Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体支持体上に生体高分子類または生体モノマー類を合成する方法において 、改良が有機高分子の表面に吸着された求核試薬を含む有機高分子の使用を含ん でなり、前記高分子がシートの形態の二軸配向ポリプロピレンである方法。 2.前記求核試薬がアミン、ヒドロキシル、チオール、カルボキシレートおよび 少なくとも前記の1つを含む置換基からなる群から選択される請求項1記載の方 法。 3.前記生体高分子または生体モノマーが、核酸類、オリゴヌクレオチド類、ア ミノ酸類、タンパク質類、ペプチド類、ホルモン類、オリゴ糖類、脂質類、糖脂 質類、リポ多糖類、リン脂質類、逆方向ヌクレオチド類、ペプチド核酸類、メタ −DNA、アビジン、ビオチン、抗体類、前記の類似体、および前記の少なくと も2つの組み合わせからなる群から選択される請求項1記載の方法。 4.前記高分子の表面がアミンを含む請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記高分子の表面がヒドロキシルを含む請求項1記載の方法。 6.前記高分子の表面がチオールを含む請求項1記載の方法。 7.前記生体高分子がオリゴヌクレオチド類、ペプチド類およびオリゴ糖類から なる群から選択される請求項1記載の方法。 8.固体支持体上に生体高分子類または生体モノマー類を合成する方法において 、改良がアミン化ポリプロピレン、ヒドロキシル化ポリプロピレンおよびチオー ル化ポリプロピレンからなる群から選択された固体支持体の使用を含んでなり、 前記固体支持体が二軸配向ポリプロピレンシートである方法。 9.前記生体高分子がオリゴヌクレオチド類、ペプチド類およびオリゴ糖類から なる群から選択される請求項8記載の方法。 10.タンパク質またはペプチドの連続的分析方法において、改良が有機高分子 表面に吸着された求核試薬に前記タンパク質またはペプチドを結合させることを 含んでなり、前記高分子が二軸配向ポリプロピレンである方法。 11.前記求核試薬がアミン、ヒドロキシル、チオール、カルボキシレートおよ び前記の少なくとも1つを含む置換基からなる群から選択される請求項10記載 の方法。 12.その表面上に吸着された求核試薬を含んでなる有機高分子であって、所定 の配列を有する少なくとも1つのオリゴヌクレオチドが前記求核試薬を介して前 記高分子に共有結合的に付着されており、前記高分子が二軸配向ポリプロピレン である有機高分子。 13.前記求核試薬が、アミン、ヒドロキシル、チオール、カルボ キシレートおよび前記の少なくとも1つを含む置換基からなる群から選択される 請求項12記載のデバイス。 14.前記高分子が、ヒドロキシル化ポリプロピレン、チオール化ポリプロピレ ンおよびアミン化ポリプロピレンからなる群から選択される請求項12記載のデ バイス。 15.前記オリゴヌクレオチドの長さがヌクレオチド約250個である請求項1 2記載のデバイス。 16.前記オリゴヌクレオチドが関心の遺伝子の配列に相補性である請求項12 記載のデバイス。 17.関心の遺伝子を分析する方法であって、 a.関心の遺伝子を含む試料を得、 b.前記試料を請求項12記載のデバイスに導入し、そして c.前記遺伝子が請求項12記載のデバイスのオリゴヌクレオチドに相補的な方 法でハイブリッド形成しているかどうかを測定する各工程を含んでなる方法。
