Rainproof device for cyclists
Based on the German utility model DE 9100727.5U1, the object of the present invention is
A rain protection device for a bicycle rider using a rain shoulder strap, which is provided in an area below the rain protection device.
The front and / or rear intermediate elements in front of and / or behind the cyclist
It is fixed on the bicycle.
This known document, in particular FIG. 1 and claims 17 to 23, describes this rain protection device.
Clarifies the action and structure of. As can be seen from there
The lower part is used and these are combined into one unit by the broken bond.
It
In addition, there are one foldable arc edge at the front and one at the back, which are
It helps to push the shoulders down at the edges and spread the lower part. Both arc edges can be separated by elasticity
The connecting part is connected to the lower part of the shoulder.
Claim 20 of this known document states that the front arc edge is for the front luggage compartment and the rear arc edge is
It explains that the rim is fixed to the rear bed.
This provides rain protection with a relatively unstable fixation to the bicycle in the lower area.
However, because of the construction of the two arc edges, it is the corresponding element of the bicycle.
This is because it cannot be fixed tightly. Therefore this known rain protector protector
Noh is inadequate.
Not only does this rain protection system impair the ability of the bicycle to steer and thus traffic safety,
This becomes clear from the following. That is, the arc edge should rotate with the handle
I can't. Because the arc edge touches the legs of the bicycle rider during the rolling movement.
Is. The rain shoulder bag is pressed against the handle by the wind. The handle is usually a circle
It has no external contour of shape. There is also a square brake grip on the handle
It is installed. Therefore, the handle rotation operation can be performed only when the rain shoulder bag moves together.
It becomes possible to move. An obstacle to this is the fixing of the rain shoulder strap at its lower end. rain
The shoulder strap is difficult to handle due to its two-part construction and low fixation.
Traditional rain shoulder straps protect only the upper leg from the rain, which is
The wind from the row blows backward on the shouldered part that reaches the front of the steering wheel, and the side wind runs on the bicycle.
This is so that the shoulder of the person can be overwhelmed by the body of the person.
A body-shaped device such as DE 8436409U1 is heavy and in that form is clear
I have to carry it with me. Rain protection system according to DE 3517967A1 is expensive
Therefore, it is heavy and has high air resistance. The blinds of DE 3526208A1
Ignore the leg area. Others feel such blind structure is impractical
Cycling
There is a person.
The problem underlying the present invention is that it is functionally and traffic-friendly in an aerodynamically advantageous manner.
In terms of safety, it is safely connected to the bicycle and protects the legs from rain even in the slightest wind.
It is to create different kinds of rainproof devices.
This rain protection device allows one hand to extend to the side and extend up to the head.
Need to be In addition, it is possible to use a basket in front of the handle or a luggage bag hung on the side.
It must be capable and have unlimited use for luggage storage.
This problem is solved by the present invention as follows. "Configured as a pillar,
The front and rear intermediate elements located on both sides of the rolling wheel have their locking positions fixed.
To the locked work position away from the bicycle,
Moreover, the rain shoulder straps can be fixed to the ends of the intermediate elements. "
The arrangement according to the example below will hold up to the ankle below unless in extreme wind conditions.
Protect. This rain shoulder should be as far out as possible even below and as low as necessary
Can be fixed to the bicycle. The intermediate element is fixed to the saddle strut by a rain shoulder
The configuration of the car depends only on height, but not on chassis height
, And also has the advantage that the configuration of the intermediate elements is independent of height and chassis height
There is.
With the arrangement and configuration according to the invention of the intermediate element taking into account the car in front of the handle
Explained below. Only mention the left side of the bicycle. The right side is symmetrical to this.
Figure 1: Rain shoulders reach before you cross the car in front. Attached to the front and bottom
The hook 2 prevents the rain shoulder rest from being pulled backwards under the basket. forward
The intermediate element is designed as a column 3 and is mounted laterally on the car. Rain shoulder
The hook is fixed to the column 3 with a push button 4. Bend the rear intermediate element 5
Yes, it is fixed to the saddle support. In case of 6a, the rubber rope is connected to the rain shoulder strap.
I'm tied. The rear end of the rubber rope is constructed as a tube and hangs 6 on the intermediate element 5.
There is
FIG. 3 is a front view of the support column 3 and the bearing portion 8 attached to the car 9. 7
Is a shaft of the joint, through which the column 3 is connected with the bearing 8. Pillar 3
Can be folded forward.
FIG. 4 is a plan view from the direction A in FIG. 3 without showing the car. Tappet 10
Is movable by the compression spring 11 (FIG. 3) which can move in the longitudinal direction of the column 3.
It is pressed into the notch of the receiving part 8. The support pillar 3 is in close contact with the bearing portion 8 at 12 points
are doing. This prevents the post from pivoting backwards. Prop 3 in front
In order to fold in the B direction, you have to overcome the spring force.
The tappet 10 is pushed into the column 3 by the side surface 13 of the cutout. Support
When the pillar 3 is folded forward, in contact with the car, the tappet 10 has a notch in the bearing portion 8.
It is in the living room 14. The opening of the column 3 is also possible only by overcoming the spring force.
is there.
In Figures 5, 6 and 7, it appears because of the axis that stands diagonally in space, and is essential for understanding.
Some contours that are not needed are not drawn.
FIG. 5 shows the rear intermediate element 5 (FIG. 1) in the opened state, the sixth one being the upper one.
FIG. In Fig. 6, the outline of the saddle is drawn with dotted lines, and the folding
The intermediate elements are shown in a packed state. This element is almost completely hidden under the saddle
Have been.
Figures 5 and 6: Intermediate element 5 (Figure 1) consists of three juxtaposed columns.
. The inner strut 15 is rigidly fixed to the saddle strut 16. The pillar 17 is an axis
It can be folded forward around 18. Open the pillar 17 and lock it
For this purpose, the tappet 19 has a side surface that faces directly above the shaft 18. Excluding this aspect
The turning mechanism is exactly the same as in the case of the front intermediate element (FIGS. 3 and 4). Tape
The hood 19 is provided with a molding 20 that extends outward through the stanchion 17,
The tappet can be moved outwards, which allows the stanchions 17 to be folded.
To do. From the outer end of the pillar 17,
Another column 22 projects outward and downward. This is inward and upward around axis 21
Can be folded in direction 0. The bearing mechanism includes a lock and includes a front intermediate element (first
3 and 4). At the outer end of the column 22, equal to point 6 in FIG. 1,
The rubber rope 7 (Fig. 1) can be hung.
FIG. 7 shows the rear intermediate element in the folded state. Turning angle α> 90 ° (6th
The shaft 18 is in the upper front so that the pillar 17 having
It is tilted in the direction.
With the feature of claim 7, it is possible to put one hand out from the side and reach the head upward.
Become. The overlapping slits 23 (Fig. 1) are located at or near the side of the armpit when the arm is hung.
Below. The height H of the slit must be much larger than the diameter of the arm with clothing.
It doesn't matter. The small slit height also has the advantage that a small overlap is required.
. When raising the arm, the upper end of the slit reaches the tip of the arrow 24 and the rubber rope is fixed.
The point 6a moves to the tip of the arrow 25. For the shoulder for rain, loosen around the rubber rope 7.
It is enclosed in a box and is retained externally downwards, but the extension of the rubber rope
Enables length. Squeezed connections will require more material and will
Wrinkling will result in a larger volume when the rain shoulder fold is folded.
