ボアを 形成する工程とを具備する対象物に湾曲ボアを穿孔する方法。 13.前記1対のレバーのうちの一方は他方のレバーを回動するための力を付 与するトリガーを有し、また、対をなすレバーを回動するための工程は、他方の レバーを第1の一方向に、そしてトリガーが一方向にされたときにのみ他方向に 回動させる工程を有し、 (a)前記切削バイトの一方が、他方のレバーに結合された湾曲ガイドに よりボアの路中の中間点を過ぎるように移動され、 (b)そして、切削バイトの前記一方がボアの路中の中間点から戻るよう に引かれ、 (c)そして、切削バイトの他方がボアの形成を完成するように中間点を 過ぎるように移動されて、対をなす切削バイト間の干渉をさける、請求項12の 方法。 14.前記トリガーを休止位置から回動させることにより 可撓性ケーブルを回転する駆動力を作用させて、切削バイトが湾曲ボアを形成す るように進行されるのとほぼ同時に駆動力を切削バイトに付与する工程をさらに 具備する請求項12の方法。 15.(a)トリガーが一方向に回動されたときにのみ、一方のレバーを第1 の方向に回動させ、そして第2の反対の方向に回動させ、また他方のレバーを第 1の方向にのみ移動させるように、トリガーを両レバーにカップリングさせる工 程をさらに具備し、かくして、 (b)切削バイトの一方を湾曲ボアの路中の中間点を通過して回動する ように進行させ、そして、他方の切削バイトが路の対向端部から中間点を過ぎて 進行するのに従って前記一方の切削バイトを引いて、湾曲ボアの形成を完成させ る、請求項12の方法。 16.前記両レバーの回動が湾曲ガイド並びに切削バイトを動かす程度を調節 して、異なる半径の湾曲ガイドを使用して異なる半径の湾曲ボアを形成する工程 をさらに具備する請求項12の方法。 17.前記調節する工程は、1対のリンクを設ける工程を有し、各リンクは1 つの湾曲ガイドと1つのレバーとの間を延出し、そして枢支ピンから規定された 距離の所で1つのレバーと接触するように選定された角度で形成された1つのレ バーに近接した角度付け部分を有し、また、前記距離は、特定の曲率半径を有す る選定された湾曲ガイドの回動範囲を規定する請求項16の方法。 18.前記対をなす湾曲ガイドは着脱可能なカートリッジ内に回動可能に設け られ、さらに、可撓性ケーブルを回転駆動力にカップリングさせる工程と、前記 レバーを湾曲ガイドに着脱可能にリンク接続する工程とをさらに具備し、かくし て着脱可能なカートリッジと可撓性ケーブルが容易に取換えられ得る、請求項1 2の方法。 19.前記着脱可能なカートリッジは、ハンドルと係合するサイズを有し、ま た、駆動力を可撓性ケーブルにカップリンする前記着脱可能なリンクの複数の部 分を、カートリッジがハンドルと係合されたときに、取り外し可能に係合させる 工程をさらに具備する請求項18の方法。 20.カートリッジのハンドルに対する係合を解除する解放を指で与える工程 をさらに具備する請求項19の方法。 21.(a)先端部と基端部とを有し、この先端部が穿孔される対象物に近接 して配置されるようになっており、また基端部は駆動ハウジングと結合されるよ うになっているハウジングと、 (b)夫々が対向する第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルに接続され、ハ ウジングの先端部近くに配置され、第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルにより回転 され、前記第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルはハウジングを通ってのびて前記ハ ウジングの基端部近くの着脱可能な駆動カップリングの所で終端しており、外部 に付与される回転力による駆動カップリングの回転が第1並びに第2の可撓性ケ ーブルを介して伝達される、互いに対向した第1並びに第2の切削バイトと、 (c)対応する第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルと第1並びに第2の切 削バイトとを支持し、前記ハウジングの先端部近くに回動可能に装着され、対象 物のボアを規定する路に沿って交差共通平面湾曲軌跡を枢支ピンを中心として反 対方向に回動される第1並びに第2の湾曲ガイドと、 (d)基端部と先端部とを有し、先端部が対応する第1並びに第2の湾 曲ガイドに機械的に結合され、また基端部が着脱可能な装填体に装着された第1 並びに第2のリンクを具備し、これら第1並びに第2のリンクに付与される外力 が、これらリンクを介して伝達されて前記第1並びに第2の湾曲ガイドと第1並 びに第2の切削バイトとをハウジングの先端部から外方に回動させて湾曲ボアを 形成する、対象物に湾曲ボアを穿孔する装置。 22.前記ハウジングは、第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルを回転する外部回 転力と第1並びに第2の湾曲ガイドを回動する外部から付与される力とを付与す る駆動ハンドルに結合されるようになっているカートリッジを有する請求項21 の装置。 23.前記カートリッジは、このカートリッジを駆動ハンドルに対して容易に 着脱可能とするように駆動ハンドルに着脱可能に係合する手段を有する請求項2 2の装置。 24.前記第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルは、第1並びに第2の切削バイト 近くにほぼ真直ぐな部材を、夫々有し、これら部材は、第1並びに第2の可撓性 ケーブルが第1並びに第2の切削バイトに装着された可撓性ケーブルの部分の可 撓性を最小にし、これら第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルの曲りとこれに続く破 損とを減じている請求項21の装置。 25.前記第1並びに第2の湾曲ガイドの内壁の厚さは、前記真直ぐな部材を 生じるように厚さ方向に解放されている請求項24の装置。 26.前記第1並びに第2のリンクは外部から付与される力を与えるラッチと 摺動可能に係合するようになっている請求項21の装置。 27.前記第1並びに第2の可撓性ケーブルの着脱可能な駆動カップリングは 。外部から与えられる回転力を付与するように回転する対応して適合した装填体 と摺動可能に係合している請求項21の装置。
