Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 接続側に切換弁を付設するのに適した孔パターンで接続開口が開口してお り、内部に給排気のための通路並びに該通路に対して平行に延びる電気的な配線 装置のためのシャフトを有しているベースプレートと、適合した接続孔パターン を備えた、ベースプレートの接続側に並列状に配置された複数の切換弁と、各切 換弁に配設された、電磁石によって作動する少くとも各1つのパイロットバルブ とを備え、前記電磁石が電気的な結合差込体によってシャフト内の電気的な配線 装置の差込結合部に係合している弁ブロックにおいて、 パイロットバルブ(3,4)と電磁石(45,46)とが1つの共通なケ ーシング(41)内に配置されており、該ケーシング(41)は側方の付設面( 42)によって、配設された切換弁(2)の端面(43)に当接して配置されて おり、プレート状の付加部(101)がケーシング(41)の前記付設面(42 )から、接続プラグ(92)に配設されたケーシング(41)の下面(91)の 近くで側方に突き出ており、該付加部(101)には、一方で切換弁(2)がそ の接続側(29)によって当接し、他方ではベースプレート(1)がその接続側 (18)によって当接しており、かつ付加部(101)は 、ベースプレート(1)及び切換弁(2)の接続開口に合致する貫通孔(102 乃至107)を有していることを特徴とする、弁ブロック。 2. 電気的な接続差込み体が、パイロットバルブ(3,4)のケーシング(4 1)の下面(91)から突出している、突出した接触ラグ(93,94)を備え た差込み基体(92)として構成されており、該接触ラグ(93,94)は、ベ ースプレート(1)のシャフト(19)内の電気的な配線装置の接触受容部(9 5,96)に接触させられており、差込み基体(92)がベースプレート(1) 内のシャフト(19)への透し孔(97)に係合していることを特徴とする、請 求項1記載の弁ブロック。 3. 差込み基体(92)がベースプレート(1)の透し孔(97)内でシール 装置(98)によってシールされていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の弁ブ ロック。 4. 切換弁(2)の端面(43)に付設されたケーシング(41)内で、2つ のパイロットバルブ(3,4)と該バルブ(3,4)を作動する2つの電磁石( 45,46)とが、切換弁(2)の軸線方向に相前後して配置されていることを 特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいづれか1項記載の弁ブロック。 5. パイロットバルブ(3,4)を有するケーシング(41)が上方側部でカ バー(61)によって閉じ られていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の弁ブロック。 6. ケーシング(41)のカバー(61)には少くとも1つの弁座(51,5 2)が配置されており、該弁座(51,52)と電磁石(45,46)の可動子 (47,48)のシール面(53,54)とが協働していることを特徴とする、 請求項5記載の弁ブロック。 7. カバー(61)内及びパイロットバルブ(3,4)のケーシング(41) 内には、給排気及び制御空気のための通路が形成されていることを特徴とする、 請求項6記載の弁ブロック。 8. 切換弁(2)の端面(43)に付設されたケーシング(41)内で、2つ のパイロットバルブと該パイロットバルブを作動する2つの電磁石とが相上下し て配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいづれか1項記載の 弁ブロック。
