Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の心臓の血管内の電気的活動を検知するための細長い経管装置であって 、 a)近位及び遠位区域を有する細長いシャフトを備え、該遠位区域は患者の心 臓の冠状動脈又は心臓静脈を通して前進し得るような形状とされ、 b)遠位シャフト区域に載置された少くとも一対の感知双極電極を備え、該電 極は細長いシャフトの近位区域へ延長する別個の導電体へ電気的に接続される経 管装置。 2.前記細長いシャフトが複数の絶縁導電体を含むストランドにより形成された 管状部材である請求項1の経管感知装置。 3.前記ストランドが管状部材に編込まれる請求項2の経管感知装置。 4.複数の電極対が遠位シャフト区域に載置される請求項1の経管感知装置。 5.隣接する電極対間の間隔が約2〜約10mmである請求項4の経管装置。 6.隣接する電極対間の間隔が約5〜約8mmである請求項4の経管装置。 7.電極対の電極間の間隔が約0.25〜約2mmである請求項1の経管装置。 8.電極対の電極間の間隔が約0.5〜約1.25mmである請求項1の経管装 置。 9.前記電極が幅約0.25〜約1mmを有する導電材料の円形バンドである請 求項1の経管装置。 10.前記シャフトがシャフト内を延長する内腔を有し、細長い芯部材がシャフト の内腔内に配置される請求項1の経管装置。 11.遠位コイル部材が電極の遠位側の芯部材の遠位端の回りに配置される請求項 10の経管装置。 12.編込まれた管状部材がガイドワイヤーを滑動可能に受理するよう形成され管 状部材内を延長する内腔を有する請求項3の経管装置。 13.該内腔が約0.022インチより細い直径を有する請求項12の経管装置。 14.編込まれた管状部材が管状部材内を延長する内腔を規定する管状ライニング を有する請求項3の経管装置。 15.前記管状ライニングが潤滑材料で形成される請求項14の経管装置。 16.前記潤滑材料がフッ素ポリマーである請求項15の経管装置。 17.患者の心臓の血管内において信号を検知するための細長い経管カテーテルで あって、 a)近位及び遠位区域を有する細長いシャフトを備え、内腔がシャフト内を延 長し、該遠位区域は患者の心臓の静脈又は動脈を通って前進し得るような形状と され、 b)該遠位区域の長さに沿って長手方向に間隔をおいて載置された複数の双極 感知電極を備え、 c)シャフトに沿って延長する複数の導電体を備え、各感知電極は別個の導電 体へ電気的に接続される経管カテーテル。 18.該シャフトが複数の編込まれた導電体から形成された管状部材を備える請求 項17の細長い経管カテーテル。 19.編込まれた管状部材の外部の回りに配置固定された外部ジャケットを含む請 求項18の細長い経管カテーテル。 20.カテーテルシャフトの近位端に少くとも1個の多重ピン電気コネクターを備 え、該コネクターはリセプターに接続される形状とし、各個の導電体に電気的に 接続されるピンを有する請求項17の細長い経管カテーテル。 21.患者の心臓の血管内から患者の心臓の電気的活動を検知するための細長い経 管ガイドワイヤーであって、 a)近位及び遠位区域を有する細長いシャフトを備え、該遠位区域は患者の心 臓の静脈又は動脈を通して前進し得る形状とし、該シャフトは複数の絶縁導電体 を含む編込まれたストランドから形成される管状部材を備え、 b)該遠位区域の長さに沿って長手方向に間隔をおいて載置された複数の双極 電極対を備え、電極は編込まれた管状部材に固定され、各電極は各個の導電体へ 電気的に接続され、 c)編込まれた管状部材の外部に配置固定され、少くとも露出する電極部分か ら離れた外部ジャケットを備え、 d)細長いシャフトの内腔内に延長する芯部材を備え、 e)編込まれた管状部材内に規定される内腔内を延長する 芯部材の回りに配置固定される遠位コイルを備える経管ガイドワイヤー。 22.冠状動脈又は心臓静脈内から患者の心臓の電気的活動を検知するための細長 い経管感知装置であって、 a)近位及び遠位区域を有する細長いシャフトを備え、該遠位区域は患者の心 臓の静脈又は動脈を通して前進し得る形状とし、該シャフトは複数の絶縁導電体 を含む編込まれたストランドから形成される管状部材を備え、 b)該遠位区域の長さに沿って載置された複数の感知電極を備え、電極は編込 まれた管状部材に固定され、各感知電極は各個の導電体に電気的に接続され、 c)シャフトの近位端に設けられた少くとも1個の電気コネクターを備え、感 知電極へ電気的に接続された導電体へ接続された電気接続手段を有する経管感知 装置。 23.編込まれた管状部材の外部へジャケットが配置固定される請求項20の経管 感知装置。
