Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱交換器の清浄化のためその中を循環する固体要素を回収する装置において 、この熱交換器(10)の出口配管(15S)上に介在させるべきスリーブ(2 1)の中に前記固体要素(18)の保持専用のろ過手段(24)を有するタイプ の装置であって、前記ろ過手段(24)が一方ではスリーブ(21)を横方向に 閉じて環状にその軸(A)とその周囲の間にろ過パネル(26)を有する1つの 回転部材(25)を含み、又他方では、流束流束の方向において下流側のもの1 つと上流側のもの1つとから成り、それぞれ回転部材(25)の両側に1つずつ 配置されて互いに対応する形で据付けられかつ自らとの関係において回転部材( 25)の相対的回転と連動した状態でこの回転部材(25)のろ過パネル(26 )の方に両方共向けられている2つのラッパ管(27S、27E)、ならびにこ の回転部材(25)のろ過パネル(26)を横切って向流循環をこれらのラッパ 管(27S、27E)に直角に局所的に生み出すための循環手段を含んで成るこ とを特徴とする回収用装置。 2.循環手段(28)が、回転部材(25)の下流に配置された管(27S)に 送出し側が連結されているポンプ(50)を含んで成ることを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の回収用装置。 3.ポンプ(50)の吸込み側が熱交換器(10)の入口配管(15E)に連結 されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項に記載の回収用装置。 4.循環手段(28)は、一方が回転部材(25)の下流に配置された管(27 S)に、又他方がこの回転部材の上流に配置されたラッパ管(27E)に連結さ れていて両方共熱交換器(10)の入口配管(15E)の中にエルボ管(58S 、58E)を介して入り込んでいる2本の導管(42S、42E)を含み、第1 の導管のエルボ管(58S)が上流の方に向けられており、第2の導管のエルボ 管(58E)が下流の方に向けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項 に記載の回収用装置。 5.回転部材(25)のろ過パネル(26)の上流の回転部材(25)の内部体 積が半径方向間仕切り(33)によって環状に複数の区画(32)に分割されて おり、ラッパ管(27S、27E)が平面内にこの区画(32)のもののほ ぼ1倍に等しい三角形の輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項〜第 4項のいずれか1項に記載の回収用装置。 6.ラッパ管(27S、27E)は各々両側に、回転部材(25)の区画(32 )のものの少なくとも1倍に等しい三角形の輪郭を平面内に有するデフレクタ( 46E、46S)が隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1 項〜第5項のいずれか1項に記載の回収用装置。 7.回転部材(25)の上流に配置された管(27E)が通じている導管(42 E)の上には、この導管(42E)を制御するゲート弁(54)の上流において 、回転部材(25)の下流にてスリーブ(21)に連結されそれ自体ゲート弁( 57)によって制御されている洗浄用管(55)が接続されていることを特徴と する、請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれか1項に記載の回収用装置。 8.回転部材(25)はスリーブ(21)の中に回転する形で取り付けられてお り、ラッパ管(27S、27E)は、このスリーブの中で固定されていることを 特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれか1項に記載の回収用装置。
